1 00:00:00,000 --> 00:00:09,000 So the big question is this, how do young men like us who didn't listen to society, who are on our own, 2 00:00:09,000 --> 00:00:14,000 how do we grow and improve ourselves so that we can live better tomorrow? 3 00:00:14,000 --> 00:00:18,000 That is the question and the show will give you the answers. 4 00:00:18,000 --> 00:00:25,000 My name is James Redzinski and welcome to The Ascent Momentum Show. 5 00:00:25,000 --> 00:00:33,000 Welcome. Let's get things off. Let's get things started. 6 00:00:33,000 --> 00:00:40,000 I want to tell you guys an email that you can email me just in case you have any questions, comments or concerns, 7 00:00:40,000 --> 00:00:47,000 or you just want to reach out. And I may regret this in the future, but I'm going to tell you my email. 8 00:00:47,000 --> 00:00:58,000 James at ascendmomentum.com. So email me there. 9 00:00:58,000 --> 00:01:05,000 I probably won't respond, but I'll probably read it. 10 00:01:05,000 --> 00:01:11,000 And I just want to do this because I want to see what you guys have to think about this podcast, this show, 11 00:01:11,000 --> 00:01:19,000 any questions, any struggles you're struggling with, anything that I can address. 12 00:01:19,000 --> 00:01:24,000 Because I can help people out. I know I can help you guys out a lot. 13 00:01:24,000 --> 00:01:29,000 But with that said, let's just get straight into the episode. 14 00:01:29,000 --> 00:01:36,000 So over the past week, I've been talking about how this reading list that I discovered. 15 00:01:36,000 --> 00:01:46,000 And if you guys haven't been keeping up to date, this reading list I discovered while I was looking up Transurfing. 16 00:01:46,000 --> 00:01:50,000 So there's this book that I'm reading right now. It's called Reality Transurfing. 17 00:01:50,000 --> 00:02:01,000 And it's basically a book on how to manage your reality and basically how to live life. 18 00:02:01,000 --> 00:02:06,000 And how to live life and control your own destiny. 19 00:02:06,000 --> 00:02:14,000 And it's a great book. Highly recommend it. Number one book that I've ever read so far. 20 00:02:14,000 --> 00:02:25,000 But I was researching Transurfing and then I stumbled upon this website called Your Beautiful World or something like that. 21 00:02:25,000 --> 00:02:34,000 And on that website, it was a reading list for all of the books that he would recommend for human beings. 22 00:02:34,000 --> 00:02:38,000 And I know that there's something more to this reading list. 23 00:02:38,000 --> 00:02:47,000 Usually I would come across reading lists and then just ignore it. I would just not look at it. 24 00:02:47,000 --> 00:02:56,000 But this one's different because he said the foundation to this reading list is Transurfing. 25 00:02:56,000 --> 00:03:09,000 And the first maybe 80 books, for 60-80 books, I don't know how many, but the majority of the books on that list I have never heard of. 26 00:03:09,000 --> 00:03:20,000 And I did like minimal research on them and I know that they're gold. I know they're like, he's giving me little nuggets of gold. 27 00:03:20,000 --> 00:03:27,000 And a lot of the books are just not popular. Probably because the authors are not very good at selling the books. 28 00:03:27,000 --> 00:03:35,000 And so people just simply don't buy them because they don't know that they exist. 29 00:03:35,000 --> 00:03:48,000 And he said that the first maybe 80 books on that list were all must-reads and they've changed his life and the lives of those he's given those books to. 30 00:03:48,000 --> 00:03:59,000 And the books hit so many different concepts, like just how to live a good life, how to love and appreciate the life or the world. 