1 00:00:00,000 --> 00:00:06,000 So the big question is this, how do young men like us who didn't listen to society, 2 00:00:06,000 --> 00:00:13,000 who are on our own, how do we grow and improve ourselves so that we can live a better tomorrow? 3 00:00:13,000 --> 00:00:16,000 That is the question and this show will give you the answers. 4 00:00:16,000 --> 00:00:25,000 My name is James Radzinski and welcome to the Ascend Momentum Show. 5 00:00:25,000 --> 00:00:31,000 Today was an excellent day. Let me tell you what happened. 6 00:00:31,000 --> 00:00:37,000 This morning I did my normal stuff, gym, study and then went to the park. 7 00:00:37,000 --> 00:00:46,000 And today was a big day for me and my friend because today was the day we went to school to pick up our packets for our schedules 8 00:00:46,000 --> 00:00:52,000 and then we had the opportunity to go to our counselors to change our schedules. 9 00:00:52,000 --> 00:01:00,000 And both me and him wanted to graduate early or get a really easy schedule. 10 00:01:00,000 --> 00:01:05,000 And really the best case happened. 11 00:01:05,000 --> 00:01:16,000 I went to the counselor, my counselor wasn't there so I got to talk to a nicer counselor who was way more tolerant and lenient. 12 00:01:16,000 --> 00:01:26,000 And so pretty much all I'm doing is taking one gym class, two English classes and that's it for one semester. 13 00:01:26,000 --> 00:01:38,000 And then I literally get to school at 8am and leave at like 10 or 11. 14 00:01:38,000 --> 00:01:41,000 So it's going to be a breeze. 15 00:01:41,000 --> 00:01:49,000 And I'm going to try and configure my schedule again to where, because right now I'm taking math but I'm definitely planning on dropping it. 16 00:01:49,000 --> 00:01:57,000 So I'm going to try and get my math to be fourth period so I can just have first, second and third. 17 00:01:57,000 --> 00:02:00,000 Yeah, that'll be huge. 18 00:02:00,000 --> 00:02:08,000 So today went way better than I was expecting. 19 00:02:08,000 --> 00:02:22,000 Now, that said, me and my friend walked home together and we were talking about what just happened because he had a similar experience as well. 20 00:02:22,000 --> 00:02:30,000 Where we're both going to be able to graduate first semester of senior year with an easy first semester. 21 00:02:30,000 --> 00:02:51,000 So, and we were walking home and what we came to the realization was we, the best thing that has ever happened to me in my life was meeting my friend. 22 00:02:51,000 --> 00:02:54,000 Now let me explain. 23 00:02:54,000 --> 00:03:06,000 I was on self improvement before I met him and I was growing and I would have gotten to this point where I'm at now but it would have taken like two years versus two months. 24 00:03:06,000 --> 00:03:23,000 And me meeting him and him meeting me, we have grown so much more, especially more so in the past five days. 25 00:03:23,000 --> 00:03:28,000 And it's hard to explain but I was kind of talking about this yesterday. 26 00:03:28,000 --> 00:03:37,000 I think it was yesterday's episode but there's the five, you're the average of the five friends quote. 27 00:03:37,000 --> 00:03:45,000 And I tried to... 28 00:03:45,000 --> 00:03:50,000 I... 29 00:03:50,000 --> 00:04:00,000 Sorry guys. 30 00:04:00,000 --> 00:04:09,000 I tried to ignore that rule and I tried to come up with reasons why it didn't affect me but it 100% affects you. 31 00:04:09,000 --> 00:04:29,000 Even if you somehow manage, which is probably impossible unless you're Jesus, but even if you manage to not let any of your friends affect you, 32 00:04:29,000 --> 00:04:35,000 I'm assuming that your own self improvement in your friends are not in this situation. 33 00:04:35,000 --> 00:04:42,000 Even if you manage to not let anyone affect you and you're just growing on your own, 34 00:04:42,000 --> 00:04:53,000 you're still missing out because if you get one friend, I only have one friend who is like-minded to me, you grow so much. 35 00:04:53,000 --> 00:05:00,000 So if someone, so with the average of five friends rules, those five friends pull you down if they're not on self improvement. 36 00:05:00,000 --> 00:05:11,000 Let's say you are immune to that, then your string is still, it's not being pulled down or it's not being pulled up. 37 00:05:11,000 --> 00:05:20,000 But the reason why you're missing out is because if you have a friend that is on self improvement, they pull you up. 38 00:05:20,000 --> 00:05:26,000 So you're missing out from the pulling up piece and that pulling up piece is actually... 39 00:05:26,000 --> 00:05:39,000 I can't even put it to words, but looking back and reflecting on this summer, having just met my friend, literally this summer, 40 00:05:39,000 --> 00:05:48,000 I mean we knew each other for years, but we didn't hang out with each other and we didn't know that each of us were on self improvement. 41 00:05:48,000 --> 00:05:52,000 So we just saw each other in the halls and said hi and that's it. 42 00:05:52,000 --> 00:06:02,000 But when we became friends, both of our growth just skyrocketed. It's actually crazy. 43 00:06:02,000 --> 00:06:10,000 So that is one of the best things that has ever happened to me in my life. 44 00:06:10,000 --> 00:06:19,000 Now I'm looking forward to this school year because first of all, my classes are easy. They're a breeze. 45 00:06:19,000 --> 00:06:24,000 I'm only taking one gym class and two English classes. 46 00:06:24,000 --> 00:06:32,000 So really all I have to do is take two English classes every day and that's it. 47 00:06:32,000 --> 00:06:38,000 And I'm going to try and... I don't know if they're easy or hard. I think they're both easy English classes. 48 00:06:38,000 --> 00:06:47,000 So literally the homework is going to be barely anything and there's a policy in my school of a mental health day. 49 00:06:47,000 --> 00:06:52,000 You get unlimited mental health days. So me and my friend are just going to go to Florida. 50 00:06:52,000 --> 00:06:58,000 We're literally going to go to Florida and live there. 51 00:06:58,000 --> 00:07:13,000 And it's going to... I'm going to have to slowly creep in and make a lot of money and then convince my parents to let us take mental health days to live in Florida and do our work online. 52 00:07:13,000 --> 00:07:22,000 But it's definitely possible now that I only have two classes, two real classes once I drop math. 53 00:07:22,000 --> 00:07:28,000 Man, I'm really looking forward to my life. It's looking great. 54 00:07:28,000 --> 00:07:34,000 The more and more I learn, the closer and closer I get, the better and better I get. 55 00:07:34,000 --> 00:07:41,000 And there's one thing that I talked about yesterday that I want to bring back up. 56 00:07:41,000 --> 00:07:54,000 Let me just write something down real quick. 57 00:07:54,000 --> 00:08:04,000 Okay, I just wrote down comfort zone. So I talked about this yesterday and this is one of the big topics in self-improvement to expand your comfort zone. 58 00:08:04,000 --> 00:08:23,000 I never really did that and I thought that I was on self-improvement. And then maybe about five or six days ago, I actually started to expand my comfort zone by doing entrepreneurial stuff like cold calling and stuff like that. 59 00:08:23,000 --> 00:08:37,000 And I wasn't even doing it for the comfort zone aspect, but that was the most beneficial piece that I've gotten from it. Literally just emailing people and I just progressively overloaded it. 60 00:08:37,000 --> 00:08:43,000 So I emailed people, which I'm not even going to lie, when I first emailed someone, I was really scared and nervous. 