1 00:00:00,000 --> 00:00:06,000 So the big question is this, how do young men like us, who didn't listen to society, 2 00:00:06,000 --> 00:00:14,000 who are on our own, how do we grow and improve ourselves so that we can live a better tomorrow? 3 00:00:14,000 --> 00:00:18,000 That is the question and this show will give you the answers. 4 00:00:18,000 --> 00:00:27,000 My name is James Radzinski and welcome to the Ascend Momentum Show. 5 00:00:27,000 --> 00:00:31,000 Welcome back, welcome back. 6 00:00:31,000 --> 00:00:40,000 Today, I don't really know what to think about today because I haven't been, 7 00:00:40,000 --> 00:00:46,000 I haven't been like consuming media for all summer pretty much. 8 00:00:46,000 --> 00:00:54,000 I haven't really watched YouTube that much and for the past couple months I haven't really, 9 00:00:54,000 --> 00:00:59,000 I haven't watched a movie in a long time and now that I'm back in school, 10 00:00:59,000 --> 00:01:07,000 I'm in this one class called Sports Lit and at the end of every unit we're watching a movie. 11 00:01:07,000 --> 00:01:18,000 And so yesterday and today we watched a movie about baseball, like the socks, throwing the World Series. 12 00:01:18,000 --> 00:01:27,000 And I was just sitting there and I realized like yesterday I had a, I got a headache from that movie 13 00:01:27,000 --> 00:01:30,000 because it was a dark room and I was watching that movie. 14 00:01:30,000 --> 00:01:38,000 I didn't get headaches in that same environment like before I started cutting out like electronics and media. 15 00:01:38,000 --> 00:01:49,000 And also I found that for the following like hour or two after getting out of the movie, 16 00:01:49,000 --> 00:01:59,000 my like thinking was so scattered and it's just my thinking is like uncontrolled. 17 00:01:59,000 --> 00:02:08,000 Like I'm basically not present for, I'm asleep for like the entire time. 18 00:02:08,000 --> 00:02:15,000 And I was sitting in the movie today and I was like, oh I just, I was asleep this whole time. 19 00:02:15,000 --> 00:02:25,000 And by the way when I talk about asleep I'm talking about like mentally not present and not like I'm immersed in the game. 20 00:02:25,000 --> 00:02:34,000 I'm immersed in watching the movie, I'm immersed in my role of student and like I'm immersed in the game of life. 21 00:02:34,000 --> 00:02:42,000 That's what I mean by asleep. Like you're not aware, you're not consciously aware of what's going on. 22 00:02:42,000 --> 00:02:48,000 And so I found that I was asleep during that movie a lot, like the majority of the time. 23 00:02:48,000 --> 00:02:55,000 And then I would wake up and I'm like, okay, I gotta remind myself that I'm in a world full of pendulums. 24 00:02:55,000 --> 00:03:13,000 And I talked about this, I think I talked about this yesterday, but there was this one story that I heard about where it was this dystopian world where the higher ups, 25 00:03:13,000 --> 00:03:25,000 like it was a hierarchy and so the higher up people would control the masses, like they would control everyone by just entertaining them 24-7. 26 00:03:25,000 --> 00:03:33,000 And so me and my, like in my class we were talking about that in humanities. 27 00:03:33,000 --> 00:03:43,000 And my teacher was saying that they would control everyone just by entertaining them 24-7. 28 00:03:43,000 --> 00:03:49,000 So all of the people, all the normal people would just be entertained 24-7. 29 00:03:49,000 --> 00:03:55,000 And my teacher was like, do you think that it would be easy to control people if they're just entertained 24-7? 30 00:03:55,000 --> 00:04:01,000 And I was like, yeah. And then she's like, yeah, it makes sense because when you're entertaining someone, they're not thinking. 31 00:04:01,000 --> 00:04:06,000 And so all the time that you're entertaining someone, they're not thinking. 32 00:04:06,000 --> 00:04:09,000 So it's easy to control some if they don't think. 33 00:04:09,000 --> 00:04:17,000 And that's exactly how, like that's the strategy they use just to stop the people from thinking. 34 00:04:17,000 --> 00:04:27,000 And so I was thinking about that during the movie, like right when I sat down in class and he started playing the movie, 35 00:04:27,000 --> 00:04:35,000 I fell asleep and then I woke up and I was just like, wow, I was just completely immersed in that. 36 00:04:35,000 --> 00:04:41,000 I was just entertained that entire time and I'm not thinking during that. 37 00:04:41,000 --> 00:04:45,000 Like I'm basically controlled. I'm being controlled. 38 00:04:45,000 --> 00:04:49,000 So that's kind of the epiphany I came to today. 39 00:04:49,000 --> 00:04:55,000 And then I also remembered that, that was all I talked about in his book, Reality Transurfing. 40 00:04:55,000 --> 00:05:09,000 He talked about how there was the matrix, like we're soon going to be, well, we are in a matrix and soon it's going to be so bad that people simply are not going to, 41 00:05:09,000 --> 00:05:15,000 they're simply not going to know of their freedom at all. 42 00:05:15,000 --> 00:05:21,000 Like they're going to feel controlled and they're just not going to know that they have freedom. 43 00:05:21,000 --> 00:05:29,000 And I was just thinking, I was connecting that to the fact that the dystopian world, they were all entertained. 44 00:05:29,000 --> 00:05:41,000 And then I was entertained in my class period for like 30 minutes and it just, it was like absolutely destroyed my brain. 45 00:05:41,000 --> 00:05:53,000 And so that, like that's, I'm starting to think like, how can I get out of watching this movie? 46 00:05:53,000 --> 00:05:59,000 And because it definitely affects me for like the following hour or two hours. 47 00:05:59,000 --> 00:06:05,000 And it's like, when I'm in, when I'm getting entertained, I'm not thinking for myself. 48 00:06:05,000 --> 00:06:12,000 I'm basically just putting my destiny into their hand, into that someone else's hands. 49 00:06:12,000 --> 00:06:18,000 I don't know, this is just my thoughts on what happened today. 50 00:06:18,000 --> 00:06:24,000 But I want to talk to you guys about a couple of weeks ago, I bought pine pollen powder. 51 00:06:24,000 --> 00:06:29,000 I bought the mega dose and I would, I took two mega doses every day. 52 00:06:29,000 --> 00:06:38,000 And that increased my testosterone a lot, I think, because I started getting morning woods every morning and before I just wouldn't. 53 00:06:38,000 --> 00:06:43,000 And then soon I ran out of pine pollen powder. 54 00:06:43,000 --> 00:06:46,000 And that was like a couple of weeks ago when I ran out. 55 00:06:46,000 --> 00:06:51,000 And then after like a week or two, I decided I wanted to buy some more. 56 00:06:51,000 --> 00:07:01,000 So I talked to my friend and he said that the tincture is actually better because it's more bio, bio available. 57 00:07:01,000 --> 00:07:06,000 And it's easily easier absorbed into the body. 58 00:07:06,000 --> 00:07:11,000 And it's because you can drop it under your tongue. 