31 00:03:59,000 --> 00:04:11,000 It hit concepts on how to breathe. It hit concepts on psychedelics, my friend said, that there's books on psychedelics on that list. 32 00:04:11,000 --> 00:04:28,000 And it talked about how to die wise. That list is so expansive and exhaustive and I know that that is the next part of my reading journey, that list. 33 00:04:28,000 --> 00:04:33,000 And it talked about how to be a good lover, how to... 34 00:04:33,000 --> 00:04:41,000 And then it also talked about how the world is dying from global warming and all this stuff. 35 00:04:41,000 --> 00:04:49,000 It's just, I know that this list is very, it's going to be very crucial and a big turning point in my life. 36 00:04:49,000 --> 00:04:59,000 I am going to be reading that list in the near future and I will be documenting it. 37 00:04:59,000 --> 00:05:13,000 But it won't be until over 30 days until I start reading that list because right now I'm just reading Reality Transurfing because I'm half, I'm a little bit under halfway done with it. 38 00:05:13,000 --> 00:05:20,000 And I have like 500 pages left or 400 pages left. 39 00:05:20,000 --> 00:05:28,000 And the book is 750 pages long so I have like 400 pages left. 40 00:05:28,000 --> 00:05:37,000 And then once I'm done with that, Funnel Hacking Live will probably be happening so then I'm going to be reading the Lynch Pin. 41 00:05:37,000 --> 00:05:41,000 Excuse me. I'm going to be reading the Lynch Pin by Russell Brunson. 42 00:05:41,000 --> 00:05:46,000 And then once Funnel Hacking Live is done, my plan is to start with the list of books. 43 00:05:46,000 --> 00:05:50,000 And I already bought the first two books. 44 00:05:50,000 --> 00:06:03,000 One of the book is called Die Wise Manifesto for, I don't even know what the rest was, but it's basically, it has so much wisdom in that book. 45 00:06:03,000 --> 00:06:07,000 And I know that it does just by reading the description. 46 00:06:07,000 --> 00:06:18,000 And people said that the first page, like the first paragraph of the first chapter of the first page of that book already like changed their lives. 47 00:06:18,000 --> 00:06:23,000 So that's crazy. 48 00:06:23,000 --> 00:06:36,000 And I also bought the book that the author of the entire website, the reading list, I bought the book that he wrote which is called Dancing After the Music Stops. 49 00:06:36,000 --> 00:06:46,000 And that he said that book is a culmination of the past eight years of experience which includes all of the books that he read which also includes that reading list. 50 00:06:46,000 --> 00:06:54,000 And a three year long road trip that he went on with two of his best friends. 51 00:06:54,000 --> 00:06:58,000 So I'm looking forward to it. 52 00:06:58,000 --> 00:07:08,000 But I'm focusing on Transurfing right now and it's, I gotta say it's actually pretty difficult to stay on track. 53 00:07:08,000 --> 00:07:18,000 Once I get down to it and start studying Transurfing, I'm locked in, but it's difficult to not just, right now it's difficult, 54 00:07:18,000 --> 00:07:27,000 but I imagine that once the books arrive that I already ordered and they're sitting on my bookshelf, it'll be even more difficult to not start those books. 55 00:07:27,000 --> 00:07:31,000 As soon as possible. 56 00:07:31,000 --> 00:07:41,000 But I just have to have the discipline to finish Transurfing again because I know that I'm reading through a life changing book for the second time through. 57 00:07:41,000 --> 00:07:45,000 So I should give it the attention that it deserves. 58 00:07:45,000 --> 00:07:54,000 Let me get some water. 59 00:07:54,000 --> 00:08:12,000 So to switch topics, I started, my friend has been talking about how he just drinks maple syrup like out of a straw for the past three months now probably. 60 00:08:12,000 --> 00:08:14,000 He's been talking about it. 61 00:08:14,000 --> 00:08:26,000 And I never really did it until I got honey. My sister had honey, raw honey, and I was eating that and it tastes so good. 62 00:08:26,000 --> 00:08:30,000 So then I started to listen to him because he was also suggesting honey. 63 00:08:30,000 --> 00:08:38,000 And then I tried out maple syrup and I got organic maple syrup in a glass container. 