61 00:08:43,000 --> 00:08:53,000 And then second, I started cold calling people. I was really nervous and I talked about this yesterday. My voice was shaking. I was super nervous. 62 00:08:53,000 --> 00:09:02,000 And then once that got too comfortable, I went in person. And the first time I went in, I didn't even know what I was saying. 63 00:09:02,000 --> 00:09:07,000 I just fell asleep instantly and started talking. 64 00:09:07,000 --> 00:09:17,000 And then once I, right now I've done it three times and I'm going to go right after this episode for the fourth time. 65 00:09:17,000 --> 00:09:26,000 And I've already gotten, like let's say the first time I went in, I was 100% uncomfortable and 100% scared, 100% nervous. 66 00:09:26,000 --> 00:09:35,000 The second time, maybe 30%. This is just an estimate. 30% scared, 30% uncomfortable. And then the third time, 20%. 67 00:09:35,000 --> 00:09:42,000 And then today is going to be even less. And then the more and more I do it, I'm doing it every single day. 68 00:09:42,000 --> 00:09:50,000 The more and more into my comfort zone it gets. So then I have to figure out the next thing to do to expand my comfort zone. 69 00:09:50,000 --> 00:09:53,000 And I actually already figured it out. 70 00:09:53,000 --> 00:10:03,000 So after like maybe one or two more goes on to the business, going in person to a business. 71 00:10:03,000 --> 00:10:08,000 After one or two more of that, it'll be in my comfort zone. 72 00:10:08,000 --> 00:10:17,000 So then I will, it won't be as beneficial to go to do that just for the, purely for the purpose of expanding my comfort zone. 73 00:10:17,000 --> 00:10:21,000 So what I told my friend, all of this stuff that I'm telling you now this morning. 74 00:10:21,000 --> 00:10:35,000 And what I decided that we have to do is go to the mall in the other town and ask for girls numbers. 75 00:10:35,000 --> 00:10:42,000 Now, five days ago, if I were to, if you were to tell me to do that, I would have died on the spot. 76 00:10:42,000 --> 00:10:46,000 Not even kidding. Now I can actually, now I actually know I can do it. 77 00:10:46,000 --> 00:10:52,000 It's going to be extremely uncomfortable, extremely scary, just like the first time I went to the business. 78 00:10:52,000 --> 00:10:57,000 It's going to be super scary. But after I do it the first time, I'll be able to do it more and more. 79 00:10:57,000 --> 00:11:04,000 And then I'll be able to do it rapid fire. So I'll do like, since we're going to drive to the mall, it's like 30 minutes away. 80 00:11:04,000 --> 00:11:17,000 We're just going to get like five girls numbers and then we'll figure out a plan from there. 81 00:11:17,000 --> 00:11:22,000 Man, that is one of the most uncomfortable things to think about asking for a girl's number. 82 00:11:22,000 --> 00:11:28,000 But I mean, and this is the next thing that I was going to talk to you guys about. 83 00:11:28,000 --> 00:11:32,000 I was scared five days ago to send an email. 84 00:11:32,000 --> 00:11:40,000 Now we're men. We're supposed to be fearless in the face of death and we're scared to send an email. 85 00:11:40,000 --> 00:11:46,000 Now I'm embarrassed. I'm ashamed that I was like that for 17 years of my life. 86 00:11:46,000 --> 00:11:55,000 Now I'm starting to change it. And now I'm starting to realize how, how just embarrassing it is to call yourself a man, 87 00:11:55,000 --> 00:12:07,000 call yourself a guy, a teenager to be, have testosterone and be scared to email someone, be scared to cold call someone, 88 00:12:07,000 --> 00:12:13,000 be scared to go up to a business in person and talk to them. 89 00:12:13,000 --> 00:12:18,000 Now I'm embarrassed and that's why I'm working on this so much right now, expanding my comfort zone. 90 00:12:18,000 --> 00:12:21,000 And I think you should be embarrassed too if you're scared of that. 91 00:12:21,000 --> 00:12:27,000 And I'm scared to ask for a girl's number. I'm embarrassed because it is in our genetics, our biology, 92 00:12:27,000 --> 00:12:31,000 to make the decisions and make the first move. 93 00:12:31,000 --> 00:12:34,000 We're supposed to be the ones to make the first move. 94 00:12:34,000 --> 00:12:40,000 If you look at studies, most girls want the guy to make the first move. 95 00:12:40,000 --> 00:12:44,000 And that is not on accident. That is because it's in our biology, our genetics. 96 00:12:44,000 --> 00:12:47,000 Men are supposed to be the one to make the first moves. 97 00:12:47,000 --> 00:12:51,000 So that's why I'm going in on the asking for a girl's number. 98 00:12:51,000 --> 00:12:55,000 And we're going to do it on Friday. 99 00:12:55,000 --> 00:13:05,000 Today is, today is Monday. We're going to do it on Friday or Thursday. I don't remember. 100 00:13:05,000 --> 00:13:11,000 And we're probably going to do it again on Sunday because I'm going to convince them to get us to do it again. 101 00:13:11,000 --> 00:13:16,000 Because if we can get five girls' numbers on the first day, that will expand our comfort zone so much. 102 00:13:16,000 --> 00:13:24,000 It's like the first business I went to. But then the second day, it will expand our comfort zone from 30 to 20. 103 00:13:24,000 --> 00:13:29,000 And then just more and more. 104 00:13:29,000 --> 00:13:34,000 And it's really not that hard. Like physically, it's easy. 105 00:13:34,000 --> 00:13:37,000 Mentally, it's hard. Emotionally, it's hard. 106 00:13:37,000 --> 00:13:41,000 And the more you do it, literally you just have to do it once. 107 00:13:41,000 --> 00:13:45,000 And then the difficulty cuts down more than a half. 108 00:13:45,000 --> 00:13:51,000 I know that because that's how it was with business and cold calling. 109 00:13:51,000 --> 00:13:56,000 But let me tell you this. I told this story yesterday. 110 00:13:56,000 --> 00:14:01,000 But so throughout my life, my dad has always had people over. 111 00:14:01,000 --> 00:14:10,000 And whether they were middle schoolers, high schoolers, or adults, because that's his job, his job is a youth. 112 00:14:10,000 --> 00:14:19,000 He's like a youth pastor kind of. And so he runs a club for middle schoolers, high schoolers. 113 00:14:19,000 --> 00:14:24,000 And then he has adults come over as well sometimes. 114 00:14:24,000 --> 00:14:28,000 And so this is to our house. 115 00:14:28,000 --> 00:14:36,000 And I've always been shy and nervous. 116 00:14:36,000 --> 00:14:41,000 And literally feel like it was the end of the world if someone came over. 117 00:14:41,000 --> 00:14:51,000 And if I was out there sitting down and everyone was talking, I would just be in my own zone, fidgeting, being extremely uncomfortable. 118 00:14:51,000 --> 00:14:53,000 And you could tell. 119 00:14:53,000 --> 00:14:59,000 And then what I noticed is that, first of all, that's really embarrassing because I'm a man. 120 00:14:59,000 --> 00:15:05,000 I can't be like that. I have to be secure, calm, cool, collected, confident. 121 00:15:05,000 --> 00:15:17,000 But also what I noticed is that after I went into my first business, my dad had people over yesterday. 122 00:15:17,000 --> 00:15:26,000 And that was the first social interaction I'd ever had, ever had, where I was calm, cool, and collected, meeting a brand new person. 123 00:15:26,000 --> 00:15:36,000 And I just like walked up to him, introduced myself, he introduced himself, and I said hello and then said his name and shook his hand. 124 00:15:36,000 --> 00:15:43,000 And it was literally the simplest interaction ever, but I would have failed that interaction so many times. 