1 00:00:00,000 --> 00:00:06,440 So the big question is this, how do young men like us, who didn't listen to society, 2 00:00:06,440 --> 00:00:14,440 who are on our own, how do we grow and improve ourselves so that we can live a better tomorrow? 3 00:00:14,440 --> 00:00:18,520 That is the question and this show will give you the answers. 4 00:00:18,520 --> 00:00:25,600 My name is James Radzinski and welcome to The Ascend Momentum Show. 5 00:00:25,600 --> 00:00:32,600 Welcome, welcome back everyone. Let's get things off started. 6 00:00:32,600 --> 00:00:40,600 I'm going to Hawaii. I'm going to Hawaii to surf. Let me explain. 7 00:00:40,600 --> 00:00:48,600 A couple weeks ago in one of my earlier episodes, I talked about how I'm going to Hawaii. 8 00:00:48,600 --> 00:00:55,600 That's my goal, to move to Hawaii and surf, like just become a surfer. 9 00:00:55,600 --> 00:01:06,600 Currently for context, I'm a 17-year-old high school senior and still living at my parents' house. 10 00:01:06,600 --> 00:01:10,600 My income is zero. That's the context. 11 00:01:10,600 --> 00:01:19,600 But over the past couple weeks, I've been studying reality Transurfing, a book by Vadim Zellin. 12 00:01:19,600 --> 00:01:23,600 It's basically how to win life, essentially. 13 00:01:23,600 --> 00:01:38,600 Now I've come across, I've stumbled across a website which has a reading list with the ultimate reading list for human beings. 14 00:01:38,600 --> 00:01:44,600 And on that website, I saw that he actually wrote a book. 15 00:01:44,600 --> 00:01:51,600 The guy who put together that reading list wrote a book. He's an author. 16 00:01:51,600 --> 00:01:57,600 And so I bought his book as well as the first book on the reading list. 17 00:01:57,600 --> 00:02:02,600 And I read the intro to his book and I loved it. 18 00:02:02,600 --> 00:02:16,600 He put a declassified CIA document in the intro of the book. 19 00:02:16,600 --> 00:02:22,600 So I was like, whoa, that's crazy. And then I read the document. It was cool. 20 00:02:22,600 --> 00:02:29,600 I think it was about Focus 15. And that's basically like time travel into the past. 21 00:02:29,600 --> 00:02:38,600 And I wrote a document, a declassified CIA document about time travel in the intro of his book. 22 00:02:38,600 --> 00:02:53,600 And then I read on and I skipped to this chapter that he wrote and it's called Transurfing, Reality Transurfing. 23 00:02:53,600 --> 00:03:03,600 And so he said that's basically how you win life. So that's awesome. And I'm in the middle of reading Reality Transurfing for the second time through right now and I'm halfway done. 24 00:03:03,600 --> 00:03:13,600 Alright, so that's all context. So let's go back to that declassified document. 25 00:03:13,600 --> 00:03:22,600 I actually looked up that declassified document. I searched up Reality Transurfing CIA document. 26 00:03:22,600 --> 00:03:32,600 And it was like the first link. And it was literally a PDF on the CIA website. It was like CIA.gov or something. 27 00:03:32,600 --> 00:03:40,600 So an official PDF and the document was official. Declassified. It was written in like 1985. 28 00:03:40,600 --> 00:03:53,600 And then it was declassified in like 2009. So it was classified for like 24 years. 29 00:03:53,600 --> 00:04:00,600 A quarter of a century. That document was classified for. 30 00:04:00,600 --> 00:04:10,600 And essentially that document is a letter to like the commander of the US military. 31 00:04:10,600 --> 00:04:16,600 I don't know. I don't think it was the president, but it was like the commander of the US military. 32 00:04:16,600 --> 00:04:34,600 So it was like the guy who wrote the letter was tasked at figuring out. His task was to look into this Gateway program. 33 00:04:34,600 --> 00:04:41,600 So it was this program that Monroe Institute, I think it's called, did. 34 00:04:41,600 --> 00:04:55,600 And it's called the Gateway program or something like that. And his task, the author of the letter, his task was to look into that Gateway program 35 00:04:55,600 --> 00:05:10,600 and write back to the commander of the military, write back about its like practicality and like how well it works. 36 00:05:10,600 --> 00:05:20,600 And so he essentially wrote an in-depth like 30 to 40 page letter to the commander. 37 00:05:20,600 --> 00:05:31,600 And in that letter he was basically describing all of the different things, all the different main aspects to the program. 38 00:05:31,600 --> 00:05:41,600 And this was the government, by the way, the government of the United States of America, like the CIA and the military. 39 00:05:41,600 --> 00:05:49,600 Like this is legit. This is real stuff. And so I didn't read it all the way through because I had it on the PDF on the document. 40 00:05:49,600 --> 00:05:52,600 I was just reading it in class with my friend Franklin. 41 00:05:52,600 --> 00:06:07,600 And I mean, like the stuff I read in there was like all Transurfing stuff. Like not all of it was Transurfing, but there was a lot of Transurfing principles that were essentially proven to be true. 42 00:06:07,600 --> 00:06:14,600 And so I believed in Transurfing for the past couple months. 43 00:06:14,600 --> 00:06:23,600 Like I was slowly but surely starting to believe in it and actually realize, oh, this stuff is true. 44 00:06:23,600 --> 00:06:31,600 And like a couple weeks ago, I created the goal to move to Hawaii and be a surfer. 45 00:06:31,600 --> 00:06:40,600 And it wasn't until today where I like all these up until today, I was always like, oh yeah, I'm going to do that. 46 00:06:40,600 --> 00:06:44,600 But it was all just me saying it. I never really actually believed it. 47 00:06:44,600 --> 00:06:52,600 I was working towards it, but I didn't really see it. I didn't see like, I didn't know for sure if it was possible. 48 00:06:52,600 --> 00:07:17,600 But after today and looking that the CIA, the United States of America, the government literally used this stuff and they literally proved that this stuff is real. 49 00:07:17,600 --> 00:07:28,600 And it just, it gave my mind like, it gave my mind proof of like how this actually is real. 50 00:07:28,600 --> 00:07:39,600 Like Transurfing is actually real. And so I'm still, I still don't, it's like slowly but surely integrating into my worldview. 51 00:07:39,600 --> 00:07:49,600 But today was a big jump. It's not 100% in my worldview yet, but today was a jump. 52 00:07:49,600 --> 00:08:05,600 Once I saw that, once I saw that the United States of America, a declassified document from the CIA was talking about Transurfing. 53 00:08:05,600 --> 00:08:11,600 And there were, there was some very interesting stuff and it wasn't just Transurfing either. 54 00:08:11,600 --> 00:08:18,600 It was like time travel. It was deep meditation. 55 00:08:18,600 --> 00:08:27,600 What else was there? Like healing. So let's say you broke your leg and you can literally heal it with your mind. 56 00:08:27,600 --> 00:08:40,600 So lots of stuff. So I'm, and I actually was at school when I did this and my school has printers that the students can use. 57 00:08:40,600 --> 00:08:58,600 So I actually just printed that declassified CIA document on my school printer, on my school, in my, one of my school's printers, or my school, one of the printers at my school. 58 00:08:58,600 --> 00:09:06,600 So I printed it out and then walked over to it and grabbed it. It was like 40 pages of paper. 59 00:09:06,600 --> 00:09:17,600 And then I brought it home and then I tried to staple it together, but my stapler that I have at my home doesn't even go all the way that deep. 60 00:09:17,600 --> 00:09:23,600 Like, because there was 40 pieces of paper. So I had to just use a binder clip and clip it together. 