64 00:08:38,000 --> 00:08:54,000 And I got to tell you it's really good. I put it on bananas. I just like take a banana and peel it and then throw it in a bowl and then just pour maple syrup all over it. 65 00:08:54,000 --> 00:09:02,000 Now I did that for breakfast, but I'm not going to do that for breakfast anymore because I was full right before I was even eating my breakfast. 66 00:09:02,000 --> 00:09:13,000 So I had to like use a lot of willpower to eat my breakfast. And plus it's not that beneficial to just eat that right right before studying. 67 00:09:13,000 --> 00:09:24,000 So I'm actually going to be eating that bowl of maple syrup with bananas, two bananas and a bunch of maple syrup poured over it. 68 00:09:24,000 --> 00:09:39,000 I'm going to be eating that right before the gym. So after lunch because I go to the gym around 1.20pm. 69 00:09:39,000 --> 00:09:48,000 And my friend started like drinking a shot of honey right before the gym and he said that it helped a lot and it's really good. 70 00:09:48,000 --> 00:09:54,000 So I'll just do that with maple syrup and we'll see how it goes. 71 00:09:54,000 --> 00:10:03,000 But I want to tell you, I want to update you guys on my progress on my breathing, which this morning my bolt score was 14 seconds. 72 00:10:03,000 --> 00:10:22,000 But I got to say that there is probably some margin of error of me being over, what's the word, me allowing a little bit more seconds than I should. 73 00:10:22,000 --> 00:10:33,000 But I do think that my breathing is getting better because three days ago when I started doing this is either three or four. 74 00:10:33,000 --> 00:10:43,000 But I was doing like the normal breathing that you should do during my meditation, which is six seconds inhale, six seconds exhale. 75 00:10:43,000 --> 00:10:49,000 It should be 5.6 but it's, I don't worry about that point four seconds. 76 00:10:49,000 --> 00:10:56,000 So six seconds in, six seconds out and you breathe as lightly as possible. 77 00:10:56,000 --> 00:11:00,000 So you're a little bit oxygen deprived. 78 00:11:00,000 --> 00:11:07,000 And I got to say I was breathing lightly and I was very oxygen deprived. 79 00:11:07,000 --> 00:11:19,000 But I've already noticed a difference after like two days of it and I definitely feel a lot more comfortable with higher CO2 levels in my body. 80 00:11:19,000 --> 00:11:21,000 So that's a good sign. 81 00:11:21,000 --> 00:11:35,000 Things are trending upwards because I have always also been adding this one breath work exercise, which is primarily used to unclog the nose. 82 00:11:35,000 --> 00:11:42,000 So if you have like, if your nose is very clogged, then if you do this exercise, then it will unclog. 83 00:11:42,000 --> 00:11:49,000 So basically what you do is you breathe in and then breathe out normally, like how you would normal breathe. 84 00:11:49,000 --> 00:11:52,000 Don't change that breathing method. 85 00:11:52,000 --> 00:12:00,000 And then once you breathe out, you, once you exhale, you just hold it, hold your breath down at the exhale. 86 00:12:00,000 --> 00:12:01,000 Don't breathe back in again. 87 00:12:01,000 --> 00:12:04,000 Just hold the exhale. 88 00:12:04,000 --> 00:12:11,000 And then you just start walking and you count your paces. 89 00:12:11,000 --> 00:12:16,000 In the beginning, when I first did it, I probably could do 20 steps. 90 00:12:16,000 --> 00:12:21,000 Now I can do 50 steps. 91 00:12:21,000 --> 00:12:28,000 And you just keep walking your paces until you like need to breathe, like really need to breathe. 92 00:12:28,000 --> 00:12:35,000 Like once you start getting that strong desire to breathe. 93 00:12:35,000 --> 00:12:43,000 And then once you breathe in, you breathe in through your nose slowly and calmly and comfortably. 94 00:12:43,000 --> 00:12:45,000 You don't want to rush it. 95 00:12:45,000 --> 00:12:47,000 You don't want to breathe a lot all at once. 96 00:12:47,000 --> 00:12:50,000 You want to breathe it slowly and calmly and comfortably. 