125 00:15:43,000 --> 00:15:53,000 And the simple fact that I expanded my comfort zone just by walking up into a store and asking if I could work for them for free. 126 00:15:53,000 --> 00:16:02,000 Just that simple thing, maybe less than two minutes, one minute, 30 seconds of discomfort. 127 00:16:02,000 --> 00:16:05,000 And it changed my life. 128 00:16:05,000 --> 00:16:22,000 I can't stress the amount, can't stress enough how much the discomfort of walking into a business and saying can I help you has done for me. 129 00:16:22,000 --> 00:16:34,000 It's changed my life. And that's why I'm going all in on this comfort zone thing and getting my friend to drive us both to the local mall and ask for a bunch of girls' numbers. 130 00:16:34,000 --> 00:16:40,000 Because that's the next step in discomfort. 131 00:16:40,000 --> 00:17:00,000 If we can get good at that, we can get good at anything. 132 00:17:00,000 --> 00:17:10,000 Right before I posted this, or right before I started recording this podcast, I went to the school and then I got home around 2 30 maybe. 133 00:17:10,000 --> 00:17:12,000 So I had two options. 134 00:17:12,000 --> 00:17:28,000 I could either crank out the podcast and then quickly go to a business to help out and actually do what I said I was going to do over the past couple days to go to one new business every day. 135 00:17:28,000 --> 00:17:41,000 Or the second option was to record the podcast and use the time, how much time left I have in the day as an excuse to fail my task. 136 00:17:41,000 --> 00:17:44,000 So I chose the first option. 137 00:17:44,000 --> 00:17:59,000 And I could have just as easily chosen a second option, but something it's just so much easier now that I've expanded my comfort zone to do things like that. 138 00:17:59,000 --> 00:18:12,000 Five days ago, if you would have given me that same situation, I would have 100 times, 10 times out of 10, chosen the second option of just recording the podcast. 139 00:18:12,000 --> 00:18:18,000 And then I would have failed my, what I said I was going to do. 140 00:18:18,000 --> 00:18:20,000 And that's unacceptable. 141 00:18:20,000 --> 00:18:35,000 So second I get done with recording this hour long podcast, I'm going straight to a business and figuring out, or asking them if I could help them. 142 00:18:35,000 --> 00:18:49,000 Now, that said, my friend, just so I've been doing this thing for the past like five or six days trying to get businesses to build a business or funnel for them. 143 00:18:49,000 --> 00:18:52,000 And I've not gotten a single yes. 144 00:18:52,000 --> 00:18:59,000 That said, my friend started doing this last night, literally yesterday. 145 00:18:59,000 --> 00:19:02,000 And he got his first yes. 146 00:19:02,000 --> 00:19:06,000 So that's unacceptable. 147 00:19:06,000 --> 00:19:11,000 He can't, I have to, I have to be ahead. 148 00:19:11,000 --> 00:19:14,000 That's just the manly competitiveness. 149 00:19:14,000 --> 00:19:27,000 And so what I'm going to start doing is tomorrow I have a meeting with one of the places that I went to an appointment. 150 00:19:27,000 --> 00:19:35,000 And I'm, I was just going to go to that. 151 00:19:35,000 --> 00:19:38,000 But you know what, I'm going to go to another place as well. 152 00:19:38,000 --> 00:19:52,000 And then also tomorrow I'm going to use the same email template that my friend did my friend used. 153 00:19:52,000 --> 00:20:04,000 So that I can try and get another yes or try and get my first yes, because once I get my first yes and help them out for free, then I will be able to make them a very good funnel. 154 00:20:04,000 --> 00:20:14,000 And I'll be off to the races from there. 155 00:20:14,000 --> 00:20:17,000 Sorry, I had to get some water. 156 00:20:17,000 --> 00:20:23,000 Mmm. 157 00:20:23,000 --> 00:20:28,000 So yesterday, I think it was yesterday I was talking about testosterone. 158 00:20:28,000 --> 00:20:31,000 I 100% stand by it. 159 00:20:31,000 --> 00:20:46,000 And today actually my pine pond came and I was going to take normal doses like a tablespoon or a teaspoon, maybe go higher to a tablespoon. 160 00:20:46,000 --> 00:20:52,000 But today I actually decided to go all in and I'm going to take two mega doses every day. 161 00:20:52,000 --> 00:20:54,000 I'm not even going to measure. 162 00:20:54,000 --> 00:21:04,000 I'm just going to take a normal spoon and then scoop up a big chunk of it and put it in my mouth and drink water. 163 00:21:04,000 --> 00:21:11,000 And that will, I'm going to take two mega doses, one in morning and one at night. 164 00:21:11,000 --> 00:21:22,000 And the one at night will help me get a morning wood, like a very strong morning wood, because I get morning woods, maybe 75% of the mornings, but they're all weak. 165 00:21:22,000 --> 00:21:27,000 And that's unacceptable because that's a signal of low testosterone. 166 00:21:27,000 --> 00:21:29,000 So I'm going to get morning woods. 167 00:21:29,000 --> 00:21:33,000 I'm going to get strongest morning woods I've ever had. 168 00:21:33,000 --> 00:21:41,000 And yeah, and then my life is just going to get better and better. 169 00:21:41,000 --> 00:21:43,000 Really, I'm on an uphill. 170 00:21:43,000 --> 00:21:47,000 I'm on an uphill of increasing my comfort zone. 171 00:21:47,000 --> 00:21:58,000 So literally by the time school starts in one week, seven days is the first day of freshman, which I might go, but I'm probably going to drop that class. 172 00:21:58,000 --> 00:22:07,000 In eight days, tomorrow next week is the first day of real school for everyone. 173 00:22:07,000 --> 00:22:17,000 And I have eight days to increase my testosterone as much as I can and eight days to increase my comfort zone as much as I can. 174 00:22:17,000 --> 00:22:19,000 And I'm going to be a menace. 175 00:22:19,000 --> 00:22:20,000 I already am a menace. 176 00:22:20,000 --> 00:22:24,000 Today was the first day I had interaction with people at my school. 177 00:22:24,000 --> 00:22:34,000 And I just definitely felt a lot more calm, cool, collected, confident around people. 178 00:22:34,000 --> 00:22:39,000 Now, let me tell you, let me introduce you this one thing. 179 00:22:39,000 --> 00:22:42,000 But first, let me write down. 180 00:22:42,000 --> 00:22:44,000 I'm going to tell you guys a little secret. 181 00:22:44,000 --> 00:23:05,000 Let me first write down something. 182 00:23:05,000 --> 00:23:06,000 All right. 183 00:23:06,000 --> 00:23:13,000 So every time that I stop and write something down, I'm writing down the big lessons that I'm going to be able to write. 184 00:23:13,000 --> 00:23:19,000 That I'm speaking about because I don't plan these episodes ahead of time. 185 00:23:19,000 --> 00:23:31,000 And so while I'm speaking, I just come up with things to say and then I write down on a piece of paper the big lessons so I can give you guys the most accurate description. 186 00:23:31,000 --> 00:23:36,000 Because I'm going to be honest, I do not listen to my episodes after I record them. 187 00:23:36,000 --> 00:23:38,000 I don't have enough time for that. 188 00:23:38,000 --> 00:23:43,000 And to be honest, I'm not trying to be on my computer that much. 189 00:23:43,000 --> 00:23:47,000 So I literally just record the episode cold. 190 00:23:47,000 --> 00:23:49,000 I don't know what to say. 191 00:23:49,000 --> 00:23:53,000 Usually I come up with one thing to say to start me off before him. 192 00:23:53,000 --> 00:23:55,000 And then I just go on from there. 193 00:23:55,000 --> 00:24:01,000 That's why I always say what happened today, like once in the park what I learned. 194 00:24:01,000 --> 00:24:05,000 Because that's like on the top of my mind usually. 