59 00:07:11,000 --> 00:07:15,000 And so the tincture is just like a squeeze dropper. 60 00:07:15,000 --> 00:07:22,000 And you drop, you basically put one drop in your mouth every like twice a day. 61 00:07:22,000 --> 00:07:30,000 And so I bought the tincture and it came today and I took my first dose like an hour ago. 62 00:07:30,000 --> 00:07:38,000 So I'll let you guys know over the following days, like the results of it, but I'm sure it's going to be good. 63 00:07:38,000 --> 00:07:46,000 And I'm going to take one dose in the morning and one at night every single day. 64 00:07:46,000 --> 00:07:56,000 But another thing came today and well actually not yet, but some more things are supposed to come today. 65 00:07:56,000 --> 00:08:06,000 My headphones that I bought and a CD player that I bought, but a CD that I bought is not supposed to come until Monday through Wednesday, 66 00:08:06,000 --> 00:08:12,000 which is in like three days to three to five days. 67 00:08:12,000 --> 00:08:19,000 And I'll tell you guys why if you haven't, if you're new here and you haven't heard the previous episodes. 68 00:08:19,000 --> 00:08:28,000 So there's this thing called the gateway experience and I've been talking about it a lot lately on the podcast. 69 00:08:28,000 --> 00:08:37,000 So this gateway experience is basically a way like a meditative recording. 70 00:08:37,000 --> 00:08:45,000 So the recordings help you get into meditative states that are so deep that eventually with enough practice you can get out of body experiences. 71 00:08:45,000 --> 00:09:03,000 And in the descriptions, they're talking about how these will allow you to discover that there is much more to life than simply just waking reality that like the physical reality that we're used to. 72 00:09:03,000 --> 00:09:07,000 And you'll be able to discover much more. 73 00:09:07,000 --> 00:09:16,000 That is amazing, especially since one year ago, my reality was dull. 74 00:09:16,000 --> 00:09:26,000 Let me explain. One year ago, I was playing video games and I was just kind of moping around dull like my reality was dull. 75 00:09:26,000 --> 00:09:29,000 So I didn't really have much. 76 00:09:29,000 --> 00:09:32,000 Like there wasn't really much to life for me. 77 00:09:32,000 --> 00:09:42,000 And then over the year, up until now, now my life is like colorful now. 78 00:09:42,000 --> 00:09:47,000 Now there's a lot more to life than I had known before. 79 00:09:47,000 --> 00:09:51,000 So my eyes have been opened a lot more to life. 80 00:09:51,000 --> 00:09:58,000 And especially because I started reading Transurfing, I actually know that a lot more things are possible. 81 00:09:58,000 --> 00:10:04,000 So now I've discovered, I've actually started to discover actual reality. 82 00:10:04,000 --> 00:10:10,000 And now once the CD comes, I'm going to be practicing this meditative state. 83 00:10:10,000 --> 00:10:21,000 And then soon I will be learning, discovering more about not just reality, physical reality, but past reality. 84 00:10:21,000 --> 00:10:34,000 And like exploring my consciousness and exploring what's past waking consciousness. 85 00:10:34,000 --> 00:10:42,000 And this CD is the number, it's number one out of an eight CD set. 86 00:10:42,000 --> 00:10:50,000 So this set, there's eight waves in the, there actually might be more than eight CDs, but there's eight waves. 87 00:10:50,000 --> 00:10:52,000 And I bought the first wave. 88 00:10:52,000 --> 00:11:08,000 So it's looking, I'm definitely going to be doing this because I have been practicing trying to get into Focus 10, which is the first level of deep meditation. 89 00:11:08,000 --> 00:11:11,000 And I've been practicing it for the past couple of days. 90 00:11:11,000 --> 00:11:16,000 And I'm pretty sure I have not been able to get into it yet successfully. 91 00:11:16,000 --> 00:11:21,000 But the more I practice the better and better it'll be. 92 00:11:21,000 --> 00:11:34,000 And especially once I get the actual CD, I'll definitely be up for it. 93 00:11:34,000 --> 00:11:40,000 So today is going to be one of those days where I record a double episode. 94 00:11:40,000 --> 00:11:45,000 I'm not going to be posting a double episode, but like I did a couple, like, 95 00:11:45,000 --> 00:11:57,000 a couple weeks ago where I would prepare for an upcoming trip where I was traveling and I wouldn't be able to upload, 96 00:11:57,000 --> 00:12:03,000 or I wouldn't be able to record a podcast episode. 97 00:12:03,000 --> 00:12:13,000 So today I'm going to be recording two podcast episodes in order to prepare for this weekend, not this weekend, next weekend, 98 00:12:13,000 --> 00:12:23,000 where I'm going out of town to visit my sister for at the college for family weekend. 99 00:12:23,000 --> 00:12:27,000 And that's pretty much, that's the plan right now. 100 00:12:27,000 --> 00:12:34,000 So actually I plan on recording episode 52 right after I get done with this episode. 101 00:12:34,000 --> 00:12:40,000 And episode 52 is going to be Transurfing Principles Part 5, I believe. 102 00:12:40,000 --> 00:12:46,000 I think it's part 5. But episode 52 will be Transurfing Principles. 103 00:12:46,000 --> 00:12:59,000 So if you guys like those episodes, come tune in tomorrow and that will be Transurfing Principles. 104 00:12:59,000 --> 00:13:02,000 But I want to talk about something. 105 00:13:02,000 --> 00:13:12,000 So me and my friend are in Business Incubator, which is a class all about entrepreneurship and creating a business. 106 00:13:12,000 --> 00:13:22,000 And this, and me and my friend are both entrepreneurs, so we're both working on our own businesses outside of class. 107 00:13:22,000 --> 00:13:27,000 Like this is my business, this podcast, and he's got his own podcast. 108 00:13:27,000 --> 00:13:33,000 He's actually got two podcasts and he's also working on his business. 109 00:13:33,000 --> 00:13:38,000 And so we are in this class and we partnered up, so we're partners in this class. 110 00:13:38,000 --> 00:13:48,000 And there are every once a week, every like Friday and today is Friday, mentors come in. 111 00:13:48,000 --> 00:14:00,000 And so we actually get like local community entrepreneurs come in and come like talk to us and like learn what we're doing. 112 00:14:00,000 --> 00:14:03,000 And then they help us out. They basically mentor us. 113 00:14:03,000 --> 00:14:14,000 And so today one of the mentors came in and or actually two of them, but we only had the privilege to talk to one of them. 114 00:14:14,000 --> 00:14:21,000 And we were talking about building funnels. And then she told us this whole new idea. 115 00:14:21,000 --> 00:14:24,000 And then we kind of like started developing that idea. 116 00:14:24,000 --> 00:14:32,000 And then after like that, she after she left me and my friends started talking about it more and developing it even more. 117 00:14:32,000 --> 00:14:36,000 It's like a full fledged like possible business. 