97 00:12:50,000 --> 00:12:52,000 And just try and catch your breath. 98 00:12:52,000 --> 00:12:55,000 Avoid panting at all costs. 99 00:12:55,000 --> 00:12:59,000 And do not breathe through your mouth. 100 00:12:59,000 --> 00:13:09,000 And sometimes it takes two or three attempts at this until the nose is fully clogged. 101 00:13:09,000 --> 00:13:14,000 But it works as long as you do it correctly. 102 00:13:14,000 --> 00:13:19,000 And that's just the one breath work exercise that I've been doing. 103 00:13:19,000 --> 00:13:22,000 Simply because I don't know any other ones. 104 00:13:22,000 --> 00:13:24,000 I forgot other ones. 105 00:13:24,000 --> 00:13:26,000 And that's the only one that I remembered. 106 00:13:26,000 --> 00:13:36,000 So I'm doing that one. 107 00:13:36,000 --> 00:13:41,000 So today I kind of have low energy. 108 00:13:41,000 --> 00:13:48,000 I'm really not sure why I got to be reflective with myself because right now in Transurfing, 109 00:13:48,000 --> 00:13:54,000 I'm reading the paragraph about goals and doors. 110 00:13:54,000 --> 00:14:02,000 And it's basically saying that you have to choose your own goal and it has to be yours. 111 00:14:02,000 --> 00:14:04,000 It cannot be someone else's. 112 00:14:04,000 --> 00:14:13,000 And if you choose your own goal, then you will feel energized and you will feel amazing all the time when you're going towards your goal. 113 00:14:13,000 --> 00:14:15,000 As long as it's your goal. 114 00:14:15,000 --> 00:14:21,000 If it's not your goal, then you won't feel good. It will feel like a burden. 115 00:14:21,000 --> 00:14:25,000 And so right now, I don't feel energized right now. 116 00:14:25,000 --> 00:14:27,000 And I'm going to be honest. 117 00:14:27,000 --> 00:14:40,000 I haven't really, I've only had that energized feeling in spurts of time, like moments of days over the weeks. 118 00:14:40,000 --> 00:14:45,000 So I'm not really sure. I have a lot of reflection to do. 119 00:14:45,000 --> 00:14:55,000 I have to make sure that I'm on the right path and I got to make sure that my heart actually agrees with what's going on. 120 00:14:55,000 --> 00:15:03,000 And I got to figure out how to move forward through my own path because everyone has their own path. 121 00:15:03,000 --> 00:15:07,000 Every single soul has a lifeline, which is their path. 122 00:15:07,000 --> 00:15:12,000 And the heart will, the soul and the heart mean the same thing. 123 00:15:12,000 --> 00:15:32,000 The heart will go on that path as long as the mind doesn't change, doesn't try to change it. 124 00:15:32,000 --> 00:15:45,000 But my mind has been, it's kind of back in the back in the beginning of summer. 125 00:15:45,000 --> 00:15:52,000 I used to be, I would be reading like 50 pages a day of Transurfing. 126 00:15:52,000 --> 00:16:05,000 And my mind just felt, it just felt like a burden was put, or not a burden, but it felt, what's the word, like a weight was on it. 127 00:16:05,000 --> 00:16:09,000 It just didn't feel optimal ever. 128 00:16:09,000 --> 00:16:14,000 And I think that's because it's just the information overload. 129 00:16:14,000 --> 00:16:18,000 But I'm not reading nearly as much now. 130 00:16:18,000 --> 00:16:38,000 So I'm not really sure, like what, maybe it is reading, maybe I'm not taking enough breaks, but I'll be taking a break over the weekend in like six days. 131 00:16:38,000 --> 00:16:42,000 But I'm still looking forward to the future. 132 00:16:42,000 --> 00:16:51,000 Things are always getting better, things are always on track. 133 00:16:51,000 --> 00:17:00,000 This episode is going to be, man, I'm sorry, I'm like low energy today. 134 00:17:00,000 --> 00:17:02,000 It just happens. 135 00:17:02,000 --> 00:17:11,000 I don't know if it should happen, but it's been happening. 136 00:17:11,000 --> 00:17:18,000 Today was episode, right now I'm recording episode 41. 