195 00:24:05,000 --> 00:24:08,000 And then I come up with things to say after that. 196 00:24:08,000 --> 00:24:14,000 And that's why I'm writing down in the middle and spending like 10 seconds. 197 00:24:14,000 --> 00:24:18,000 And in the description I say like today's lesson. 198 00:24:18,000 --> 00:24:22,000 And I actually changed the format of that if you haven't noticed yet. 199 00:24:22,000 --> 00:24:34,000 And I didn't go back and change my previous episodes because I want you guys to see the most organic like progression. 200 00:24:34,000 --> 00:24:44,000 And I kind of messed up because I didn't have a transcript until maybe like episode 14, 15. 201 00:24:44,000 --> 00:24:51,000 And then I ended up going through all of my episodes and making a transcript on all of them. 202 00:24:51,000 --> 00:24:58,000 But what I should have done is just started making a transcript when I like decided to make transcripts. 203 00:24:58,000 --> 00:25:01,000 So you guys could see like exactly my progression. 204 00:25:01,000 --> 00:25:07,000 Like in the beginning I sucked and I was making like 10 minute videos with terrible description. 205 00:25:07,000 --> 00:25:12,000 And then now on episode like 19 I'm making one hour videos. 206 00:25:12,000 --> 00:25:19,000 I'm a little better and I have transcript and the description is way better. 207 00:25:19,000 --> 00:25:24,000 I just want you guys to be able to see the progression and essentially my podcast is like self improvement. 208 00:25:24,000 --> 00:25:28,000 I progressively overloaded and got better and better every day. 209 00:25:28,000 --> 00:25:35,000 That's why I started with like a two minute video trailer and then went higher and higher time from there. 210 00:25:35,000 --> 00:25:40,000 And just one minute I think is the one hour is the sweet spot for me. 211 00:25:40,000 --> 00:25:43,000 Because I don't want to spend more time than that. 212 00:25:43,000 --> 00:25:49,000 Because I want to spend time like going to the park and spending time outside in nature. 213 00:25:49,000 --> 00:25:51,000 So one hour is the sweet spot. 214 00:25:51,000 --> 00:25:59,000 But before I told you guys about all this I was saying well that was the secret that I was going to tell you. 215 00:25:59,000 --> 00:26:08,000 But one thing that I realized I was I couldn't find a good reason for school. 216 00:26:08,000 --> 00:26:14,000 I always try and look for the positive in things and that's trans surfing as a trans surfing principle. 217 00:26:14,000 --> 00:26:22,000 I couldn't find a good reason that we're going like I couldn't find a benefit to me for school. 218 00:26:22,000 --> 00:26:29,000 And today I my friend brought to my attention the best benefit possible. 219 00:26:29,000 --> 00:26:39,000 And there's this thing in trans surfing which I'm not even sure if he uses this terminology but this is what we interpreted. 220 00:26:39,000 --> 00:26:41,000 And it's to stay awake. 221 00:26:41,000 --> 00:26:44,000 Most people are asleep. 222 00:26:44,000 --> 00:26:46,000 Like consciously asleep. 223 00:26:46,000 --> 00:26:50,000 They're literally sleeping life by and they're not living. 224 00:26:50,000 --> 00:26:54,000 They're just letting life pass them by and not living on purpose. 225 00:26:54,000 --> 00:26:57,000 They're just asleep. 226 00:26:57,000 --> 00:27:02,000 And once you wake up that's when you're conscious and you're present. 227 00:27:02,000 --> 00:27:06,000 And you realize that it's just a game. 228 00:27:06,000 --> 00:27:14,000 And you just there's you once you're awake you're like conscious of the trans surfing principles and you're a trans surfer. 229 00:27:14,000 --> 00:27:20,000 And what we realized is and there's also another thing. 230 00:27:20,000 --> 00:27:22,000 There's this. 231 00:27:22,000 --> 00:27:32,000 I actually learned this in my action learned of this term in my. 232 00:27:32,000 --> 00:27:37,000 Let me see. 233 00:27:37,000 --> 00:27:40,000 I don't know if I should say this word but I'm going to go with it. 234 00:27:40,000 --> 00:27:50,000 I learned this term in my sociology class and it's called code switching. 235 00:27:50,000 --> 00:28:00,000 And it's essentially how black people switch their behaviors around white people so they don't like. 236 00:28:00,000 --> 00:28:04,000 So white people don't think that of them. 237 00:28:04,000 --> 00:28:14,000 And I realized during summertime like recently that I code switch around people because I'm on self improvement. 238 00:28:14,000 --> 00:28:18,000 They're not and they're asleep and I'm awake. 239 00:28:18,000 --> 00:28:26,000 And I code switch around them one when I tell them for many different things like when they ask what college I'm going to. 240 00:28:26,000 --> 00:28:37,000 I'm not going to a college and let me write down code switch. 241 00:28:37,000 --> 00:28:52,000 So I code switch around people and so the big reason why going to school is a good thing is because we get to practice consciously code switching. 242 00:28:52,000 --> 00:29:02,000 Because when I would code switch I would fall asleep and then it would get to me and it would get into my unconscious and I would be making worse decisions because of that. 243 00:29:02,000 --> 00:29:12,000 So now we get to practice staying awake code switching because we're going to be constantly reflecting every day and like moment by moment basis. 244 00:29:12,000 --> 00:29:22,000 And then also we get to practice staying indifferent and staying empty to all of the pendulums around us. 245 00:29:22,000 --> 00:29:32,000 We are in the heart right now we are in the heart of the American education system which is one of the most strong pendulums in the world. 246 00:29:32,000 --> 00:29:42,000 And we are at the heart of it surrounded by thousands of pendulums because I live in a public school in a in a city. 247 00:29:42,000 --> 00:29:50,000 Oak Park I'll just tell you I live in Oak Park Illinois and I go to Operef High School. 248 00:29:50,000 --> 00:29:53,000 I don't care if that gets on the internet you guys can look me up I don't care. 249 00:29:53,000 --> 00:29:59,000 I might regret this in the future once I realize why people censor themselves but here you go you can. 250 00:29:59,000 --> 00:30:06,000 There's my school that I grew up in and there's like thirty six hundred students in that building. 251 00:30:06,000 --> 00:30:17,000 So we are literally surrounded by everyone who's asleep and it got to me last year because I was asleep as well but I was on self improvement while I was asleep. 252 00:30:17,000 --> 00:30:26,000 But now we're present and we get to practice staying present staying awake and being indifferent to pendulum. 253 00:30:26,000 --> 00:30:38,000 So this experience will give us an amazing amount of practice and we will once we overcome this we'll be able to be indifferent to any pendulum ever. 254 00:30:38,000 --> 00:30:50,000 So this is basically setting us up for the future amazingly. 255 00:30:50,000 --> 00:31:01,000 So schools starting up soon I have a first period a second period and I'm a third period and a fourth period. 256 00:31:01,000 --> 00:31:12,000 And I might have a fifth period as well I don't remember but I'm trying to cut that down to only a one two and three periods. 257 00:31:12,000 --> 00:31:20,000 And that will basically let me let me look it up. 258 00:31:20,000 --> 00:31:37,000 That will essentially let me get to school at eight a.m. and then leave at around 1041 1041 on normal days on Thursdays and Fridays it will be 1051. 259 00:31:37,000 --> 00:31:45,000 And on late arrival days it will be 1130 or 1126. 