118 00:14:36,000 --> 00:14:41,000 And so me and my friend got super excited, super hype. 119 00:14:41,000 --> 00:14:57,000 And it just my friend talked about how it just reminded him that it reminded him that we haven't like once we found our business ideas, we kind of just stopped looking for ideas. 120 00:14:57,000 --> 00:15:00,000 And we kind of just stopped making ideas. 121 00:15:00,000 --> 00:15:09,000 And that was one of the real joys to finding our business when we would be like an idea of produce producing machine. 122 00:15:09,000 --> 00:15:14,000 We would just find ideas and find ideas and then get super excited over them. 123 00:15:14,000 --> 00:15:20,000 And we hadn't done that for like a couple months maybe. 124 00:15:20,000 --> 00:15:26,000 And once we did that today, we realized like that was so fun and exciting. 125 00:15:26,000 --> 00:15:35,000 And so we like looked at each other and my friend was like, man, we got to do this more often, find more ideas because that's fun. 126 00:15:35,000 --> 00:15:41,000 Like we haven't we haven't done that in a while and that was fun. 127 00:15:41,000 --> 00:15:50,000 And it's just something that can keep the spark of the joy with entrepreneurship. 128 00:15:50,000 --> 00:15:55,000 Because to be honest, both of us have it's kind of gotten quite mundane. 129 00:15:55,000 --> 00:16:04,000 And then once we started getting like that new innovative idea, we started getting excited again. 130 00:16:04,000 --> 00:16:11,000 But that's that's pretty much like what happened in that class. 131 00:16:11,000 --> 00:16:18,000 And then in first period, my humanities class, we we get independent reading time. 132 00:16:18,000 --> 00:16:27,000 And so twice a week on Mondays and Fridays, we get like 20 minutes to read a book of our choice. 133 00:16:27,000 --> 00:16:38,000 And so the book that I'm reading is called The Alchemist and that book, I originally saw it on Hamster's reading list. 134 00:16:38,000 --> 00:16:42,000 And then my dad actually recommended it to me. 135 00:16:42,000 --> 00:16:47,000 And so I actually started reading that book during the independent reading times. 136 00:16:47,000 --> 00:16:58,000 And it's about this boy who is basically on the on his quest for his like life's purpose. 137 00:16:58,000 --> 00:17:07,000 And so it really resonates with me because that book, there's a lot of deep wisdom. 138 00:17:07,000 --> 00:17:15,000 There's a lot of wisdom to be read in that book, especially since I read Transurfing. 139 00:17:15,000 --> 00:17:21,000 I'm actually aware of all of the wisdom and knowledge that's placed in that book. 140 00:17:21,000 --> 00:17:33,000 And if I hadn't read Transurfing yet, I'm not sure if I would actually get quite get that wisdom and knowledge from it. 141 00:17:33,000 --> 00:17:37,000 And so that's why Transurfing is so great. 142 00:17:37,000 --> 00:17:43,000 I'm actually on on Transurfing while we're on that topic. 143 00:17:43,000 --> 00:17:46,000 I am on the coordination chapter, my favorite chapter. 144 00:17:46,000 --> 00:17:50,000 And in my opinion, it's the best chapter of that whole book. 145 00:17:50,000 --> 00:18:02,000 And that I'm on the coordinating intention, sub chapter in that chapter. 146 00:18:02,000 --> 00:18:13,000 And he talked about like perceiving every single event, even negative events as positive. 147 00:18:13,000 --> 00:18:18,000 So finding delight in every single event that happens. 148 00:18:18,000 --> 00:18:24,000 And what he said was he explained that there is a crossroads. 149 00:18:24,000 --> 00:18:29,000 So you come whenever an event happens, there's a you come up to a crossroads. 150 00:18:29,000 --> 00:18:37,000 So you either have you have two options when there's an event that happens in your life. 151 00:18:37,000 --> 00:18:43,000 Either you perceive it as good or positive, or you perceive it as negative. 152 00:18:43,000 --> 00:18:48,000 And then however you perceive it, that's what will end up. 153 00:18:48,000 --> 00:18:55,000 So the pessimist would perceive that event as negative, and then it would be negative. 154 00:18:55,000 --> 00:19:02,000 So then they would just go down, they would start radiating negative thought energy. 155 00:19:02,000 --> 00:19:07,000 And then they would actually start going down that negative spiral. 156 00:19:07,000 --> 00:19:12,000 And then another negative event will happen because they're going down negative lifelines. 157 00:19:12,000 --> 00:19:18,000 So that negative, that second negative event was triggered because of their first interpretation. 158 00:19:18,000 --> 00:19:27,000 And then once they perceive that second negative event as bad, then the cycle will repeat. 159 00:19:27,000 --> 00:19:29,000 A third one will come and then a fourth one. 160 00:19:29,000 --> 00:19:35,000 And then eventually they just their life just goes into a downward spiral. 161 00:19:35,000 --> 00:19:41,000 Or you can take a second option, you can take the optimists approach. 162 00:19:41,000 --> 00:19:56,000 And whenever you come up with a negative or even like any any event, but let's just focus on an apparently negative event. 163 00:19:56,000 --> 00:20:10,000 If you just perceive that event as positive and take delight and find joy in that event, no matter the event, if you take join it, it will turn out beneficial to you. 164 00:20:10,000 --> 00:20:16,000 If it doesn't, like in most cases, it will turn out to be beneficial for you. 165 00:20:16,000 --> 00:20:25,000 But if it does not, well, then it will prevent that downward spiral of the second negative event happening. 166 00:20:25,000 --> 00:20:32,000 And it may even hop you on to the wave of fortune, which is basically the opposite of the downward negative spiral. 167 00:20:32,000 --> 00:20:37,000 It's where you interpret the first event as positive. 168 00:20:37,000 --> 00:20:49,000 Excuse me, and then you've come up with another event, which is positive, and then another event, which is positive, and then another positive event, and so on so forth. 169 00:20:49,000 --> 00:20:53,000 And so the spiral can go both ways, be upward or downwards. 170 00:20:53,000 --> 00:20:58,000 And that's like the power of coordination. 171 00:20:58,000 --> 00:21:03,000 I'm pretty sure that coordination is like the biggest principle. 172 00:21:03,000 --> 00:21:06,000 It's like the powerhouse to Transurfing. 173 00:21:06,000 --> 00:21:11,000 Coordination is all about maintaining balance. 174 00:21:11,000 --> 00:21:17,000 It's all about keeping your importance levels low, going with the flow. 175 00:21:17,000 --> 00:21:23,000 And this is actually like releasing the grip of control, coordinating intention. 176 00:21:23,000 --> 00:21:26,000 That is all about releasing the grip of control. 177 00:21:26,000 --> 00:21:40,000 So whenever you come across a seemingly negative situation, we as humans have a tendency to want to control. 178 00:21:40,000 --> 00:21:49,000 Our mind wants to control that situation and try and correct course and do whatever it can to correct course. 