137 00:17:18,000 --> 00:17:26,000 And right after this, I'm going to be recording episode 42 because I'm doing two episodes today. 138 00:17:26,000 --> 00:17:34,000 And I did two episodes yesterday because I am preparing for this weekend. 139 00:17:34,000 --> 00:17:55,000 This weekend I'm going out of town and I want to make sure that I have episodes scheduled and maintain my five episode, five episode cushion. 140 00:17:55,000 --> 00:18:03,000 So I'm actually going to read a little bit about reality, transferring to you guys because I have my notebook. 141 00:18:03,000 --> 00:18:13,000 And I'm going to teach you guys a little bit about what I read this morning because I feel like I especially need to hear what I read this morning. 142 00:18:13,000 --> 00:18:26,000 So if you want to be able to, so by the way, this I'm going to be reading my notes that I took on reality, transferring by, by Vadim Zelen. 143 00:18:26,000 --> 00:18:32,000 And some of these notes I just took word for word from the book. 144 00:18:32,000 --> 00:18:45,000 So if he was talking about, he was teaching how to find the right clothes for yourself. 145 00:18:45,000 --> 00:18:51,000 So when you're shopping for clothes, many people do the wrong strategy. 146 00:18:51,000 --> 00:18:58,000 So people try to shop based off the current trends and the current fashion trends. 147 00:18:58,000 --> 00:19:22,000 But that's the wrong strategy because even if you are perfectly dressed according to the current fashion trends, then it has, there's a good chance it won't suit you because your heart, it won't fit with your individuality, if that makes sense. 148 00:19:22,000 --> 00:19:31,000 So when you're choosing your clothes, you need to ask your heart if it's the right fit for you. 149 00:19:31,000 --> 00:19:36,000 So use your heart when buying clothes and not your mind. 150 00:19:36,000 --> 00:19:49,000 And the way you do that is you listen to the Russell the Morning Stars, which the Russell the Morning Stars is basically that intuition feeling that you get in your heart, from your heart. 151 00:19:49,000 --> 00:20:05,000 And it's also that inner tension or inner peace that you feel that most people don't notice because their minds are too busy with its own plans and its own chatter. 152 00:20:05,000 --> 00:20:07,000 It's constantly talking. 153 00:20:07,000 --> 00:20:16,000 So you have to train yourself to always remember to listen to the Russell the Morning Stars. 154 00:20:16,000 --> 00:20:31,000 And if you can listen to the Russell the Morning Stars at the right time, then you will start, you will begin to make a lot better decisions and you will move forward a lot better. 155 00:20:31,000 --> 00:20:38,000 So I'm just going to tell you all the steps that you should go through. 156 00:20:38,000 --> 00:20:53,000 So when you are going to the store and you're going shopping and you should first make sure you have a general picture of what you want. 157 00:20:53,000 --> 00:20:58,000 So let's say you want a hat, a new hat. 158 00:20:58,000 --> 00:21:01,000 Go in with the knowledge that you want a new hat. 159 00:21:01,000 --> 00:21:04,000 Don't worry about the details. 160 00:21:04,000 --> 00:21:07,000 Don't say I want a blue baseball cap. 161 00:21:07,000 --> 00:21:10,000 Just say I want a new hat. 162 00:21:10,000 --> 00:21:15,000 And then never torture yourself with the problem of choosing. 163 00:21:15,000 --> 00:21:24,000 So when you are going through, do not have a lot of stress or anxiety over choosing different things. 164 00:21:24,000 --> 00:21:28,000 If you're not fully confident, just don't choose. 165 00:21:28,000 --> 00:21:33,000 Just walk away and don't pick that item. 166 00:21:33,000 --> 00:21:36,000 You can simply just move on. 167 00:21:36,000 --> 00:21:40,000 You don't have to pick an item right away. 168 00:21:40,000 --> 00:21:43,000 And the more stressed you are, the worse the results. 169 00:21:43,000 --> 00:21:49,000 So avoid stressing out because honestly, it just makes sense. 