260 00:31:45,000 --> 00:31:58,000 So that is huge because I've always stayed at school the whole entire day 8am till 311 which is a huge time investment basically takes up your whole day. 261 00:31:58,000 --> 00:32:07,000 And if I can get down finish with school in two and a half hours for the day I'll take that. 262 00:32:07,000 --> 00:32:17,000 So what my plan for the school year is going to be is wake up at I haven't decided so let me tell you this first thing first. 263 00:32:17,000 --> 00:32:21,000 So I'm going to be a surfer as you guys know. 264 00:32:21,000 --> 00:32:35,000 And in order to be good at surfing you have to have good balance. So I ordered a medicine ball like a small little medicine ball where you can stand on it and practice your balance. 265 00:32:35,000 --> 00:32:38,000 And then I'm going to stand on it and squat on it. 266 00:32:38,000 --> 00:32:46,000 And I am going to practice that 10 minutes a day because I'm serious about it and I'm going to add it into my routine because I'm serious about it and I actually want to get good at that. 267 00:32:46,000 --> 00:32:51,000 So I was going to add it to my morning routine right after my meditations. 268 00:32:51,000 --> 00:33:03,000 I do a 30 minute Wim Hof meditation and then a 10 minute breath work exercise with like vacuums and stuff like doing the vacuum with your stomach. 269 00:33:03,000 --> 00:33:09,000 And then also a breath work with your straw to strengthen your core. 270 00:33:09,000 --> 00:33:14,000 And I was going to add the balance exercise after that. 271 00:33:14,000 --> 00:33:18,000 That's just the perfect spot to fit into my daily routine. 272 00:33:18,000 --> 00:33:21,000 So that means that I would need 10 more minutes in the morning. 273 00:33:21,000 --> 00:33:30,000 So I would and right now I'm waking up at 4am and I don't really want to push it earlier because 4am I think is the sweet spot. 274 00:33:30,000 --> 00:33:38,000 But I might end up pushing it for earlier but or I'll just figure out how I can speed up my morning routine. 275 00:33:38,000 --> 00:33:47,000 And so right now my routine is to wake up and I'm just going to give you the general outline. 276 00:33:47,000 --> 00:33:49,000 I'm not going to go into detail. 277 00:33:49,000 --> 00:33:52,000 I'm going to write actually no screw it. 278 00:33:52,000 --> 00:33:53,000 I'm going to go into detail. 279 00:33:53,000 --> 00:33:58,000 Let me write down that I'm talking about routine my routine. 280 00:33:58,000 --> 00:34:02,000 All right. 281 00:34:02,000 --> 00:34:07,000 So also I just came up with something. 282 00:34:07,000 --> 00:34:15,000 I realized that I haven't been doing episode notes for you guys like the bookmark thing where you guys can see what time everything is. 283 00:34:15,000 --> 00:34:22,000 And when I record it since I don't use my phone I have a stopwatch set. 284 00:34:22,000 --> 00:34:25,000 That's why you guys sometimes hear a mouse click in the beginning. 285 00:34:25,000 --> 00:34:27,000 I start the stopwatch. 286 00:34:27,000 --> 00:34:37,000 So I'm actually going to start writing down the times so I can actually give you guys a bookmark thing. 287 00:34:37,000 --> 00:34:47,000 So this episode there's only going to be one time because I just realized it right now and it's 3445 around there. 288 00:34:47,000 --> 00:34:52,000 So now I'm going to tell you my routine. 289 00:34:52,000 --> 00:34:56,000 I'm going to go in depth my morning routine. 290 00:34:56,000 --> 00:34:59,000 Actually I'll tell you my whole day routine right now. 291 00:34:59,000 --> 00:35:04,000 So it's summertime August 7th 25th 2023. 292 00:35:04,000 --> 00:35:12,000 I'm 17 years old and my birthday is next month. 293 00:35:12,000 --> 00:35:18,000 Now let me tell you I wake up at 4am. 294 00:35:18,000 --> 00:35:26,000 First thing I do is take off all my blankets off of my mat because I sleep on a tatami mat. 295 00:35:26,000 --> 00:35:28,000 There's nothing in my room. 296 00:35:28,000 --> 00:35:29,000 My room is empty. 297 00:35:29,000 --> 00:35:45,000 The only thing I have in my room is my patch restore to alarm clock which essentially is a sunrise and then a fan and a air purifier and my tatami mat. 298 00:35:45,000 --> 00:35:54,000 And also I have some stopwatches like alarm like these digital alarm clocks that I bought off Amazon for like six bucks. 299 00:35:54,000 --> 00:36:00,000 And then also I have tape surgical tape for my mouth at night. 300 00:36:00,000 --> 00:36:12,000 And then I also have a bag like a cloth bag that has metal straws in it one bent metal straw and one straight metal straw and one cleaner. 301 00:36:12,000 --> 00:36:16,000 And I'll get to why I have all that stuff. 302 00:36:16,000 --> 00:36:21,000 But that is my room and my room is pitch black. 303 00:36:21,000 --> 00:36:27,000 But during the day I lift up the I open the shade. 304 00:36:27,000 --> 00:36:30,000 So I nailed. 305 00:36:30,000 --> 00:36:40,000 I bought two sets of blackout curtains and I nailed them one set on my door and then one set on my window. 306 00:36:40,000 --> 00:36:52,000 And I also have a window in my closet which I nailed a board on over so there's no light that comes in it. 307 00:36:52,000 --> 00:36:56,000 So during the nighttime when I close my shade my room is absolutely pitch black. 308 00:36:56,000 --> 00:36:58,000 I can't even see my hand in front of me. 309 00:36:58,000 --> 00:37:01,000 So my room is optimal optimized for sleep. 310 00:37:01,000 --> 00:37:10,000 And all of my like my dresser all my other stuff is in my closet. 311 00:37:10,000 --> 00:37:24,000 But the reason why I including my books also and also in my room I have a notebook and a pen as well right next to my bed which my bed is a tatami mat. 312 00:37:24,000 --> 00:37:28,000 Like a small tatami mat like a twin size. 313 00:37:28,000 --> 00:37:36,000 It's like 6 5 length and like I don't know how wide but it's perfect for me. 314 00:37:36,000 --> 00:37:39,000 It's just in the corner. 315 00:37:39,000 --> 00:37:56,000 And so that I got that room for darkness sleep optimal sleep optimal sleep optimal sleep optimal and also less toxins and also there's no distractions. 316 00:37:56,000 --> 00:38:00,000 I found that when I had my dresser and all my other stuff it was just distracting me. 317 00:38:00,000 --> 00:38:02,000 There is some mental clutter. 318 00:38:02,000 --> 00:38:03,000 I don't know. 319 00:38:03,000 --> 00:38:10,000 I just felt like doing it and I definitely found a huge improvement from it and everything's in my closet. 320 00:38:10,000 --> 00:38:14,000 So during the day I do not have my blankets out. 321 00:38:14,000 --> 00:38:19,000 I only have my blankets out when I'm going to bed. 322 00:38:19,000 --> 00:38:21,000 So let me explain to you my routine. 323 00:38:21,000 --> 00:38:25,000 I was just explaining what my room looks like. 324 00:38:25,000 --> 00:38:33,000 So 4 a.m. well 3 30 a.m. is when my sunrise alarm starts going off. 325 00:38:33,000 --> 00:38:53,000 It just like slowly built a sunrise so it starts at quiet red like not dark like not bright but it's like shallow red and then it's and then it progressively gets to really bright yellow to the point where it is lighting up my entire room. 326 00:38:53,000 --> 00:39:07,000 And then at 4 a.m. my actual sound which is like a meditative flute it plays a flute noise and then it and that's when I wake up at 4 a.m. 327 00:39:07,000 --> 00:39:27,000 The second I wake up before I even turn off the noise of my alarm is first of all I grab my blanket and roll it up grab my two pillows and also I have a buckwheat pillow that's my pillow that I put on my neck. 328 00:39:27,000 --> 00:39:49,000 I'm working towards getting a cotton blanket and then I am also I am working towards getting a cotton pillow as well but my blanket and my pillow that I like putting me through my legs at night or in my arms is not optimal. 