179 00:21:49,000 --> 00:21:56,000 And then it usually exasperates, and then we end up hurting ourselves more than we don't. 180 00:21:56,000 --> 00:22:00,000 But a lot of the times we don't notice it. 181 00:22:00,000 --> 00:22:13,000 But what releasing the grip of control is all about is whenever you come up with a negative situation, simply just let it play out and interpret it as positive. 182 00:22:13,000 --> 00:22:20,000 Don't try and headbutt the situation. Don't try and ram heads with the situation. 183 00:22:20,000 --> 00:22:24,000 Don't try and manipulate it to your will. 184 00:22:24,000 --> 00:22:30,000 Just let it play out and interpret it as positive. 185 00:22:30,000 --> 00:22:34,000 Interpret it as working for you and not against you. 186 00:22:34,000 --> 00:22:41,000 And what that does is you release your grip of control and you interpret it as positive. 187 00:22:41,000 --> 00:22:47,000 So when you interpret it as positive, you radiate positive thought energy and then that event turns out to be positive. 188 00:22:47,000 --> 00:22:54,000 And then you protect yourself from that negative second and third and fourth and fifth event. 189 00:22:54,000 --> 00:23:04,000 And then once you do that, I'm kind of blanking on what I just said. 190 00:23:04,000 --> 00:23:11,000 You interpret it as good. 191 00:23:11,000 --> 00:23:17,000 You're radiating thought energy. What was I saying? 192 00:23:17,000 --> 00:23:30,000 I'm sorry, I'm just blanking so bad right now. 193 00:23:30,000 --> 00:23:36,000 Oh yeah, when you release the grip of control, so you're releasing the grip of control, 194 00:23:36,000 --> 00:23:40,000 that's when you interpret it as good and just let it play out. 195 00:23:40,000 --> 00:23:46,000 But then what happens is you actually get the very thing you let go of. 196 00:23:46,000 --> 00:23:53,000 So you actually find that you have way more control over the situation simply because you let go of control. 197 00:23:53,000 --> 00:24:03,000 And that's like the, that is in coordination. So maintaining balance, reducing your importance levels. 198 00:24:03,000 --> 00:24:11,000 So not having any importance. And then it's all about releasing that grip of control and going with the flow. 199 00:24:11,000 --> 00:24:18,000 So when you release that grip of control, you go with the flow. The alternative is slow. 200 00:24:18,000 --> 00:24:23,000 That's like coordination is the powerhouse of Transurfing, I think. 201 00:24:23,000 --> 00:24:29,000 And I'm about to be done with that chapter and then I'll be on to forward into the past. 202 00:24:29,000 --> 00:24:34,000 And then after that is just a few more chapters. 203 00:24:34,000 --> 00:24:40,000 I've only got like 300 pages left. 204 00:24:40,000 --> 00:24:45,000 Or it's either 250 or it's like 200 to 300. 205 00:24:45,000 --> 00:24:56,000 So I'm getting there and it's definitely, it's definitely good. 206 00:24:56,000 --> 00:25:13,000 Let me get some water. 207 00:25:13,000 --> 00:25:17,000 So there's one thing I gotta say. 208 00:25:17,000 --> 00:25:28,000 My bolt score was seven seconds this morning, which is not good. 209 00:25:28,000 --> 00:25:35,000 So my breathing is very, very bad right now. 210 00:25:35,000 --> 00:25:44,000 But today I did many sets of breathing exercise while I was on the bike. 211 00:25:44,000 --> 00:25:50,000 So I'm still working on it. 212 00:25:50,000 --> 00:25:58,000 And it's, it's definitely something that I have no excuse. I should definitely be doing good. 213 00:25:58,000 --> 00:26:06,000 And there's another thing, my energy. I haven't, I didn't run my fountains like at all today. 214 00:26:06,000 --> 00:26:09,000 So if you don't know what that is, it's your energy fountains. 215 00:26:09,000 --> 00:26:13,000 So basically there are two types of energy. 216 00:26:13,000 --> 00:26:19,000 There's physiological energy, which is the type of energy you get from the digestive system. 217 00:26:19,000 --> 00:26:26,000 You like restore it when you fall asleep and then it's, it's all like calories and stuff like that. 218 00:26:26,000 --> 00:26:32,000 It's like the, it's like the energy that a lot of people are referring to in the health community. 219 00:26:32,000 --> 00:26:37,000 And, but there's also another type and it's free energy and that comes from the cosmic energy. 220 00:26:37,000 --> 00:26:44,000 It's infinite, but we simply don't like, we have access to it. 221 00:26:44,000 --> 00:26:49,000 So the cosmic energy is all throughout everywhere. It's infinite. 222 00:26:49,000 --> 00:26:53,000 And there's infinite access to it everywhere. 223 00:26:53,000 --> 00:27:00,000 But the, we cannot like, we cannot create it. 224 00:27:00,000 --> 00:27:03,000 So we have to basically let it in. 225 00:27:03,000 --> 00:27:14,000 And what determines whether it like how much gets let in to our bodies is our meridians, our, the width of our meridians, 226 00:27:14,000 --> 00:27:24,000 which is basically two in it's, there's a lot more, but there are two central invisible like tubes that run up and down your spine. 227 00:27:24,000 --> 00:27:28,000 And one goes upwards and one goes downwards. 228 00:27:28,000 --> 00:27:38,000 And those tubes basically are the central meridian tubes, which run all of the free energy throughout your body. 229 00:27:38,000 --> 00:27:42,000 And enter like your energy levels are huge. 230 00:27:42,000 --> 00:27:47,000 They're super important. And I've, I like simply didn't run my fountains. 231 00:27:47,000 --> 00:27:56,000 I forgot all day today. 232 00:27:56,000 --> 00:27:59,000 Until now, I just ran them. That's why I was silent. 233 00:27:59,000 --> 00:28:05,000 But I have been working on them a lot during my meditations. 234 00:28:05,000 --> 00:28:16,000 I focus on my energy and I bring all the energy in all the way up to my head and then running around my head and then release it all down my body out, out of my feet. 235 00:28:16,000 --> 00:28:18,000 And then it releases outside of my feet. 236 00:28:18,000 --> 00:28:23,000 So I have been working on my, my energy throughout my meditations. 237 00:28:23,000 --> 00:28:34,000 And I predict that simply just from my readings of the gateway process, I predict that I will be working on a lot more once I get the CD. 238 00:28:34,000 --> 00:28:43,000 And so I, I suspect an improved energy level, but while we're on that topic during that meditation, 239 00:28:43,000 --> 00:28:55,000 I want to talk about this. I bought another journal last night and the purpose for this new journal is I'm going to carry it around with me all the time. 240 00:28:55,000 --> 00:28:59,000 Not maybe not all the time, but I'm going to carry it around with me. 241 00:28:59,000 --> 00:29:05,000 Like throughout the day, I'll put it in my backpack. I'll bring it with me at home. 242 00:29:05,000 --> 00:29:08,000 I'll have it handy often. 243 00:29:08,000 --> 00:29:15,000 And the purpose of it is I'm going to label it questions for my inner self. 244 00:29:15,000 --> 00:29:26,000 And I'm simply just throughout the day, whenever I come up with questions, I want to ask like God or a higher life, like a higher version of me. 245 00:29:26,000 --> 00:29:34,000 Basically, once you get into focus 12, I believe it is, once you get into focus 12, which is a very deep meditation. 