61 00:09:23,600 --> 00:09:30,600 But I'm definitely going to be reading that all about that. I'm going to read the whole thing. 62 00:09:30,600 --> 00:09:38,600 Basically gives a summary of the Gateway, the Gateway program. 63 00:09:38,600 --> 00:09:47,600 And that reading list, let's go back to the reading list. The reading list that I've been talking about for the past couple days, ever since I discovered it like a week ago. 64 00:09:47,600 --> 00:09:55,600 He actually put down my friend, like my friend knows a lot about psychedelics. 65 00:09:55,600 --> 00:10:04,600 And so he was looking into that reading list as well. And he saw there was a good amount of books on psychedelics in that reading list. 66 00:10:04,600 --> 00:10:20,600 And when we go back to the CIA document, that CIA document is a letter to the Army, like, commander of the Army about that letter is talking about the Gateway process. 67 00:10:20,600 --> 00:10:28,600 And the Gateway process is like an experiment or a research. I don't even know what it is. I just discovered this today. 68 00:10:28,600 --> 00:10:36,600 So I'm giving you guys whatever I know that Gateway process is basically what they're doing at Monroe Institute. 69 00:10:36,600 --> 00:10:42,600 I think it's called Monroe. I know it's Monroe, but I don't know if it's like Institute. I don't know. 70 00:10:42,600 --> 00:10:59,600 But they're basically researching that. And Monroe, I don't know his first name, but Mr. Monroe is actually the person who made out of body experience, that term, out of body experience. 71 00:10:59,600 --> 00:11:06,600 He was the person that made that popular. He popularized that. My friend told me that. 72 00:11:06,600 --> 00:11:18,600 And then my friend also said that he wrote the book, Mr. Monroe wrote the book, one of the books on psychedelics, that's on the ultimate reading list for human beings. 73 00:11:18,600 --> 00:11:30,600 So like a week ago, when I first discovered this reading list, I was initially I was like, oh, wow, I'm like, this is the next step. 74 00:11:30,600 --> 00:11:44,600 This is I'm starting to discover things. But now I'm thinking like, this is it. This is like, this is how like this reading list has the truth. 75 00:11:44,600 --> 00:11:55,600 Like this reading list is going to tell me like exactly what I meant for on earth and exactly like it's going to tell me the truth about the world. 76 00:11:55,600 --> 00:12:08,600 It talks about the school like the read there's books on the school system and how it's fraud like how it's bat how it's flawed and how it's like a system to suck out all of your creativity. 77 00:12:08,600 --> 00:12:21,600 And and then it also talks about like, I don't even know, like, I'm just I'm just learning this and I'm so excited to learn about all of this stuff in the future. 78 00:12:21,600 --> 00:12:29,600 Me and my friend were just sitting in the back of the classroom together because we're in a group of two. 79 00:12:29,600 --> 00:12:32,600 And we had our own table. 80 00:12:32,600 --> 00:12:38,600 And so we were sitting in the back of the classroom literally reading this declassified CIA document. 81 00:12:38,600 --> 00:12:49,600 And we were just thinking to ourselves we're saying it to each other. Wow, we just stumbled upon the truth like this is like, going to tell us the truth. 82 00:12:49,600 --> 00:12:54,600 And we're going to slowly but surely learn the truth. 83 00:12:54,600 --> 00:12:56,600 I don't know what the truth is. 84 00:12:56,600 --> 00:13:02,600 But I know it's like, I know there's a lot more to life than what we've been led to believe. 85 00:13:02,600 --> 00:13:13,600 And this and so we were just saying like we're just looking around and we were just seeing that no one else knew what we knew in our class. 86 00:13:13,600 --> 00:13:14,600 No one else knew. 87 00:13:14,600 --> 00:13:17,600 Everyone else was just part of the system. 88 00:13:17,600 --> 00:13:21,600 And so were we but we were we're starting to break free. 89 00:13:21,600 --> 00:13:27,600 And so we just looked at each other and and then I was like, wow, I'm so grateful that we know what we know. 90 00:13:27,600 --> 00:13:32,600 I'm so grateful we're going to break free from the system like we are starting to break free. 91 00:13:32,600 --> 00:13:36,600 I don't know what we're breaking free from. 92 00:13:36,600 --> 00:13:46,600 But I know that with knowledge will know exactly what like what we're breaking free from and what we're going towards. 93 00:13:46,600 --> 00:13:53,600 But for now, I just have to keep putting one foot in front of the other and just keep pushing forward and keep learning more. 94 00:13:53,600 --> 00:13:58,600 Keep reading. 95 00:13:58,600 --> 00:14:04,600 But that's that's basically why in the beginning I said I'm going to Hawaii. 96 00:14:04,600 --> 00:14:08,600 Because now I now I know anything is possible. 97 00:14:08,600 --> 00:14:16,600 Now I know that literally you can do whatever you want and the only thing holding you back is your mind. 98 00:14:16,600 --> 00:14:22,600 Like you are literally capable of anything possible. 99 00:14:22,600 --> 00:14:28,600 And the only thing that's preventing you from doing it is your own mind. 100 00:14:28,600 --> 00:14:34,600 And I was aware of that for the past couple months. 101 00:14:34,600 --> 00:14:40,600 But I wasn't I didn't actually know for sure till like today. 102 00:14:40,600 --> 00:14:50,600 Today was when I'm thinking like wow, the CIA wrote a document on time travel. 103 00:14:50,600 --> 00:14:53,600 That is like insane. 104 00:14:53,600 --> 00:15:01,600 And the fact that no one like my friend, he he like knows all about the news like he used to I'm pretty sure he used to watch the news. 105 00:15:01,600 --> 00:15:10,600 Or at least he like hears about the news a lot and he was just saying like this is not on the news. 106 00:15:10,600 --> 00:15:12,600 No one knows about this. 107 00:15:12,600 --> 00:15:17,600 I've never heard of this before because he is really like he researches a lot about this stuff. 108 00:15:17,600 --> 00:15:27,600 And then what matter of that we literally just discovered it from one Google search and it was the first hit on the link. 109 00:15:27,600 --> 00:15:38,600 It was like literally the first thing the first the first search result on Google. 110 00:15:38,600 --> 00:15:48,600 So I don't know but I know I'm in for a big ride coming up coming up into the future. 111 00:15:48,600 --> 00:15:55,600 And by the time this wow set this video is gonna this episode is gonna post in seven days. 112 00:15:55,600 --> 00:16:07,600 So I'll have recorded episode 50 not no I'll probably because I'm going on vacation or not vacation I'm going out of town in two days. 113 00:16:07,600 --> 00:16:09,600 So I won't record two episodes. 114 00:16:09,600 --> 00:16:21,600 So by the time this episode posts I'll have already record episode of I'll have already recorded episode 50 in my like in real time. 115 00:16:21,600 --> 00:16:33,600 And so literally only in that's in like seven days by the time this episode posts in seven days I'll have learned so much more. 116 00:16:33,600 --> 00:16:39,600 And then by the time that episode posts in seven days like in 14 days I'll learn even more. 117 00:16:39,600 --> 00:16:46,600 So it's actually I'm actually every single day I'm learning so much more. 118 00:16:46,600 --> 00:16:54,600 And this is like today's been a today was definitely a change attorney another turning point. 