329 00:39:49,000 --> 00:39:54,000 Those are the only two things in my room that are not optimal. 330 00:39:54,000 --> 00:40:23,000 And that is so the second I wake up I fold my I just like fold it around my arms my blanket and then pick up my pillow and both my pillows and then put them in my closet stuff them in my closet and then I grab my underwear in there and turn off turn on the light in my room and then turn off my alarm clock. 331 00:40:23,000 --> 00:40:47,000 And then I leave my room take off my tape off my mouth throw it in the trash go pee drop my underwear off in the bathroom put up the blanket and then go to my or not not the blanket put up the towel just prepare my bathroom for the shower. 332 00:40:47,000 --> 00:41:07,000 And then I don't shower yet I go to get a glass of water but I grab a cup which is plastic and I'm working towards getting glass grab a cup and then I pour salt in it like a bunch of salt in it. 333 00:41:07,000 --> 00:41:18,000 Not like that much but a lot that some most people would be surprised but not like a lot to where I'm surprised. 334 00:41:18,000 --> 00:41:39,000 I'm going to pour a cup with salt and then I pour sistanche in and then I pour creatine and now since I have this I'm going to pour a big scoop of pine pollen and then I pour in a little bit of water just enough to where I can swallow it all instantly. 335 00:41:39,000 --> 00:41:54,000 And then if there's still stuff left at the bottom I pour a little bit more and then swallow that and I really have a really salty mouth at this point so I quickly pour the whole cup full and then I just chug it all of it. 336 00:41:54,000 --> 00:42:07,000 And that is one of the best things I've done one of the best habits like a very good habit to have and then I'm set for hydration for the morning instantly. 337 00:42:07,000 --> 00:42:21,000 And then I go to the I grab out my cast iron skillet I don't use a nonstick because that's toxic I grab out a cast iron skillet put it on the. 338 00:42:21,000 --> 00:42:48,000 Wait no I don't think I do this at this point I don't grab the cast iron skillet yet I go into the bathroom after I rinse off my cup I go to the bathroom and I brush my teeth and then I poop and if I need to I shave which I shave like maybe every other day during school but like once every like five days or something during summertime. 339 00:42:48,000 --> 00:42:57,000 I might shave every three days I don't remember during school I'll figure that out during the school year but. 340 00:42:57,000 --> 00:43:07,000 I shave if I need to and then I shower cold shower I only use a good soap bar soap. 341 00:43:07,000 --> 00:43:26,000 Which I found on Anthony G J's website I only use that when I'm showering I don't use shampoo and since I have long hair right now I have a bamboo comb that I comb my hair to get like the grease out. 342 00:43:26,000 --> 00:43:45,000 And then I what do I do after that I am done showering so then I dry off put my underwear on and usually I cook usually I do my cooking in my underwear like my family don't doesn't care and usually they're asleep at this time like 420 in the morning. 343 00:43:45,000 --> 00:44:06,000 And so I go into the oven and grab out the cast iron because that's where I store it and then I put it on the stove put it on medium heat go in my fridge grab the grass that butter and the eggs cook eight eggs. 344 00:44:06,000 --> 00:44:32,000 And I also cook I rinse off all of the shells and cook them in water so I put it in a pot crush them down a little bit and then pour water in the pot to where it's just above the shells and then cook it on high for the entire time that I'm cooking my eggshells. 345 00:44:32,000 --> 00:44:45,000 And then the entire time I'm cooking my eggs and once my eggs are done I set them on the table and with a bowl and a fork and I cook eight eggs. 346 00:44:45,000 --> 00:45:10,000 And then I set a bone broth on the table next to it my homemade bone broth and then I turn off the eggs like the eggshells and keep the lid on so it can still like cook a little bit. 347 00:45:10,000 --> 00:45:28,000 And then once all that is set I rinse the dishes do all that rinse the cast iron put it on low heat to dry it off and then I go into my room set the timers one for 31 minutes and one for 42 minutes. 348 00:45:28,000 --> 00:45:41,000 And once I get that ball I'm going to set I'm going to actually know that for now that's it and then I set them both to start at the same time. 349 00:45:41,000 --> 00:45:50,000 And what that does is I can just turn off the one as it goes and then I don't have to turn on the light to set the next timer. 350 00:45:50,000 --> 00:46:08,000 I just have two timers that are going at the same time and then I do six cycles of Wim Hof method and then once those six cycles are done I just sit up and do just normal meditation until the first alarm goes off. 351 00:46:08,000 --> 00:46:37,000 And then once that goes off I do breath work which is with a metal straw and I breathe in for four counts or breathe in as fast as I can in my mouth with the metal straw and then I like through the stomach breathe in through the stomach and then once the stomach is full through the chest and then hold it for four counts and then exhale all the way out to like even further out. 352 00:46:37,000 --> 00:47:01,000 Like even further out than you normally go to the point where you're like tense like squeezing your abs flexing your abs and then at that exhale you do the vacuum like it's like a where you suck in your stomach and you look like really skinny basically suck in your stomach and I do that for 10 minutes. 353 00:47:01,000 --> 00:47:09,000 And since I have this bad posture thing that I'm pretty sure I got from pushing my back against chairs all my life. 354 00:47:09,000 --> 00:47:38,000 My top two abs are actually poking out further than my chest so if you look from the side my two abs are poking out further in my chest so that's really weird and so I've been laying on my stomach for like the second half of that thing and not using the straw but still doing the same breathing technique through my nose and still doing the vacuum just while I'm on my stomach and that's like another layer of difficulty. 355 00:47:38,000 --> 00:47:45,000 Plus I feel as though I'm pushing my rib cage back to where it's supposed to be. 356 00:47:45,000 --> 00:47:58,000 And then once I'm done with that I'm going to add in once this ball comes 10 minutes of balancing on my ball with like squats on my ball for balance. 357 00:47:58,000 --> 00:48:16,000 So then once I'm done with all of that I grab my notebook from the journal from the night before and then I grab my go in my closet which has my gym bag already packed and then I have my my ice pack. 358 00:48:16,000 --> 00:48:40,000 So then I grab all that stuff and then I go outside but I also open my curtain in my room so that it starts to get light in there but then I go out there place my gym bag on the same chair every day place the ice pack on the table then place my. 359 00:48:40,000 --> 00:49:04,000 Oh let me okay so I place my journal on the couch where I'm going to be eating but let me rewind back to right before I start meditating I actually clothed myself and I put on shorts and a shirt T shirt like just the stuff I'm going to wear to the gym and I meditate in that so at that point I'm close and then. 360 00:49:04,000 --> 00:49:15,000 And then once I place my journal on the couch I put on my shoes also rewind again back to where I close myself I also put on socks so fast forwarding. 