246 00:29:34,000 --> 00:29:39,000 Once you get to that level, then you're able to speak to your higher self. 247 00:29:39,000 --> 00:29:52,000 It's like you can speak to yourself, but the person that responds has access to like a higher range of consciousness or a higher range of information. 248 00:29:52,000 --> 00:30:13,000 And so if you're familiar with the alternatives model, I basically essentially what it is is you can ask yourself questions and your heart will essentially respond using the vast information field, the alternatives information field, the alternative space. 249 00:30:13,000 --> 00:30:28,000 And so basically, you ask yourself a question and then it will respond in a way where you could never get that answer in conscious waking conscious reality. 250 00:30:28,000 --> 00:30:54,000 And so I found that little feature of the that gate with like the meditative gateway experience process, that little feature, I found that so profound and so valuable that I'd went ahead and bought a little travel size journal, just like it's the same journal that I use for my wallet, essentially. 251 00:30:54,000 --> 00:31:08,000 It's basically like a hand size journal, it's smaller than my hand. And it's about the same size of my hand. And it's made of leather. So and it's like a pocket size journal, it can fit in my pocket. 252 00:31:08,000 --> 00:31:19,000 And on the last page, there's actually a little like holder. And I put my credit cards and my driver's lessons in there. 253 00:31:19,000 --> 00:31:34,000 And so that's basically that is what I bought. And so I'm going to use that for questions for my inner self, which I definitely know is going to be very valuable because throughout the day, if I have questions I want to ask, I'll just jot it down. 254 00:31:34,000 --> 00:31:39,000 And then once I get into my meditation, I'll just ask those questions. 255 00:31:39,000 --> 00:31:52,000 And it'll be very valuable. One of the first questions that I came up with before the journal even arrived, I haven't even received the journal in the mail yet, it's supposed to come today by 10 o'clock at night. 256 00:31:52,000 --> 00:32:13,000 But I, the first question I have for myself is, is Hawaii my innermost goal? And so that for context, one of my goals is to move to Hawaii and become a surfer. 257 00:32:13,000 --> 00:32:32,000 And so I should probably actually ask a more specific question. So I'll probably say, is moving to Hawaii and becoming a surfer my innermost goal, my innermost desire, or one of my innermost goals? 258 00:32:32,000 --> 00:32:50,000 And I don't know how I'll respond, but I'm hoping to get some wisdom. And I also throw out, I'll probably just ask him multiple questions. Like, maybe I'll ask a questions that will help me, like in the media. 259 00:32:50,000 --> 00:33:08,000 So like, maybe I'll ask a questions on how I should move forward. So I might ask a questions that I may try and research online. So how, like, how can I grow my podcast? Like, how can I get more viewers on my podcast? 260 00:33:08,000 --> 00:33:12,000 Maybe I, maybe I could ask it that just see what happens. 261 00:33:12,000 --> 00:33:21,000 I don't know what kind of answers and I don't know, like, what the rules are, but I'm just going to experiment and have fun with it. That's like, that's one of the things they said. 262 00:33:21,000 --> 00:33:36,000 I listened to the sample of a few of the CDs and one of the CDs. They said, experiment with it, go at your own pace and have fun. 263 00:33:36,000 --> 00:33:42,000 That's like, that's all there, like that's all there is to it. Have fun with it. 264 00:33:42,000 --> 00:33:57,000 That's one of the, that's why to wrap it around full circle. That's why entrepreneurship and business being a business owner kind of got a little bland until like I came up with me and my friends started coming up with that new idea. 265 00:33:57,000 --> 00:34:07,000 And it just started getting so fun. And that's like, enjoy the experience, like enjoy life because it's a gift. 266 00:34:07,000 --> 00:34:20,000 And over the following like months, I will be reading a lot of books on that topic, enjoying life and how life is a gift. 267 00:34:20,000 --> 00:34:35,000 But let me get some more water. 268 00:34:35,000 --> 00:34:53,000 All right. This is today is one of those days where I'm having a hard time coming up with things to speak on and I kind of have low energy today. I still feel the residual effects of watching that movie. 269 00:34:53,000 --> 00:35:11,000 And that's like, watching that movie really like drained me. And actually, I want to talk about in the gateway experience, I was reading one of their like articles, like one of their PDFs that they created. 270 00:35:11,000 --> 00:35:29,000 And some of their like participants, research participants actually found that they just after like doing the training going through the gateway process, they found that they just spontaneously like quit alcohol smoking. 271 00:35:29,000 --> 00:35:49,000 They got like, they moved states, they went through it with a long, long needed divorce. And they also said that some like some even quit television. 272 00:35:49,000 --> 00:36:02,000 And the fact that I was like put in a trance like a hypnotic state. While I was watching that movie, I was literally like hypnotized watching that movie. 273 00:36:02,000 --> 00:36:16,000 The fact that that and then someone like people quit television after that gateway experience. There's definitely a correlation. 274 00:36:16,000 --> 00:36:33,000 And I'm definitely looking to, I'm definitely going to be looking to practice that. Because I know that there's a lot more. And like, if you just look at like religion, 275 00:36:33,000 --> 00:36:56,000 Transurfing basically teaches like a worldview. And it basically explains like how the world works and how to like manage your own route reality and how to actually like get through life through like actually how to actually get what you want out of life basically. 276 00:36:56,000 --> 00:37:17,000 And then in one, like one of the things I was reading recently in Transurfing was it was talking about religion, and it was talking about the 10 commandments and how that was like, God telling us warning us about 277 00:37:17,000 --> 00:37:33,000 Pendulums. And it's interesting because a pendulum is basically like when multiple people think of the same thing and that thing creates the like that thought. 278 00:37:33,000 --> 00:37:54,000 If enough people are thinking about it becomes its own like existing on its own. And then it's like a pendulum. And if enough people are thinking about it, it can manifest on its own or not manifest, but it becomes its own like informational or energetic structure. 279 00:37:54,000 --> 00:38:08,000 And it can like grip onto adherents and control them so it can basically control people under its will and steal all their energy. 