119 00:16:54,600 --> 00:17:13,600 I've had a lot of those lately but today was especially another turning point learning that the CIA there is so much more the author of the book the Russ dancing after the music stops that author in the introduction of that book. 120 00:17:13,600 --> 00:17:22,600 He was like the way he was talking just spoke to me the way he was talking about how there's more. 121 00:17:22,600 --> 00:17:28,600 I'm just I'm looking so forward into the future I know that life is just going to continue to get great. 122 00:17:28,600 --> 00:17:33,600 Like right now I love life but it's just it's going to get so much better. 123 00:17:33,600 --> 00:17:45,600 I'm still in I'm still living in Oak Park and literally it's just getting better every single day. 124 00:17:45,600 --> 00:17:53,600 The more information I learn the more knowledge I gain and the more my brain is shaping the closer I'm getting to my goals. 125 00:17:53,600 --> 00:17:58,600 Things are getting great things are getting great. 126 00:17:58,600 --> 00:18:05,600 But that is pretty much that's like that's what I wanted to talk about today. 127 00:18:05,600 --> 00:18:15,600 Let me get some water. 128 00:18:15,600 --> 00:18:22,600 All right so let's talk about the next thing and then I'm going to connect it back to the CIA document. 129 00:18:22,600 --> 00:18:28,600 So this morning in my studies on reality transfer. 130 00:18:28,600 --> 00:18:37,600 I finished the chapter on goals and doors and I started the next chapter which is energy. 131 00:18:37,600 --> 00:18:46,600 And now I'm I'm I think I'm officially halfway through the book so I'm actually halfway through now. 132 00:18:46,600 --> 00:18:52,600 And I've probably been reading for like two months or one month. I don't know. 133 00:18:52,600 --> 00:18:56,600 It doesn't even matter. 134 00:18:56,600 --> 00:19:02,600 I'm halfway through but I'm on the energy chapter and on the energy chapter for some context. 135 00:19:02,600 --> 00:19:10,600 It's all about increasing your energy levels and it's all about understanding how energy works in the body. 136 00:19:10,600 --> 00:19:16,600 So there are there are two types of energy sources in the human body. 137 00:19:16,600 --> 00:19:24,600 Physiological energy which physical physiological energy comes from like the metabolism is basically like the food you eat. 138 00:19:24,600 --> 00:19:26,600 It's like normal physical energy. 139 00:19:26,600 --> 00:19:30,600 There you get from metabolism. 140 00:19:30,600 --> 00:19:34,600 And then the second type is cosmic energy. 141 00:19:34,600 --> 00:19:56,600 Now this cosmic energy is infinite and we are basically surrounded by cosmic energy and we are like depending on how much free energy is what it's called depending on how much free energy someone has depends on how wide their meridians are. 142 00:19:56,600 --> 00:20:01,600 So meridians there are two main meridians. 143 00:20:01,600 --> 00:20:08,600 One goes upwards which is about two inches away from the spine. 144 00:20:08,600 --> 00:20:14,600 Two inches like away from the spine on men and one inch on women. 145 00:20:14,600 --> 00:20:24,600 Don't don't ask me why don't ask me how I have no idea I'm just like reiterating what I just learned this morning on that I'm zoned. 146 00:20:24,600 --> 00:20:42,600 And then that is basically like a tube going upwards and then there's another meridian a second main meridian that is basically like close to the spine and it's going downwards. 147 00:20:42,600 --> 00:20:50,600 So basically there are two tubes like very close to each other that are going up and down on your spine. 148 00:20:50,600 --> 00:21:09,600 And basically depending on how wide your meridians are is how much energy you can let in and cosmic energy is infinite but you can only let in so much at a time depending on how wide your meridians are. 149 00:21:09,600 --> 00:21:22,600 So I remember explaining this stuff to my friend like when we were first getting into Transurfing I'm not even sure if I think he'd read he's like starting Transurfing. 150 00:21:22,600 --> 00:21:31,600 I remember explaining it to him literally like four months ago maybe and I was explaining to him like literally exactly what I'm telling you right now about energy. 151 00:21:31,600 --> 00:21:42,600 And I didn't even believe it I was just reiterating what I was reading and he I don't think he believed it either he was like dude what are you talking about. 152 00:21:42,600 --> 00:21:49,600 But over five months of changing our worldview and researching and studying a lot more. 153 00:21:49,600 --> 00:21:55,600 I actually I actually know that this stuff is real and my friend does too. 154 00:21:55,600 --> 00:22:04,600 So we've come a long way and if you don't believe this stuff fully don't even worry because you will if you study it. 155 00:22:04,600 --> 00:22:08,600 Just give it a chance. 156 00:22:08,600 --> 00:22:12,600 So this back to the meridians. 157 00:22:12,600 --> 00:22:24,600 You basically like let the energy in since there's infinite amounts of energy around us you just let the energy in through your meridians and then that's how like you that's how you get your energy for the free energy. 158 00:22:24,600 --> 00:22:29,600 The cosmic energy. 159 00:22:29,600 --> 00:22:38,600 And so bringing it back to the CIA document. 160 00:22:38,600 --> 00:22:53,600 There was one aspect in that document where he was talking about the there was this I forgot what it's called it was some meditation it was like deep. 161 00:22:53,600 --> 00:22:58,600 I don't even I forgot what it was called but my friend said it was like a mainstream thing. 162 00:22:58,600 --> 00:23:04,600 And it's like a meditation type where you're like really deep and you're just focusing on your energy. 163 00:23:04,600 --> 00:23:09,600 And you're focusing on like your lines of energy up and down your spine. 164 00:23:09,600 --> 00:23:10,600 That's what it said. 165 00:23:10,600 --> 00:23:22,600 It like it said meditation when you're like focusing when you're spending a lot of focus on the energy flowing up and down your spine. 166 00:23:22,600 --> 00:23:34,600 And so I having learned about meridians and energy from Transurfing I instantly recognize that as your meridian or meridian tubes. 167 00:23:34,600 --> 00:23:43,600 And so that meditation type you play like five to seven Hertz I think is like four to seven Hertz. 168 00:23:43,600 --> 00:23:50,600 I don't remember the exact noise frequency but imagine like pink and white noise that frequency. 169 00:23:50,600 --> 00:24:02,600 You play that while you're meditating and then and then you meditate and just focus all of your attention on the energy moving up and down your spine. 170 00:24:02,600 --> 00:24:08,600 So basically what the meridian tubes I explained and that meditation allows you to do many different things. 171 00:24:08,600 --> 00:24:09,600 I don't remember. 172 00:24:09,600 --> 00:24:18,600 I don't even remember what it was but I'm going to look back on once I'm I don't know if I'm going to do it today or tomorrow. 173 00:24:18,600 --> 00:24:32,600 Essentially I'm going to read through that entire CIA document because I know that it's like I know it's got some gold gold nuggets in there for me to pick up on. 174 00:24:32,600 --> 00:24:44,600 And that's that's essentially that meditation practice. 175 00:24:44,600 --> 00:24:50,600 So I want to talk to you about how after I learned about that CIA stuff. 