170 00:21:49,000 --> 00:22:00,000 If you're stressing out over going shopping, then just first of all, it's just a waste because there's no point in stressing. 171 00:22:00,000 --> 00:22:07,000 And second of all, it will just make the result worse because you'll not be able to make better decisions. 172 00:22:07,000 --> 00:22:10,000 You'll be able to make worse decisions. 173 00:22:10,000 --> 00:22:15,000 And when you're shopping, the mind should not be involved in the process. 174 00:22:15,000 --> 00:22:20,000 So just listen to your heart and listen to what your soul says. 175 00:22:20,000 --> 00:22:22,000 And just walk around and observe. 176 00:22:22,000 --> 00:22:23,000 Don't think. 177 00:22:23,000 --> 00:22:27,000 So this is just a principle of Transurfing in general. 178 00:22:27,000 --> 00:22:32,000 Observe, be an active... 179 00:22:32,000 --> 00:22:36,000 What's the word? 180 00:22:36,000 --> 00:22:39,000 Be an active... 181 00:22:39,000 --> 00:22:44,000 Or a participating observer or something like that? 182 00:22:44,000 --> 00:22:45,000 I don't know. 183 00:22:45,000 --> 00:22:50,000 It's basically where you're participating in the game, but you're still just a fan. 184 00:22:50,000 --> 00:22:53,000 You're still watching the game. 185 00:22:53,000 --> 00:22:58,000 But you're observing the game, but you're still a participating observer. 186 00:22:58,000 --> 00:23:02,000 It's basically where you're still participating. 187 00:23:02,000 --> 00:23:05,000 You're still playing out the game of life, but you're not immersed. 188 00:23:05,000 --> 00:23:08,000 You're just observing the things that happen and you're detached. 189 00:23:08,000 --> 00:23:16,000 So that's the same thing that it should be when you're going shopping and getting your clothes. 190 00:23:16,000 --> 00:23:21,000 Just be detached and observe. 191 00:23:21,000 --> 00:23:24,000 Walk around and observe like it's an art exhibit. 192 00:23:24,000 --> 00:23:30,000 So when you're at an art exhibit or a museum and you're at an exhibit that you don't like, 193 00:23:30,000 --> 00:23:32,000 you simply just move on. 194 00:23:32,000 --> 00:23:33,000 Do not get... 195 00:23:33,000 --> 00:23:34,000 You don't get mad. 196 00:23:34,000 --> 00:23:36,000 You don't throw a fit. 197 00:23:36,000 --> 00:23:38,000 You don't try and get rid of it. 198 00:23:38,000 --> 00:23:39,000 You just move on. 199 00:23:39,000 --> 00:23:40,000 You go to the next area. 200 00:23:40,000 --> 00:23:42,000 And that's the same thing. 201 00:23:42,000 --> 00:23:46,000 If you're shopping and you're at one store and you don't like that store, 202 00:23:46,000 --> 00:23:48,000 just move on to the next store. 203 00:23:48,000 --> 00:23:50,000 And then move on and then keep on moving on. 204 00:23:50,000 --> 00:23:51,000 Just simple as that. 205 00:23:51,000 --> 00:23:58,000 There's no need to attach all these extra motions and baggage to it. 206 00:23:58,000 --> 00:24:02,000 And when you make sure that you have a general picture of what you want, 207 00:24:02,000 --> 00:24:05,000 you let your heart decide. 208 00:24:05,000 --> 00:24:10,000 So the heart does not miss the tiniest details. 209 00:24:10,000 --> 00:24:16,000 The heart will point to the right item at the right time. 210 00:24:16,000 --> 00:24:22,000 So what that means is it may take 10 stores. 211 00:24:22,000 --> 00:24:24,000 It may take one store. 212 00:24:24,000 --> 00:24:27,000 It may take 100 stores to find the right item. 213 00:24:27,000 --> 00:24:30,000 But it is lying there somewhere and it's patiently waiting for you. 214 00:24:30,000 --> 00:24:33,000 And so you should show some patience as well. 215 00:24:33,000 --> 00:24:38,000 But the heart will pick the right item at the right time. 216 00:24:38,000 --> 00:24:40,000 If you can't... 217 00:24:40,000 --> 00:24:43,000 If you're not at the right point of time, 218 00:24:43,000 --> 00:24:47,000 and you're not at the right item, it won't pick. 219 00:24:47,000 --> 00:24:49,000 And you just got to wait. 220 00:24:49,000 --> 00:24:58,000 You just got to show some patience because the heart will choose the right thing at the right time. 221 00:24:58,000 --> 00:25:04,000 And the third is to allow the mind to be immersed, making a decision. 