280 00:38:08,000 --> 00:38:26,000 And with that like religion is a pendulum. So throughout history pendulum, the battle between man and pendulums have gone on and then up until like recent times, pendulums are starting to like take over. 281 00:38:26,000 --> 00:38:53,000 And that's what I was referring to with the matrix how like many different things like soon we're just not going to know of our freedom, our freedom. And but pendulums quickly gripped up like and turned religion into a pendulum, or kind of gripped up the like Jesus and gripped up 282 00:38:53,000 --> 00:39:04,000 like the Ten Commandments and all the like the Bible, all that stuff. And it was it was like turned into a pendulum and it's destructive. 283 00:39:04,000 --> 00:39:17,000 And I'm just learning a lot about that. And that's why I'm an extra Christian actually I was grow I grew up in a Christian household and went to church. 284 00:39:17,000 --> 00:39:23,000 But now I'm not Christian anymore. 285 00:39:23,000 --> 00:39:43,000 Reality transfer from really changed the game for me. And it's funny because when I discovered it, I was scrolling through YouTube and I was just getting into reading at that time I probably read for like October, November, December, January, February, March, I read for like six months at that time. 286 00:39:43,000 --> 00:39:57,000 And I was just looking through YouTube. I'm not sure if I was particularly looking for another book to read. But I was definitely like subconsciously on the lookout because I was always looking for new books to read. 287 00:39:57,000 --> 00:40:09,000 And I just came up with I came across this one YouTube short. It's like a YouTube short is like a tick tock basically. 288 00:40:09,000 --> 00:40:27,000 But on YouTube. And so this YouTube short was, I think it was a fan page of Eman Gazi. And so it was this person that ran up to Eman Gazi and for context, Eman Gazi is a entrepreneur. 289 00:40:27,000 --> 00:40:39,000 And he is kind of like 10 years ahead. I don't know how old he is. I think he's like 25. But he's I don't actually don't know how old he is. Maybe he's like 21. I don't know. 290 00:40:39,000 --> 00:40:51,000 But he's pretty much a couple years ahead of me. So he dropped out of high school in 17 to work on when he was 17 to work on his business full time. 291 00:40:51,000 --> 00:41:00,000 And I'm in high school right now and I'm working on business. So he's a couple years ahead of me. And he's a successful entrepreneur. 292 00:41:00,000 --> 00:41:19,000 And he's got like a YouTube channel and a bunch of stuff. But that tick tock was or that YouTube short was a fan page. And it was some dude just ran up to Eman Gazi and asked like all all these books that you've recommended are all like beginners. 293 00:41:19,000 --> 00:41:33,000 What what book do you study? What are more advanced books that you study right now? And he said he just said, oh, I read books like like live and grow rich. I think it's called. 294 00:41:33,000 --> 00:41:45,000 He said that book is yeah, that book is great. But I kind of I grew it. So some of the like one of the books that I'm studying right now and reading right now is called reality Transurfing. 295 00:41:45,000 --> 00:41:55,000 And then the clip just it just showed a picture of the cover of reality Transurfing parts one through five by Vadim Zalem. 296 00:41:55,000 --> 00:42:09,000 And then like it was over that was like of 10 second YouTube short. And I was like, oh, okay. And so I was I kind of just 297 00:42:09,000 --> 00:42:24,000 I think that I don't know exactly how it went. But I think I just like looked it up. And I saw it was like $60 for the paperback and like 80 for the hardcover and I was like, whoa, that's a lot of money. 298 00:42:24,000 --> 00:42:32,000 I'm not buying that. And then for some reason I just bought it. I don't remember the exact reasoning I had but I just bought it. 299 00:42:32,000 --> 00:42:50,000 And then it came and it was like 750 pages and I was like, wow, this is a big book. And so I just started reading it and then I don't think that I really understood like the gem that was placed upon like given to me, 300 00:42:50,000 --> 00:43:04,000 because I read like I got 300 pages in and then I got bored and switched books. And I started reading like real the way the spear man and some other books. 301 00:43:04,000 --> 00:43:14,000 And then after I told my friend about that book, I went back to Transurfing and I realized that that book is actually so great. And then I and now I'm rereading again. 302 00:43:14,000 --> 00:43:25,000 And so I'm just that whole that book is a game changer. It really is. I'm really I don't know where I'd be if I hadn't read it yet. 303 00:43:25,000 --> 00:43:34,000 I'd probably be in a similar situation but this book is a it's definitely like the foundation to my life. 304 00:43:34,000 --> 00:44:01,000 And this book will allow me to get whatever I want from life. So if you compare my life in two years from now to what my life would have looked like in two years from now, if I hadn't gotten like if I've never discovered Transurfing, it would be very different. 305 00:44:01,000 --> 00:44:14,000 But every single day it's getting better and better. That's like one of the affirmations or one of the things one of the concepts in Transurfing where every single day gets better and better. 306 00:44:14,000 --> 00:44:26,000 So the pessimists look at the world as every single day gets worse and worse and worse. And their like suspicions are confirmed by the world because the world is a mirror. 307 00:44:26,000 --> 00:44:40,000 It gives you exactly what you perceive. That's why the coordinating intention is so valuable because if you perceive events as positive, the world will give you exactly what you perceive. 308 00:44:40,000 --> 00:44:54,000 It's a mirror from your thought energy. So your thought energy basically sends to the world, which the world is a mirror. So then it reflects back what your thought energy is like conveying. 309 00:44:54,000 --> 00:45:12,000 So if you have a pessimistic outlook on the world, your thought energy is going to be conveying such and so the world will reflect back like a bad outcome and then your life will just get worse. 310 00:45:12,000 --> 00:45:19,000 But if you do the opposite and you have a positive outlook, life will get better and better and better. 311 00:45:19,000 --> 00:45:33,000 And so that's like, that is why every single day gets better. One of the best things for self improvement that I've gotten into was reading. 312 00:45:33,000 --> 00:45:46,000 Ever since I started reading nonfiction self help books, like it just was game changer. Ever since I started reading it, every single day got better and better incrementally. 