176 00:24:50,600 --> 00:24:56,600 So for context I've been taking off my shirt and riding around town shirtless on my bike. 177 00:24:56,600 --> 00:25:05,600 And like in the beginning I was uncomfortable doing that because it's like not normal like people don't just ride around shirtless. 178 00:25:05,600 --> 00:25:13,600 But after like a couple weeks or maybe even one week or two I don't even remember how long it's been but actually like one or two weeks of doing it. 179 00:25:13,600 --> 00:25:17,600 I'm becoming I'm becoming to get more comfortable. 180 00:25:17,600 --> 00:25:21,600 And for context I'm a part time student in high school. 181 00:25:21,600 --> 00:25:25,600 And so I leave like my last period of the day is fifth period. 182 00:25:25,600 --> 00:25:31,600 And so I leave during fifth period because fifth period is my lunch. 183 00:25:31,600 --> 00:25:36,600 And I go to the front of the school and that's where my bike is locked. 184 00:25:36,600 --> 00:25:43,600 And usually if there's no people around I just take off my shirt and then ride home shirtless. 185 00:25:43,600 --> 00:25:49,600 But if there were people around then I wouldn't take off my shirt and I just ride home with my shirt on. 186 00:25:49,600 --> 00:25:56,600 But today there was people around like even a girl my age and I still took off my shirt. 187 00:25:56,600 --> 00:26:03,600 And I was like man none of like I don't even know why I don't even know why I wouldn't have taken off my shirt. 188 00:26:03,600 --> 00:26:13,600 If that's what I wanted to do that like there's no reason why I don't even know I can't put into words why I wouldn't. 189 00:26:13,600 --> 00:26:15,600 I don't because I wouldn't be embarrassed. 190 00:26:15,600 --> 00:26:24,600 I'd like there's just some energy force or some like force telling me not to but screw that. 191 00:26:24,600 --> 00:26:27,600 Like I can do whatever I want. 192 00:26:27,600 --> 00:26:29,600 You know. 193 00:26:29,600 --> 00:26:33,600 I mean obviously I'm not going to break the law but like that is legal. 194 00:26:33,600 --> 00:26:35,600 I'm allowed to do that. 195 00:26:35,600 --> 00:26:41,600 And there was like some mental block preventing me from doing it. 196 00:26:41,600 --> 00:26:48,600 But today I was like no I'm moving to Hawaii in the future. 197 00:26:48,600 --> 00:26:49,600 Like I don't care. 198 00:26:49,600 --> 00:26:51,600 I'm taking off my shirt. 199 00:26:51,600 --> 00:26:58,600 And so I took off my shirt and I looked at the girl and she was just staring at me and then I left on my bike. 200 00:26:58,600 --> 00:27:01,600 And so that was cool. 201 00:27:01,600 --> 00:27:10,600 I know that my comfort zone is getting a lot bigger and I'm also like realizing a lot more that a lot of these things don't matter. 202 00:27:10,600 --> 00:27:13,600 Like that was just like a social block. 203 00:27:13,600 --> 00:27:27,600 Like the social like my the society society has like imbued this belief into my mind that I shouldn't take off my shirt for some reason. 204 00:27:27,600 --> 00:27:30,600 And so I just like no. 205 00:27:30,600 --> 00:27:33,600 My mind is the only thing that's preventing me from doing anything. 206 00:27:33,600 --> 00:27:39,600 Like my mind is the only thing preventing me from being able to achieve my goals. 207 00:27:39,600 --> 00:27:43,600 So if you're just if you just begin to be conscious of your mind and all of your limiting beliefs. 208 00:27:43,600 --> 00:27:49,600 Like I still to this day have limiting beliefs where I'm just like oh no I'm not doing that I can't do that. 209 00:27:49,600 --> 00:27:52,600 And then I'm like conscious of it and I'm like well why not. 210 00:27:52,600 --> 00:27:55,600 Like why like genuinely why can't I do that. 211 00:27:55,600 --> 00:27:59,600 And then I simply can't figure I can't conjure up a reason. 212 00:27:59,600 --> 00:28:01,600 And even if I do it's stupid. 213 00:28:01,600 --> 00:28:06,600 Just my mind trying to use its reasonable arguments its logic. 214 00:28:06,600 --> 00:28:09,600 But it's just holding me back and my mind isn't even mine. 215 00:28:09,600 --> 00:28:19,600 It's been crafted and molded and sculpted exactly how society wants it to be to benefit society and not me. 216 00:28:19,600 --> 00:28:35,600 Like it's just trying to the forces are just trying to use me for all of my like energy and steal all my energy and hold me down so I don't get my own individuality. 217 00:28:35,600 --> 00:28:41,600 So that's just that's just a quick rant. 218 00:28:41,600 --> 00:28:47,600 Like you like I'm literally like everyone can do anything they want. 219 00:28:47,600 --> 00:28:49,600 It's simply just their mind. 220 00:28:49,600 --> 00:28:53,600 If you can conquer the mind you can do whatever you want. 221 00:28:53,600 --> 00:28:58,600 I'm not sure if that was the right quote but like you can. 222 00:28:58,600 --> 00:29:02,600 You don't try and convince your mind of anything. 223 00:29:02,600 --> 00:29:04,600 It's not going to work. 224 00:29:04,600 --> 00:29:14,600 But if you show your mind proof like I've been doing over the past couple months show my mind proof every single day that the Transurfing principles are real. 225 00:29:14,600 --> 00:29:22,600 Now that I've seen the CIA document that is like that is a crazy amount of real proof. 226 00:29:22,600 --> 00:29:35,600 So you just got to show your mind proof over and over and over time once you get enough proof your mind will actually begin to accept that and it will be incorporated into its world view. 227 00:29:35,600 --> 00:29:40,600 Like your mind is not going to agree on anything with the heart that's not in its world view. 228 00:29:40,600 --> 00:29:48,600 So then all you have to do is just expand your world view and make your world view exactly how it needs to be to achieve your goals. 229 00:29:48,600 --> 00:29:56,600 And then boom your mind will be able to agree with your heart and then you'll be able to achieve whatever you want. 230 00:29:56,600 --> 00:30:04,600 Like if you if you can get your mind and your heart to agree like there's nothing stopping you from achieving that thing. 231 00:30:04,600 --> 00:30:13,600 Like if I can get my mind and my heart to agree that I'm going to move to Florida or not Florida Hawaii and become a surfer. 232 00:30:13,600 --> 00:30:17,600 Well there's nothing stopping me except for my mind. 233 00:30:17,600 --> 00:30:22,600 If I if I start to create importance on that then that will stop like that will start to prevent me. 234 00:30:22,600 --> 00:30:42,600 But like there's nothing stopping me if you can just get the mind to behave and do do like help yourself out and get your mind to actually get on board with things. 235 00:30:42,600 --> 00:30:53,600 So I was like I'm just I'm just at a loss for words right now because I'm just so excited for the future. 236 00:30:53,600 --> 00:31:02,600 And honestly I'm just trying to think of another thing to talk about because I don't want to be in silence. 237 00:31:02,600 --> 00:31:05,600 But I also want to know another thing to talk about. 238 00:31:05,600 --> 00:31:11,600 So I'm kind of just talking randomly until something comes up. 239 00:31:11,600 --> 00:31:23,600 But that said in once I'm done with Transurfing I'm going to try and read enough so I'm done before Funnel Hacking Live. 240 00:31:23,600 --> 00:31:28,600 But if not whatever I'll finish it after. 241 00:31:28,600 --> 00:31:34,600 And once I'm done with that I'm buying the first seven books on that reading list. 242 00:31:34,600 --> 00:31:42,600 I not the first seven probably like the first four or five and then I'm going to buy some other books that I want to read next as well. 243 00:31:42,600 --> 00:31:52,600 And I'm going to use that reading method that he talks about on that reading list where it allows you to read a book a day. 244 00:31:52,600 --> 00:31:59,600 And he actually talked about it as well on his book Dancing After The Music Stops. 