361 00:49:15,000 --> 00:49:38,000 I put on my shoes and then I go back to the kitchen and fill up my ice pack with ice because we have an ice maker on the dining room table kitchen countertop fill that up with ice and then I fill it up with water to make it more better and then I. 362 00:49:38,000 --> 00:49:46,000 Chug my bone bra or no I actually. 363 00:49:46,000 --> 00:50:05,000 Put the I eat three eggshells and then I chug my bone broth while those eggshells are so I chew the eggshells actually and in my mouth and then I don't really swallow them because it's really hard to swallow just eggshells through saliva so then I swallow them with the bone broth. 364 00:50:05,000 --> 00:50:08,000 And then I. 365 00:50:08,000 --> 00:50:15,000 What do I do after that. 366 00:50:15,000 --> 00:50:36,000 Oh yeah I take my eggs my and my ice pack and go on the couch ice my balls for 10 minutes set Alexa tell Alexa that set a timer for 10 minutes and then I eat my eggs and I also bring two bananas over there too. 367 00:50:36,000 --> 00:50:47,000 And then once I'm done with the eggs I eat the bananas and then once I'm done with that I read my journal from the night before and then once the timer goes off I. 368 00:50:47,000 --> 00:50:52,000 Put all my stuff away dump out the water out of the ice pack. 369 00:50:52,000 --> 00:51:00,000 Do the dishes just do all this stuff set myself up for the future again. 370 00:51:00,000 --> 00:51:08,000 And then I fill my water bottle and then go to the gym with my bag and water bottle in the bag I don't bring my phone. 371 00:51:08,000 --> 00:51:12,000 Let me tell you I keep my phone in my basement powered off airplane mode. 372 00:51:12,000 --> 00:51:27,000 I have a whole episode I have multiple episodes talking about that but I leave my phone in the basement so then I go to the gym I bike to the gym every day rain cold snow doesn't matter every single day I bike to the gym. 373 00:51:27,000 --> 00:51:40,000 And I actually bike to the gym when I was like negative 20 degrees out and snowing that's I always bike to the gym. 374 00:51:40,000 --> 00:51:48,000 And then I go to the gym do my workout come home. 375 00:51:48,000 --> 00:51:56,000 I shower at the gym come home grab a quick fruit like a mango usually eat that. 376 00:51:56,000 --> 00:52:08,000 And then go in my room once I like throw my clothes down the stairs from the gym bag and then bring a change of clothes to the gym. 377 00:52:08,000 --> 00:52:20,000 And then I throw that down the stairs and then I study in my room I usually read expert secrets in the morning but I over the past couple days I swapped it and I'm reading. 378 00:52:20,000 --> 00:52:37,000 Transurfing reality transfer in the morning and then expert secrets at night because I found that I was retaining a lot more information on expert secrets possibly because it was in the morning so I am swapping it because I want to retain more on transurfing. 379 00:52:37,000 --> 00:52:51,000 And so I study that for 30 minutes and then once that timer goes off and the way I study is I actually have a notebook and a pen and then read and then write stuff down in the notebook. 380 00:52:51,000 --> 00:53:18,000 Once that timer goes off I set a 10 minute timer and then meditate to lock in all that information and then I put all that stuff away and take off my shorts and shirt throw it on my to Tommy Matt throw a brand new pair of underwear on the Tommy Matt and then put on a just a new pair of gym underwear or not 381 00:53:18,000 --> 00:53:33,000 and then I put on my shorts that I wear and then go get once nine o'clock hits usually I study a little bit longer until nine o'clock hits which is like another 30 minutes to an hour usually. 382 00:53:33,000 --> 00:54:01,000 And then once nine o'clock or 845 845 hits because I have to be there at nine I put on my slides bring fill up my water bottle again and then rinse off a cucumber and then go to bike to the local park and meet with my friend there for at nine o'clock for. 383 00:54:01,000 --> 00:54:17,000 And I don't have a shirt on by the way and I just bring my slides and and I do this even if it's like raining we do this every day unless we have some other thing that we have to do. 384 00:54:17,000 --> 00:54:31,000 And we once we are at the park we usually just talk we mastermind we do sprints and we climb trees. 385 00:54:31,000 --> 00:54:32,000 And we meditate. 386 00:54:32,000 --> 00:54:38,000 There's that we also added another we meditate for like 1020 I don't know we don't have a timer. 387 00:54:38,000 --> 00:54:50,000 And we meditate if it's cold we do Wim Hof if it's nice and sunny and warm we just lay with our backs on the grass in the sun soak up all that vitamin D. 388 00:54:50,000 --> 00:55:02,000 And then once we leave we don't really have a set time on when we leave so sometimes we leave at 1130 sometimes we leave at like 1230 maybe we leave at 10 I don't know. 389 00:55:02,000 --> 00:55:16,000 But usually over the past couple days we've been getting home around like 12 so it's like three hours we're at the park outside barefoot shirtless getting sun and grounding. 390 00:55:16,000 --> 00:55:23,000 And talking a lot those are some of the most we grow the most in those moments. 391 00:55:23,000 --> 00:55:52,000 And once I get home I cook my lunch which is well first of all I put the four burgers for quarter pound burgers grass fed from Costco on the cast iron and then put that on medium just below medium and then shower and then cook that. 392 00:55:52,000 --> 00:56:03,000 And then I get out of the shower real quickly all my showers are cold cop cold showers by the way and I only use soap in the morning. 393 00:56:03,000 --> 00:56:12,000 When I get home from when I am done with the gym at the gym I shower with just water and after the park I only rinse off with water. 394 00:56:12,000 --> 00:56:30,000 And then I finish cooking the burger and then I put my homemade sauerkraut on it which I make my own sauerkraut put that sauerkraut on that and then eat that. 395 00:56:30,000 --> 00:56:46,000 And then the second the burger is done I pour out all that extra grease put some more olive oil on it and then I cook two chicken breasts 15 minutes on each side salt each side. 396 00:56:46,000 --> 00:57:08,000 And then I eat the sauerkraut flip the chicken breast and then I usually just wait and then eat the chicken breast right there and so that's lunch and dinner back to back and then I'm done so that I don't have to worry about dinner for the rest of the day. 397 00:57:08,000 --> 00:57:27,000 And then I it depends usually I lately I've been going to the basement quickly and figuring out my dream customer where I should go that day to in person and I figured that out go there. 398 00:57:27,000 --> 00:57:40,000 And then by the time I get home I podcast for one hour and then come for like by that time it's usually four o'clock like right now it's 348 and I'm 57 minutes into this episode. 399 00:57:40,000 --> 00:58:01,000 So it's usually like four o'clock by the time I'm done with podcast and then I go upstairs into my room and study reality transfer food until five o'clock. Sometimes I get in my room at like 430 sometimes I get in there at four and it just depends. 400 00:58:01,000 --> 00:58:17,000 But actually I read I study expert secrets now because I swap them today and I study that I do the same method that I do in the morning 30 minute timer and then I actually don't meditate. 