313 00:45:46,000 --> 00:45:57,000 Like while I'm in it, while I'm in it, every single day I'm studying every single morning, I study Transurfing for like an hour. 314 00:45:57,000 --> 00:46:04,000 While I'm in it, I don't really notice much changes. That's because I'm comparing it to the day to day. 315 00:46:04,000 --> 00:46:22,000 And every like today always seems pretty much the same as yesterday. But when I compare today to two or three months ago, that's when you see the changes. 316 00:46:22,000 --> 00:46:36,000 That's when that consistency and daily study really adds up. Because I was studying daily, like pretty much daily for a long time. 317 00:46:36,000 --> 00:46:50,000 But let's just say for the past three months, I've been studying daily and it just adds up over three months. 318 00:46:50,000 --> 00:47:02,000 And like consistency is just so important. 319 00:47:02,000 --> 00:47:13,000 But once I'm done with Transurfing, I'm really excited to move on because I've been on Transurfing. I've been reading this book for like two months, two or three months by now. 320 00:47:13,000 --> 00:47:30,000 And it's nice, it's very valuable and it's very beneficial to me. But it takes a lot of discipline to stay at it because reading is so nice because especially when you're reading a lot of books, 321 00:47:30,000 --> 00:47:43,000 back to back to back and very quickly, like a book a week or something like that, you get a lot of information in and you learn a lot of things in a very quick short period of time. 322 00:47:43,000 --> 00:47:52,000 And then if you're reading a book a week, you can actually see the differences that it's made in your life. You can actually see the differences. 323 00:47:52,000 --> 00:48:07,000 Whereas when you read Transurfing and it takes like two months or three months, you're going to see the differences, but it's all going to kind of blend in together. 324 00:48:07,000 --> 00:48:13,000 And you're not really going to see the differences as well. 325 00:48:13,000 --> 00:48:19,000 But if you're reading like different books back to back, that's when you see the differences. 326 00:48:19,000 --> 00:48:27,000 But Transurfing in all honesty, you're probably going to get a lot more benefit out of reading Transurfing than not. 327 00:48:27,000 --> 00:48:40,000 Simply because it's such a great book. But the issue, like the one of the problems is it's hard to because you're not going to see as much benefit. 328 00:48:40,000 --> 00:48:43,000 So there's not really that positive feedback loop. 329 00:48:43,000 --> 00:48:59,000 There is, like I definitely see a lot of benefit and from the point where I started reading Transurfing until now, and even like a couple weeks ago till now, I definitely know a lot more and I definitely have improved a lot more. 330 00:48:59,000 --> 00:49:02,000 But it's just, it's a lot different. 331 00:49:02,000 --> 00:49:15,000 It's like a different experience to where let's say one book you're reading, breathing, and then the next book you're reading about exercise, and then the next book you're reading about like the world or I don't even know. 332 00:49:15,000 --> 00:49:22,000 But then you'll be able to like expand your knowledge on many different topics. 333 00:49:22,000 --> 00:49:29,000 Whereas Transurfing is mostly like the same con. It's like the, it's just a worldview. 334 00:49:29,000 --> 00:49:37,000 Well, it's a lot more than that, but it's a, it's a, I'm having a hard time putting this stuff in the words, but. 335 00:49:37,000 --> 00:49:50,000 Transurfing is very beneficial. I'll just say this. Transurfing is very beneficial, but it's harder to read than most books because it takes so long and it takes discipline to get through it all. 336 00:49:50,000 --> 00:49:59,000 But I'm getting through it all and pushing through, but I'm looking forward to when I'm back at reading a bunch of different books. 337 00:49:59,000 --> 00:50:05,000 And I'm actually going to try this new strategy that I learned on this website, like the most beautiful world. 338 00:50:05,000 --> 00:50:16,000 And it is where you pick up, you get three books. You get three books, lay them all on front of you and pick up the first one, read until you lose focus. 339 00:50:16,000 --> 00:50:30,000 So it's usually when you start, have to reread a sentence you just read and then put that down, pick up the next book, read until you lose focus, pick up the next book, and then sure rinse and repeat. 340 00:50:30,000 --> 00:50:36,000 And then once you get through all seven, restart at the first one and then just keep cycling through them all. 341 00:50:36,000 --> 00:50:46,000 And then every once in a while, do some pushups. And I actually have been doing that with my normal studying, with transurfing. 342 00:50:46,000 --> 00:50:58,000 Every once in a while, I drink water and do some pushups because it like stimulates the brain and gets it moving faster and like enhances your concentration. 343 00:50:58,000 --> 00:51:10,000 So I usually do like 40 pushups every morning, just from my, simply just from my studying. 344 00:51:10,000 --> 00:51:25,000 And I actually, there's this challenge that I used to like back a couple years ago, before I started lifting and even maybe when I was like just beginning lifting. 345 00:51:25,000 --> 00:51:32,000 And when I was watching YouTube, there was this like challenge that went around and it's like 100 pushups a day. 346 00:51:32,000 --> 00:51:36,000 And if you could do 100 pushups a day, then that's the challenge. 347 00:51:36,000 --> 00:51:39,000 And then there's a lot of benefits to that. 348 00:51:39,000 --> 00:51:42,000 But I always thought that it was impossible. 349 00:51:42,000 --> 00:51:49,000 Like when I was watching YouTube and I just started lifting, I thought like, oh wow, that's extremely difficult. 350 00:51:49,000 --> 00:51:55,000 I'm not sure if I'd be able to do that. But now, I definitely know that it's possible. 351 00:51:55,000 --> 00:51:58,000 It's actually like not even that difficult. 352 00:51:58,000 --> 00:52:01,000 I could probably, I could, well, I could definitely do it. 353 00:52:01,000 --> 00:52:07,000 I just, I don't really care to do it. 354 00:52:07,000 --> 00:52:15,000 Like I do 40 pushups a day, pretty much, just simply to enhance my concentration. 355 00:52:15,000 --> 00:52:17,000 And that's just like normal pushups. 356 00:52:17,000 --> 00:52:18,000 I'm not really pushing myself. 357 00:52:18,000 --> 00:52:26,000 I just do like one set of 10 and then go back to studying and then do another set of 10 and then go back to studying. 358 00:52:26,000 --> 00:52:29,000 And I just do 10, 10 and 10 and 10. 359 00:52:29,000 --> 00:52:40,000 And it's like, if I did like 15 in the morning and 50 at night or even just scattered it throughout the day, easy. 360 00:52:40,000 --> 00:52:44,000 And I have like over the summer, I was doing football camp. 361 00:52:44,000 --> 00:52:53,000 And that was, they had us do 100 pushups at the end of a workout. 362 00:52:53,000 --> 00:53:00,000 So this was during the off season lifting towards the end of the school year last year. 363 00:53:00,000 --> 00:53:10,000 We would go to lifting before school and lift some weights and then everyone would huddle, like get around in a circle and we would all do 100 pushups. 