245 00:31:59,600 --> 00:32:05,600 He talked about it in the beginning he said learn a lot read a book a day for years. 246 00:32:05,600 --> 00:32:13,600 And the context was just be a winner of life like live life how you want. 247 00:32:13,600 --> 00:32:18,600 And so I definitely am starting to believe that it's possible. 248 00:32:18,600 --> 00:32:22,600 And he's he did it and he's definitely educated. 249 00:32:22,600 --> 00:32:29,600 My fear was that I wasn't going to like retain any of the information. 250 00:32:29,600 --> 00:32:40,600 But I feel like it would be worth it because I'm reading a book a day if I could get like decent like if it barely drops down for my normal amount that I retain. 251 00:32:40,600 --> 00:32:42,600 It's definitely going to be worth it. 252 00:32:42,600 --> 00:32:50,600 So the reading method is you basically get seven books put them all in front of you. 253 00:32:50,600 --> 00:32:59,600 Pick up the first one read until you lose focus which is when you have to reread a sentence you just read. 254 00:32:59,600 --> 00:33:04,600 So he said it's usually around one or two pages after one or two pages. 255 00:33:04,600 --> 00:33:11,600 And then put that book down pick up the next book on the pile read until you lose focus. 256 00:33:11,600 --> 00:33:19,600 And then put that book down read them in the next book and then keep repeating that until you get all through through all seven. 257 00:33:19,600 --> 00:33:22,600 And then go back to the first book. 258 00:33:22,600 --> 00:33:38,600 And then he said after you could just keep repeating that for hours but every once in a while do some push ups to jog the brain and like make the brain go faster. 259 00:33:38,600 --> 00:33:40,600 So that's that's what I'm going to try and do. 260 00:33:40,600 --> 00:33:51,600 I already bought two of the books so I'm going to I'm just going to buy Tufti the Priestess which is by Vadom's own. 261 00:33:51,600 --> 00:33:53,600 That's not on the list. 262 00:33:53,600 --> 00:33:58,600 And then I'm also going to buy what's that book called. 263 00:33:58,600 --> 00:34:06,600 I think it's called a scent of humanity or something like that. 264 00:34:06,600 --> 00:34:16,600 There's some good books on there that I already know that I'm going to be reading. 265 00:34:16,600 --> 00:34:21,600 All right so I want to talk to you about this other thing. 266 00:34:21,600 --> 00:34:27,600 So one of the principles of Transurfing is to stay awake stay awake stay aware. 267 00:34:27,600 --> 00:34:35,600 And my friend is very into health he knows a lot about health and chemicals and stuff like that. 268 00:34:35,600 --> 00:34:43,600 And so he said serotonin increases like decreases your consciousness. 269 00:34:43,600 --> 00:34:49,600 So basically if you have high serotonin then you're not going to be very conscious or not aware. 270 00:34:49,600 --> 00:34:55,600 So if you have high serotonin you're not going to be very good at applying the Transurfing principle. 271 00:34:55,600 --> 00:35:03,600 And so with that said there are so many things in our environment that is causing our serotonin to increase. 272 00:35:03,600 --> 00:35:08,600 Like I don't know any of them you're going to have to look them up. 273 00:35:08,600 --> 00:35:14,600 But I know one of them is like EMFs which is like Wi-Fi and stuff like that. 274 00:35:14,600 --> 00:35:20,600 But there's a bunch of stuff and then there's also stuff that you can do to decrease your serotonin. 275 00:35:20,600 --> 00:35:22,600 And so that's one thing that I'm trying to do. 276 00:35:22,600 --> 00:35:32,600 I'm trying to decrease my serotonin because my thought process is if serotonin is directly linked to how good I am at a Transurfer. 277 00:35:32,600 --> 00:35:35,600 And how conscious and aware I am. 278 00:35:35,600 --> 00:35:47,600 And by the way the amount of conscious awareness you have is directly correlated to how much you're going to be able to take control of your own destiny. 279 00:35:47,600 --> 00:35:55,600 So if you have high conscious awareness then you're going to be way more effective at taking charge of your own destiny. 280 00:35:55,600 --> 00:36:02,600 And so what I'm trying to do is I'm trying to figure out how I can lower my serotonin levels. 281 00:36:02,600 --> 00:36:06,600 And my friend said that that's what psychedelics does. 282 00:36:06,600 --> 00:36:09,600 It basically makes you have like no serotonin or something like that. 283 00:36:09,600 --> 00:36:11,600 Or it increases your DMT. 284 00:36:11,600 --> 00:36:14,600 I don't know any of this stuff. 285 00:36:14,600 --> 00:36:17,600 I'm just repeating like things that I think I heard from my friend. 286 00:36:17,600 --> 00:36:25,600 And so that psychedelics basically makes you awake, like very conscious and very present. 287 00:36:25,600 --> 00:36:27,600 Very much so awake. 288 00:36:27,600 --> 00:36:32,600 So that's why people get a lot of what's the word. 289 00:36:32,600 --> 00:36:37,600 Like premonitions are a lot of infirmity. 290 00:36:37,600 --> 00:36:45,600 They learn a lot from taking psychedelics because their mind is basically shut off. 291 00:36:45,600 --> 00:36:50,600 And it basically allows them to unify the heart and mind. 292 00:36:50,600 --> 00:36:58,600 And that allows the heart to go into the information field and gather a bunch of information and insights. 293 00:36:58,600 --> 00:37:01,600 So that's what psychedelics does. 294 00:37:01,600 --> 00:37:09,600 But serotonin, I'm trying to just decrease. 295 00:37:09,600 --> 00:37:14,600 And one of the things that I think lowers serotonin is taking magnesium. 296 00:37:14,600 --> 00:37:19,600 And my friend has been talking about taking magnesium for improving our sleep as well. 297 00:37:19,600 --> 00:37:27,600 So he took two, he takes 200 milligrams in the morning and 200 at night. 298 00:37:27,600 --> 00:37:31,600 So he takes 400 a day. 299 00:37:31,600 --> 00:37:33,600 And it's just a magnesium pill. 300 00:37:33,600 --> 00:37:35,600 And so that's what I'm going to do as well. 301 00:37:35,600 --> 00:37:39,600 I'm going to start taking magnesium in the morning and night. 302 00:37:39,600 --> 00:37:48,600 But I got to find an actual supplement that doesn't have any bad stuff in it. 303 00:37:48,600 --> 00:37:57,600 Because my mom bought some magnesium supplements at Costco yesterday. 304 00:37:57,600 --> 00:38:03,600 And I was looking at the ingredients list and it's got like rapeseed, nicotine. 305 00:38:03,600 --> 00:38:07,600 I don't know what that is, but it doesn't sound good. 306 00:38:07,600 --> 00:38:10,600 And then it's also got colors added. 307 00:38:10,600 --> 00:38:17,600 So I'm not trying to have like food coloring in my... 308 00:38:17,600 --> 00:38:23,600 I'm not trying to have like red number 40 in my supplements. 309 00:38:23,600 --> 00:38:28,600 So that I'm... my mom's going to have to return that. 310 00:38:28,600 --> 00:38:32,600 And I'm going to try and find another one. 311 00:38:32,600 --> 00:38:42,600 Now last night I said that I was going to look up my like near... 312 00:38:42,600 --> 00:38:46,600 basically the people in my niche podcasting. 313 00:38:46,600 --> 00:38:50,600 And I was going to look up, see how long their schedules, their upload schedules were. 314 00:38:50,600 --> 00:38:53,600 See how many days cushion they have. 315 00:38:53,600 --> 00:38:55,600 But I forgot. 