401 00:58:17,000 --> 00:58:19,000 Maybe that's why I don't retain as much. 402 00:58:19,000 --> 00:58:31,000 I don't meditate because once I am done with that I brush my teeth floss and in the morning I actually use a metal tongue scraper. 403 00:58:31,000 --> 00:58:39,000 That's what I forgot right after I brush my teeth in the morning I use the metal tongue scraper but for flat flash forward again. 404 00:58:39,000 --> 00:59:03,000 I brush my teeth floss and then rinse off my face like get my face really wet with cold water and then I fill up my ice pack again ice my balls and grab my two journals that I study that I write down the study in read those two journals while my balls and lately I've been doing that in my room. 405 00:59:03,000 --> 00:59:14,000 And I actually bring in my candle which has a glass protector around it because my room is really windy. 406 00:59:14,000 --> 00:59:18,000 Like I have fans going on in there so the candle like flares up in there. 407 00:59:18,000 --> 00:59:25,000 So I have a glass candle to keep it wind like a windbreak so there's no wind in there. 408 00:59:25,000 --> 00:59:34,000 And it's a honey comb or like a beeswax candle so it's the healthy candle. 409 00:59:34,000 --> 00:59:50,000 I turn that on while I see my balls and reading my stuff in my on my tatami mat and then once I'm done once that timer goes off I pour out the ice which at that point is usually turns into just water. 410 00:59:50,000 --> 01:00:00,000 I pour that out and then I put my journals in the closet where they usually are under my books. 411 01:00:00,000 --> 01:00:25,000 I go back in my room set a 20 minute timer 21 minute timer and a 52 minute timer and then I just turn off my window and I turn on the turn off my window I close my blinds so it's dark in my room and then I the candles already lit. 412 01:00:25,000 --> 01:00:38,000 So then I turn on both of the stopwatches the alarms and then just start journaling for the first 20 minutes once that goes off. 413 01:00:38,000 --> 01:00:52,000 I put the journal upright so it blocks the candle light from my like advantage point and then I just I just meditate for the rest of the 30 minutes. 414 01:00:52,000 --> 01:01:21,000 And once that happens I put pick up I go in my closet take out my blanket and my pillows put it on my bed set my bed and then bring pick up the candle and the lighter and put it and put my lighter on the chair right outside of my room and then put my candle on the dining room table and then blow out the candle on the dining room table so all that smoke does not get in my room. 415 01:01:21,000 --> 01:01:25,000 And then I go pee. 416 01:01:25,000 --> 01:01:29,000 And then I go in my room. 417 01:01:29,000 --> 01:01:38,000 Oh, rewind to rate right after I'm done studying the second time at nighttime. 418 01:01:38,000 --> 01:01:54,000 I pack my gym bag and so I put my underwear socks shorts and shirt in that I'm going to wear the next day in my gym bag and then I set out on top of my dresser underwear socks. 419 01:01:54,000 --> 01:02:13,000 So I actually do in the same order every day from the is a strategic order and I'll tell you why I do socks on the bottom and then I do shirt above that and then I do shorts above that and then underwear above that and that's essentially the order that I grab the stuff in. 420 01:02:13,000 --> 01:02:28,000 So I grab my underwear first in the morning to bring it to the shower and then I put my shorts on first right before I'm meditating and then right after I put on my shorts I put on my shirt and then I put on my socks. 421 01:02:28,000 --> 01:02:34,000 So that's I basically optimize every part of my routines. 422 01:02:34,000 --> 01:02:45,000 And there's a lot of things I haven't told you that I probably forgot because it's just second nature at that time and I'm glad I caught that that piece so I can tell you that because that's what I do. 423 01:02:45,000 --> 01:02:59,000 So I set out my gym clothes on top of my dresser and then my just normal clothes that I am going to wear after the gym after I'm done showering at the gym in my gym bag. 424 01:02:59,000 --> 01:03:06,000 And then so flash forward again. I'm I just made my bed. 425 01:03:06,000 --> 01:03:14,000 And or I just blew out my candle and I go back in my room and I sit I sit down. 426 01:03:14,000 --> 01:03:17,000 So I pull down my underwear. 427 01:03:17,000 --> 01:03:33,000 So at this point. Oh dude I forgot flat. Sorry guys go back go back again to usually I don't put on a shirt. 428 01:03:33,000 --> 01:03:40,000 I usually leave the shirt on after I shower coming home from the gym or not the gym the park. 429 01:03:40,000 --> 01:03:47,000 So I don't wear a shirt after that. And then I'm just wearing underwear and shorts all day. 430 01:03:47,000 --> 01:03:57,000 And then I go home or one of my talk about I take off the shorts. 431 01:03:57,000 --> 01:04:18,000 All right. So right throughout the day I only wear shorts and underwear until I take off my underwear right before I am going in for the night to journal right after my study session. 432 01:04:18,000 --> 01:04:24,000 That makes sense. So I take off my shorts and I'm only wearing underwear at that point. 433 01:04:24,000 --> 01:04:30,000 So that's around four or five forty I wear five forties when I start journaling. 434 01:04:30,000 --> 01:04:46,000 And then that at six o'clock I start meditating and then six thirty I am in bed like six thirty is when I leave my room with a candle and blow it out and then go back in my room. 435 01:04:46,000 --> 01:04:57,000 And when I'm sitting down on while I'm sitting down like while I'm squatting down to sit down onto my time mat. 436 01:04:57,000 --> 01:05:12,000 I'm also pulling down off my underwear so that I make it at this point and I set my underwear right next to my bed at the same position same orientation every single time so that I can just quickly put it on if I wake up in the middle 437 01:05:12,000 --> 01:05:27,000 of the night to go pee. And then so once I put my underwear there I am still sitting upright and I tear off a slight bit of tape surgical tape put it on my mouth and then just go to bed. 438 01:05:27,000 --> 01:05:41,000 And if I have to wake up in the in the middle of the night I obviously don't want to walk out of my room naked so I put my underwear on and my family is fine with me being just in underwear and I wear a tidy whitey's too. 439 01:05:41,000 --> 01:05:45,000 They get used to it. 440 01:05:45,000 --> 01:05:51,000 So that was my that was really in depth my daily schedule for the summertime. 441 01:05:51,000 --> 01:06:09,000 And all that is going to be the same except I'm not going to go to the park instead of so everything is going to be the same during the school year except after the gym I'm just going to stay at the gym and study at the gym and then leave the gym to go to school straight away 442 01:06:09,000 --> 01:06:22,000 and then be at school until like whatever time I leave like 11 o'clock or something like that and then come home and work on my work business and stuff like that. 443 01:06:22,000 --> 01:06:29,000 Just same stuff except I'm going to cut out the park sadly because park is like the best thing that I've done. 444 01:06:29,000 --> 01:06:35,000 We're going to go to the park on the weekend stuff. 445 01:06:35,000 --> 01:06:45,000 To wrap things up don't forget to download your favorite episodes and subscribe to the Ascend Momentum show but before you guys leave make sure to remember the Eagles.