364 00:53:10,000 --> 00:53:19,000 Now the first day I did it, that was super difficult because they would do the pushups like extremely quick and with barely any rests. 365 00:53:19,000 --> 00:53:24,000 So we would do 10 pushups very quick, like one, two, three, four. 366 00:53:24,000 --> 00:53:26,000 Like I couldn't even go that fast. 367 00:53:26,000 --> 00:53:30,000 I had to keep wrapping them out even after everyone was done. 368 00:53:30,000 --> 00:53:42,000 And then we went in and like once we did the 10, we would get up and then like we would have like five second rest and then we get back down. 369 00:53:42,000 --> 00:53:49,000 And so that was very difficult, but I was able to do it that first day just barely. 370 00:53:49,000 --> 00:53:52,000 My like chest was exploding. 371 00:53:52,000 --> 00:53:54,000 Like it was like dead. 372 00:53:54,000 --> 00:53:58,000 Like it was very sore. 373 00:53:58,000 --> 00:54:05,000 Not even really sore, but it was, I could definitely feel the soreness the next day, but I have good diet. 374 00:54:05,000 --> 00:54:10,000 So it didn't, it wasn't sore too much and for too long. 375 00:54:10,000 --> 00:54:16,000 And then after a couple weeks of that, I was able to do 100 pushups because I trained it at the gym. 376 00:54:16,000 --> 00:54:27,000 So after my push days, I would just do 100 pushups and it was hard, but I was able to do it like 100 pushups easy. 377 00:54:27,000 --> 00:54:31,000 And I was doing that after lifting my chest. 378 00:54:31,000 --> 00:54:43,000 And so I definitely think that the 100 pushup challenge, 100 pushup a day is definitely obtainable, especially because in the beginning you may be sore, 379 00:54:43,000 --> 00:54:46,000 but you'll, your body will adapt. 380 00:54:46,000 --> 00:54:49,000 It will definitely adapt and you'll be able to do it. 381 00:54:49,000 --> 00:54:51,000 Like eventually you'll plateau. 382 00:54:51,000 --> 00:54:53,000 Like in the beginning you'll grow. 383 00:54:53,000 --> 00:54:56,000 Then after a couple of weeks, you'll plateau and you'll be like, oh, well that's, 384 00:54:56,000 --> 00:54:58,000 well it depends on your starting point. 385 00:54:58,000 --> 00:55:06,000 Like for me, I definitely think that after like two months out plateau, I think. 386 00:55:06,000 --> 00:55:08,000 Or maybe I'm just being too cocky and maybe it is hard. 387 00:55:08,000 --> 00:55:10,000 I don't know. 388 00:55:10,000 --> 00:55:21,000 But I don't really have the ambition to do it because I've been focused on business and focusing on my studies. 389 00:55:21,000 --> 00:55:26,000 I actually am only going to the gym three days on two days off now. 390 00:55:26,000 --> 00:55:45,000 So it's like four to five days a week basically where, where before I was going like seven days a week and every once while I'd have a rest day. 391 00:55:45,000 --> 00:55:51,000 That's simply because I started to focus on business and I just, I, I want the time. 392 00:55:51,000 --> 00:55:58,000 I want the time is very valuable to me having the time and I use the time very well. 393 00:55:58,000 --> 00:56:12,000 I can still do my podcasts anyways, even if I go to the gym, but on days where I don't, like yesterday I didn't go to the gym and today I didn't either. 394 00:56:12,000 --> 00:56:23,000 But yesterday I spent like an hour and a half reviewing my past like week and a half of notes on my Transurfing Journal. 395 00:56:23,000 --> 00:56:30,000 And today I am going to be recording two podcast episodes. 396 00:56:30,000 --> 00:56:39,000 So like both of these days yesterday and today are both very valuable for like my time, very valuable use of my time. 397 00:56:39,000 --> 00:56:43,000 And it's just worth it. 398 00:56:43,000 --> 00:56:54,000 I think like I was questioning because my friend is still doing three days on like my friend is still lifting like most days. 399 00:56:54,000 --> 00:57:00,000 And I was questioning like maybe I should go back to lifting every day. 400 00:57:00,000 --> 00:57:25,000 But then I remember like one of the reasons why I cut like started cutting, cutting it down is because the time is way more valuable spent focusing on studying and spending my brain like because right now my goals, my most important goals align closer to business. 401 00:57:25,000 --> 00:57:50,000 Like a year ago my all like all my only goal was to well I was reading but my biggest goal for the past year was to go to the gym and then I would just I would still read like that I've been reading for the past year but my like my goal was to get jacked. 402 00:57:50,000 --> 00:58:04,000 But now I like my interest my motivations and my goals and aspirations have shifted I still am getting jacked I'm still like that's still one of my goals but it's just not my most important goal right now. 403 00:58:04,000 --> 00:58:14,000 My most important goal is going to moving to Hawaii and gaining financial independence and becoming financially free. 404 00:58:14,000 --> 00:58:27,000 And that's like that's all there is to it. Basically, that's like I'm able to say that now without like any discomfort. 405 00:58:27,000 --> 00:58:38,000 Like I'm if I were to have said that like a year or even like a couple months ago I would have kind of not really believed it. 406 00:58:38,000 --> 00:58:46,000 But now I'm able to just say oh yeah, I'm going to become financially free. Now I definitely believe it. 407 00:58:46,000 --> 00:58:57,000 It's simply just a matter of time for it to take into action. Like it's like a rest of the world is like a restaurant so if you place your order. 408 00:58:57,000 --> 00:59:09,000 Eventually it will come as long as you don't like cancel the order. And so if you say if you like place the order correctly in real life. 409 00:59:09,000 --> 00:59:16,000 Like oh I will become financially free. That's my order. 410 00:59:16,000 --> 00:59:22,000 Eventually it will come like that's simply just the law it's the law of nature like that's all there is to it. 411 00:59:22,000 --> 00:59:28,000 There obviously no there's a lot more to it but that's like the basics that's the basics of it. 412 00:59:28,000 --> 00:59:34,000 And reading reality Transurfing will definitely give you the world view. 413 00:59:34,000 --> 00:59:41,000 Like reality Transurfing that book is like the biggest gift that has ever been. 414 00:59:41,000 --> 00:59:50,000 It wasn't even a gift that I received but it was a gift that I learned about that on the TikTok from the world. 415 00:59:50,000 --> 00:59:55,000 Like that was the best gift I could have ever received from the world getting that book. 416 00:59:55,000 --> 01:00:03,000 Because that book will allow me to like manage my own reality how I how I wish. 417 01:00:03,000 --> 01:00:11,000 To wrap things up don't forget to download your favorite episodes and subscribe to the Ascend Momentum show. 418 01:00:11,000 --> 01:00:20,000 But before you guys leave make sure to remember the Eagles.