316 00:38:55,600 --> 00:38:57,600 So I didn't do that. 317 00:38:57,600 --> 00:39:04,600 But I talked to my mom and she said like five days seems perfect. 318 00:39:04,600 --> 00:39:05,600 Maybe even more. 319 00:39:05,600 --> 00:39:11,600 But I think I'll just keep with five days unless I get an email from you guys. 320 00:39:11,600 --> 00:39:14,600 Unless I get enough emails from people. 321 00:39:14,600 --> 00:39:19,600 James at SNMomentum.com by the way is my email. 322 00:39:19,600 --> 00:39:26,600 And I'm soon I'm going to be looking at the analytics. 323 00:39:26,600 --> 00:39:35,600 By the time this video will be up, I will definitely have checked. 324 00:39:35,600 --> 00:39:37,600 I'll definitely have checked the analytics. 325 00:39:37,600 --> 00:39:43,600 So I'll be able to see when like how many people are listening to this podcast. 326 00:39:43,600 --> 00:39:46,600 And I said that I was going to make a coaching. 327 00:39:46,600 --> 00:39:50,600 I was going to offer a coaching service. 328 00:39:50,600 --> 00:39:55,600 And I definitely so far I'm still doing that. 329 00:39:55,600 --> 00:39:59,600 So email me at James at a SNMomentum if you're interested in that. 330 00:39:59,600 --> 00:40:02,600 I haven't set anything up yet. 331 00:40:02,600 --> 00:40:13,600 But if you guys email me and with enough interest, I will definitely set something up. 332 00:40:13,600 --> 00:40:17,600 But that's pretty much where I'm at with my business right now. 333 00:40:17,600 --> 00:40:31,600 This weekend I'm going to my grandparents house in Ohio to hang out with the extended family. 334 00:40:31,600 --> 00:40:44,600 And because we're doing birthdays, so we're going to celebrate a couple of people in my family's birthday and mine as well. 335 00:40:44,600 --> 00:40:48,600 And there's a few things I actually asked for on my birthday list. 336 00:40:48,600 --> 00:40:56,600 One is more beeswax candles for my nighttime meditation, like nighttime journaling in my room. 337 00:40:56,600 --> 00:41:11,600 Another thing is a wall door mat for outside of my room because I like to rub off my feet before I go in my room. 338 00:41:11,600 --> 00:41:15,600 So there's no dirt gets brought into my room. 339 00:41:15,600 --> 00:41:17,600 So I asked for that. 340 00:41:17,600 --> 00:41:28,600 And then I also asked for a cotton pillow because currently I sleep on a buckwheat pillow, which is good. 341 00:41:28,600 --> 00:41:30,600 Silk pillowcase, that's good. 342 00:41:30,600 --> 00:41:32,600 That's not bad for you. 343 00:41:32,600 --> 00:41:37,600 But I hug in my arms a pillow. 344 00:41:37,600 --> 00:41:42,600 It's just like a throw pillow, but it's made of polyester. It's made of plastic. 345 00:41:42,600 --> 00:41:48,600 And I'm not into that. I don't want that. That's bad for you. 346 00:41:48,600 --> 00:41:57,600 So I asked for a new pillow that's like made of duck down feathers or something like that, like inside of it. 347 00:41:57,600 --> 00:42:00,600 And then it's got like cotton. 348 00:42:00,600 --> 00:42:02,600 I don't know. It should be. 349 00:42:02,600 --> 00:42:07,600 I looked at it and it should be fine. It's like $80 though, so I don't know if I'll get it. 350 00:42:07,600 --> 00:42:18,600 Because the main thing that I'm asking for is a cotton blanket, 100% cotton blanket. 351 00:42:18,600 --> 00:42:22,600 And that is like the biggest thing that I am excited for. 352 00:42:22,600 --> 00:42:25,600 It's like $130 or something like that. 353 00:42:25,600 --> 00:42:27,600 I just asked for a twin cotton blanket. 354 00:42:27,600 --> 00:42:30,600 I wanted to get it white so it wasn't dyed. 355 00:42:30,600 --> 00:42:34,600 But my grandma said that it's not available. 356 00:42:34,600 --> 00:42:36,600 It was like out of stock. 357 00:42:36,600 --> 00:42:38,600 So I think I'm going to get like tan. 358 00:42:38,600 --> 00:42:40,600 It's going to be dyed tan or something. 359 00:42:40,600 --> 00:42:42,600 I don't really mind. 360 00:42:42,600 --> 00:42:51,600 Because right now I'm sleeping all night with a blanket that's made of plastic. 361 00:42:51,600 --> 00:42:56,600 So once I fix those, then my sleep will be fully optimal. 362 00:42:56,600 --> 00:43:05,600 Like so like my, not necessarily my sleep, but my like the things I touch while I'm sleeping. 363 00:43:05,600 --> 00:43:08,600 Because right now my bed is optimal. 364 00:43:08,600 --> 00:43:11,600 It's a tatami mat. So it's made of grass. 365 00:43:11,600 --> 00:43:21,600 And my pillow that I use from ahead has a silk pillowcase and it's a buckwheat pillow. 366 00:43:21,600 --> 00:43:28,600 Like the pillow, the actual pillow part is made of cotton and then inside of it is buckwheat. 367 00:43:28,600 --> 00:43:31,600 So that's 100% safe as well. 368 00:43:31,600 --> 00:43:39,600 And then my blanket and then the pillow that I hug are not bad or are both bad. 369 00:43:39,600 --> 00:43:44,600 So that's what I'm, that's essentially what is going to happen this weekend. 370 00:43:44,600 --> 00:43:51,600 I'm going to fix that. 371 00:43:51,600 --> 00:44:04,600 But I was just thinking that I'm really looking forward to the future because like I'm sorry to go back to this, but I'm excited because I can literally do whatever I want. 372 00:44:04,600 --> 00:44:10,600 Like I'm today was another turning point on my belief system and my worldview. 373 00:44:10,600 --> 00:44:18,600 And I know like just from learning a lot, I know that my mind is like the only thing holding me back. 374 00:44:18,600 --> 00:44:25,600 So if I can just believe in that stuff with my mind, then I'll be able to achieve whatever I want. 375 00:44:25,600 --> 00:44:33,600 And today was a big, like a big turning point and I was able to learn a lot. 376 00:44:33,600 --> 00:44:37,600 And I didn't even listen. I didn't even read the whole document. 377 00:44:37,600 --> 00:44:43,600 I read like four paragraphs total over like one or two pages. 378 00:44:43,600 --> 00:44:46,600 And there was like 40 pages. 379 00:44:46,600 --> 00:44:52,600 I like skim through a little bit, but other than that, I didn't really read it. 380 00:44:52,600 --> 00:44:57,600 And so I printed it out and I'm going to read the whole thing. 381 00:44:57,600 --> 00:44:59,600 And I'm just really excited. 382 00:44:59,600 --> 00:45:02,600 But there's also another thing. I printed two copies. 383 00:45:02,600 --> 00:45:09,600 So like one copy is like 40 pages long. And so I printed two. So like 80 pages. 384 00:45:09,600 --> 00:45:15,600 And it was at my school printer in the maker space, which is like, I don't know. 385 00:45:15,600 --> 00:45:21,600 It's like a maker space is where they have it's like right under the library. 386 00:45:21,600 --> 00:45:27,600 It's they have like a 3D printer there. It's like all the creative area. 387 00:45:27,600 --> 00:45:36,600 And so I printed two copies of the CIA document, but I must have gotten there before it finished printing. 388 00:45:36,600 --> 00:45:46,600 Because half of the second document was not in my collection when I like checked at at home. 389 00:45:46,600 --> 00:45:52,600 Like I checked at home to divide them because I printed two one for me and one for my friend. 390 00:45:52,600 --> 00:45:57,600 And so I went to divide them and I only had half of the second one. 391 00:45:57,600 --> 00:46:04,600 So the other half might be in that printer still and I just left. 392 00:46:04,600 --> 00:46:13,600 So the next person that goes to get their stuff is also going to grab a declassified document from the CIA. 393 00:46:13,600 --> 00:46:19,600 They're going to be so confused and it's going to be talking about like time travel and stuff like that. 394 00:46:19,600 --> 00:46:23,600 So that's just that's something that happened. 395 00:46:23,600 --> 00:46:28,600 I don't know like what's good. I don't know if they're going to be able to track to see who printed it. 396 00:46:28,600 --> 00:46:32,600 It doesn't really matter. Nothing will affect me. 397 00:46:32,600 --> 00:46:39,600 Nothing like nobody can affect nobody except for me can hold me back from from achieving my goals. 398 00:46:39,600 --> 00:46:48,600 Like temporarily problems may arise, but as long as I follow the principles of transurfing, I'm through like I'm going to I'm going to do it. 399 00:46:48,600 --> 00:46:53,600 OK, that's another this is another thing I want to talk about. 400 00:46:53,600 --> 00:47:06,600 So ever since I watched a Hamza video on fertility and basically like your testosterone levels and increasing your testosterone levels, 401 00:47:06,600 --> 00:47:16,600 I stopped going in the steam room because I used to go in the steam room like every single day after my workout. 402 00:47:16,600 --> 00:47:19,600 At the gym. 403 00:47:19,600 --> 00:47:31,600 And so after I saw that heat is not good for your balls because they overheat and then they stop producing testosterone and stop producing sperm. 404 00:47:31,600 --> 00:47:34,600 And so that leads to lots of issues. 405 00:47:34,600 --> 00:47:42,600 So I stopped going into the steam room until the other day when it was like 100 degrees out and I like sat out on the sun deck, 406 00:47:42,600 --> 00:47:50,600 which is basically like like the roof of my gym and we can just tan. 407 00:47:50,600 --> 00:47:58,600 So I sat out there for like 20 minutes tanning and then I went inside and I was like, oh, might as well hit the sauna. 408 00:47:58,600 --> 00:48:01,600 And so I hit or not the sauna, the steam room. 409 00:48:01,600 --> 00:48:04,600 So because we don't have a sauna in my gym, just a steam room. 410 00:48:04,600 --> 00:48:12,600 And so I hit the steam room and in that I was like, I was just in there. 411 00:48:12,600 --> 00:48:15,600 And so I had hit that steam room for the first time in a while. 412 00:48:15,600 --> 00:48:25,600 And what that does is it like flushes out the estrogen for the estrogenics from your body because it like flushes out through your sweat. 413 00:48:25,600 --> 00:48:27,600 And then I just didn't go in there again. 414 00:48:27,600 --> 00:48:36,600 And then today my friend was asking me if I wanted to go in there again tomorrow to flush out all the estrogen. 415 00:48:36,600 --> 00:48:40,600 So that's good. 416 00:48:40,600 --> 00:48:48,600 Also a side note, my friend, okay, well, yeah, tomorrow we're both going to go in the steam room and flush out all the estrogen. 417 00:48:48,600 --> 00:48:56,600 But side note, a couple weeks ago, my friend got a blood test to check out his testosterone levels and he bought the advanced one. 418 00:48:56,600 --> 00:49:05,600 It was like the $200 blood test option from like, check me or test me or something like that. 419 00:49:05,600 --> 00:49:11,600 Like the complete male health male men's health package. 420 00:49:11,600 --> 00:49:19,600 And so I, he got that and then he actually got the results like two days ago or yesterday. 421 00:49:19,600 --> 00:49:26,600 I don't remember when and he actually learned a lot about like what's going on in his body. 422 00:49:26,600 --> 00:49:33,600 So it inspired me because I already wanted to get a testosterone test to check how much testosterone I have. 423 00:49:33,600 --> 00:49:44,600 But since he learned a lot from the new, like the other information, I actually went in and I talked to my mom and I asked for it for my birthday. 424 00:49:44,600 --> 00:49:52,600 So I'm going to be getting a full advanced testosterone test for my birthday. 425 00:49:52,600 --> 00:49:54,600 So that's cool. 426 00:49:54,600 --> 00:50:04,600 I'm looking forward to that because honestly, I just want to know how much testosterone I have. 427 00:50:04,600 --> 00:50:13,600 And I talked about this yesterday and I'll probably get that I'm not going to be able to take the test until I'm 18 because they require you to be 18. 428 00:50:13,600 --> 00:50:24,600 So I will probably take the test when I'm 18 and then it probably won't be until around October or late September. 429 00:50:24,600 --> 00:50:31,600 Once I get the results, but I'll be able to get my results then and it's going to be great. 430 00:50:31,600 --> 00:50:33,600 It's going to be great. 431 00:50:33,600 --> 00:50:36,600 All right. There's another thing I want to talk about. 432 00:50:36,600 --> 00:50:40,600 Funnel hack. Okay. This is one thing I learned from Russell Brunson. 433 00:50:40,600 --> 00:50:56,600 Whenever you are marketing, so whenever you're telling stories, sharing videos with your customers, you're destroying their limiting beliefs and building up the perceived value of the thing you're selling. 434 00:50:56,600 --> 00:50:58,600 So let me explain. 435 00:50:58,600 --> 00:51:00,600 Whenever you... 436 00:51:00,600 --> 00:51:05,600 I'm going to explain with the ClickFunnels example. 437 00:51:05,600 --> 00:51:11,600 I bought Funnel Hacking Live. My friend bought a ticket to Funnel Hacking Live. 438 00:51:11,600 --> 00:51:26,600 So I went through and I'm watching all of the promotional videos and I'm watching all the videos and I'm reading all of the marketing stuff that he's sending out for Funnel Hacking Live because he's just destroying limiting beliefs and building the perceived value of it. 439 00:51:26,600 --> 00:51:40,600 And when you do that, you have way... like if you can do that for your customer, destroy their limiting beliefs and build up the perceived value, then the customer will have way more success because, one, they'll know that it's possible that they can change and they can... 440 00:51:40,600 --> 00:51:45,600 They'll actually be able to achieve it, the success with your product. 441 00:51:45,600 --> 00:51:54,600 And two, it builds the value so they're actually going to pay more attention to the product and they're going to give it a lot more attention and a lot more care. 442 00:51:54,600 --> 00:52:02,600 So that's why I'm looking through all of the Funnel Hacking Live stuff because this is a big... like this is a big event and I know that it'll change my life. 443 00:52:02,600 --> 00:52:08,600 But I just want to make sure that I get all the information in so I can destroy all my limiting beliefs. 444 00:52:08,600 --> 00:52:16,600 But let me tell you a story of... back in the day when I used to watch YouTube, I would watch Hamza. 445 00:52:16,600 --> 00:52:29,600 And in the beginning of his videos, he would always have like a Jeffrey and a Donis storyline. It's basically like the... Jeffrey was the average mediocre guy. 446 00:52:29,600 --> 00:52:39,600 And then a Donis was like the beast, the man. Like the man that everyone aspires to be. Like the greatest man ever. 447 00:52:39,600 --> 00:52:48,600 And now looking back on it, I actually... like when I was looking... when I was still watching YouTube but I was also learning about marketing, 448 00:52:48,600 --> 00:52:55,600 I realized that he was telling those stories to build up the perceived value and to destroy limiting beliefs. 449 00:52:55,600 --> 00:53:05,600 And so when I was watching YouTube and I was also learning about marketing, I was starting to value my time a lot more so I wanted to skip that storyline. 450 00:53:05,600 --> 00:53:17,600 But then I caught myself and I was thinking, no, this is important as well because he's doing this to build up the perceived value of the information he's giving as well as destroying my limiting beliefs. 451 00:53:17,600 --> 00:53:25,600 So it's beneficial to listen to the stories and hear all of this stuff because it's just helping you. 452 00:53:25,600 --> 00:53:28,600 It's just destroying your limiting beliefs, like changing your mindset. 453 00:53:28,600 --> 00:53:37,600 And then it's also building the perceived value so you actually take more care and attention into the product. 454 00:53:37,600 --> 00:53:50,600 Let me get some water. 455 00:53:50,600 --> 00:54:02,600 So today is August 31st. I've got a couple weeks until my birthday. 456 00:54:02,600 --> 00:54:16,600 When I first started looking into entrepreneurship, the reason why I started was because I was into self-improvement for maybe a year before. 457 00:54:16,600 --> 00:54:34,600 So I've improved myself so much and I kind of started plateau or I kind of started to get to the point in my health where I couldn't really improve my health much more unless I had money to replace, like, get organic food. 458 00:54:34,600 --> 00:54:46,600 All this stuff costs a lot more money. So I needed more money. So I was slowly starting to think, oh, how am I going to get more money? 459 00:54:46,600 --> 00:54:48,600 And then entrepreneurship started on business, slowly started to creep into my mind. 460 00:54:48,600 --> 00:54:50,600 But I didn't really want to do it. 461 00:54:50,600 --> 00:54:59,600 And then eventually I watched a Hamza video and he said, entrepreneurship is the next stage of your life. 462 00:54:59,600 --> 00:55:05,600 If you're at this point, which he was describing my point, he said, entrepreneurship is the next stage of your life. 463 00:55:05,600 --> 00:55:12,600 I started focusing on entrepreneurship and I became more of a man. 464 00:55:12,600 --> 00:55:18,600 Entrepreneurship grows you into a better man, into a more masculine man. 465 00:55:18,600 --> 00:55:27,600 Like, you grow so much more masculine through entrepreneurship because you're facing your fears and you're actually doing what men do, building things. 466 00:55:27,600 --> 00:55:37,600 And then there's a lot more other reasons. But that was like the biggest turning point in why I actually decided to go into business. 467 00:55:37,600 --> 00:55:45,600 Because he said that that's like the biggest, like, it allows you to become more masculine. 468 00:55:45,600 --> 00:55:52,600 That alone, like, propelled me forward and I started to actually move forward into starting a business. 469 00:55:52,600 --> 00:55:59,600 Like, I didn't want to believe it at the time, but that thought about it turns you more, like, allows you to be more masculine. 470 00:55:59,600 --> 00:56:07,600 That thought, like, creep, like, kept in my mind for like the coming days. 471 00:56:07,600 --> 00:56:16,600 And then after a couple days, like, more and more things started clicking and I started learning more and more and seeing more and more about business. 472 00:56:16,600 --> 00:56:21,600 And I was like, okay, I'm starting a business. 473 00:56:21,600 --> 00:56:30,600 And then over like the next weeks and days, I started like looking more into it, figuring out my business. 474 00:56:30,600 --> 00:56:39,600 And then after like a couple months, it's been like three or four, two or two to four, I don't even know how long, two to four months. 475 00:56:39,600 --> 00:56:48,600 Now I'm just like, now I'm where I'm at right now. 45 episodes into my podcast. 476 00:56:48,600 --> 00:57:01,600 Now I think the podcast is actually like going to be the biggest mover, the biggest thing that will help me move forward towards my goals because I think that the podcast will be, 477 00:57:01,600 --> 00:57:09,600 honestly, the podcast is just going to, it's really going to be the number one thing. 478 00:57:09,600 --> 00:57:19,600 There's a rule, it's called the 80 20 rule and it's 80% of your like rewards or your results come from 20% of the actions. 479 00:57:19,600 --> 00:57:24,600 Now, like 10% of my day is spent podcasting. 480 00:57:24,600 --> 00:57:36,600 And this is probably can give me like 90% of my rewards because there's so many benefits to being a podcaster one your position as an expert. 481 00:57:36,600 --> 00:57:41,600 So people perceive me as an expert now that I'm a podcaster. 482 00:57:41,600 --> 00:57:50,600 So you have more credibility to that expert position allows you to well actually to you have more traffic so people are listening to you. 483 00:57:50,600 --> 00:58:00,600 And so since your position as an expert, you can help them out through coaching and I wasn't actually I started my podcast and I had no idea what I was going to do. 484 00:58:00,600 --> 00:58:15,600 I originally I was thinking of promoting my free lead, like lead squeeze, like lead magnet, which is basically like a free ebook like 14 page ebook that I wrote on how to start self improvement. 485 00:58:15,600 --> 00:58:21,600 And I was originally going to do that and get emails and start building my email list. 486 00:58:21,600 --> 00:58:25,600 But then I decided to just not do that. 487 00:58:25,600 --> 00:58:27,600 I don't know why I decided that. 488 00:58:27,600 --> 00:58:32,600 But then over time, I kind of just started just keep doing podcasting. 489 00:58:32,600 --> 00:58:44,600 And then eventually I realized, oh, I'm going to start a coaching thing because I saw on article coaching and it kind of like talked to me it kind of spoke to me. 490 00:58:44,600 --> 00:58:47,600 And so I was like, okay, I'm going to do coaching. 491 00:58:47,600 --> 00:58:49,600 So that's where I'm at right now. 492 00:58:49,600 --> 00:58:52,600 I kind of just started the podcast. 493 00:58:52,600 --> 00:58:57,600 Original intentions were different and now my intentions are absolutely different. 494 00:58:57,600 --> 00:59:02,600 And my intentions in like another 45 episodes. 495 00:59:02,600 --> 00:59:05,600 So on episode 90 are definitely probably going to be different. 496 00:59:05,600 --> 00:59:10,600 Like you don't have to know the path forward and honestly, you shouldn't know the path forward. 497 00:59:10,600 --> 00:59:20,600 Like there is no your mind cannot know the path forward because if you try and come up with the path forward, your, your mind is analyzing all the possible scenarios of defeat. 498 00:59:20,600 --> 00:59:24,600 And that is attuning your energy to lifelines of defeat. 499 00:59:24,600 --> 00:59:27,600 So do not try and come up with the path forward. 500 00:59:27,600 --> 00:59:29,600 Just keep moving forward like what I did. 501 00:59:29,600 --> 00:59:31,600 And honestly, I didn't even do this. 502 00:59:31,600 --> 00:59:33,600 I kind of did it. 503 00:59:33,600 --> 00:59:41,600 Like I'm not, I'm not following the principles of trans surfing perfectly, but every single day I'm following them better and better and better. 504 00:59:41,600 --> 00:59:42,600 So that's all that really matters. 505 00:59:42,600 --> 00:59:46,600 Like you're not going to be able to follow all the principles instantly perfectly. 506 00:59:46,600 --> 00:59:50,600 But over time, you'll get better and better. 507 00:59:50,600 --> 00:59:54,600 That's basically what I'm doing now. 508 00:59:54,600 --> 01:00:01,600 To wrap things up, don't forget to download your favorite episodes and subscribe to the Ascend Momentum show. 509 01:00:01,600 --> 01:00:17,600 But before you guys leave, make sure to remember the Eagles.