222 00:25:04,000 --> 00:25:09,000 But when that is happening, do not disturb the mind. 223 00:25:09,000 --> 00:25:11,000 Just let it make the final decision. 224 00:25:11,000 --> 00:25:16,000 And then immediately afterwards, stop listening to anyone else. 225 00:25:16,000 --> 00:25:20,000 So if you're shopping with anyone else, stop listening to them. 226 00:25:20,000 --> 00:25:25,000 And then immediately after the mind makes the decision, stop listening to the mind as well. 227 00:25:25,000 --> 00:25:34,000 And then you wake up, which means you become present, and you detach yourself from the game. 228 00:25:34,000 --> 00:25:38,000 And then you tune into the feelings you're experiencing, 229 00:25:38,000 --> 00:25:41,000 the experience at the moment you made the decision. 230 00:25:41,000 --> 00:25:46,000 So those feelings, you're going to feel a feeling of inner tension, 231 00:25:46,000 --> 00:25:50,000 or a feeling of inner peace, or nothing. 232 00:25:50,000 --> 00:25:56,000 So if you feel a feeling of inner tension, then that item is not for you. 233 00:25:56,000 --> 00:25:59,000 Go back on that decision. 234 00:25:59,000 --> 00:26:07,000 If you feel a feeling of inner peace, then that item is for you, and you should get it. 235 00:26:07,000 --> 00:26:14,000 If you don't feel anything, then the heart could simply just not know. 236 00:26:14,000 --> 00:26:17,000 If it's, the heart could be indecisive. 237 00:26:17,000 --> 00:26:29,000 The heart knows exactly what it does not want, but it doesn't necessarily know exactly what it wants. 238 00:26:29,000 --> 00:26:38,000 And your comfort level shows the heart's attitude to the decision. 239 00:26:38,000 --> 00:26:46,000 So if you feel comfortable inside, like your gut feels comfortable, then you're good to go. 240 00:26:46,000 --> 00:26:53,000 But if you don't feel comfortable, if you feel a little feeling of inner tension, or feel a little bit discomfort, 241 00:26:53,000 --> 00:26:56,000 then you should change your decision. 242 00:26:56,000 --> 00:27:01,000 And when you make your first decision by the mind, that's just in your mind. 243 00:27:01,000 --> 00:27:06,000 Like you're not actually making a verbal decision yet. 244 00:27:06,000 --> 00:27:10,000 And so this is one of the general rules that he gave. 245 00:27:10,000 --> 00:27:18,000 If you catch yourself persuading yourself, you should put that thing away immediately because it's not yours. 246 00:27:18,000 --> 00:27:29,000 So your heart knows exactly what is yours, and there are some items out there that are not yours, and not necessarily yours. 247 00:27:29,000 --> 00:27:38,000 And then there are items out there that are yours, and they are for you, and they all, they do belong to you. 248 00:27:38,000 --> 00:27:48,000 And so it's simply just your task to listen to the heart and find those items that are yours. 249 00:27:48,000 --> 00:27:57,000 And if you try to persuade yourself that it is yours, well, that means it's not yours because that's the mind trying to convince you. 250 00:27:57,000 --> 00:28:05,000 And if you have to convince yourself, then that just shows that the heart does not agree. 251 00:28:05,000 --> 00:28:11,000 And the heart knows, the mind thinks. 252 00:28:11,000 --> 00:28:27,000 So he gave an unequivocal criteria for personal choice, and it is, if you have to persuade yourself to have something, it is not yours. 253 00:28:27,000 --> 00:28:37,000 And then he said, remember, if a thing is meant for you, you will not have to convince yourself of anything. You will simply just know that it's yours. 254 00:28:37,000 --> 00:28:44,000 You will just know and you'll just get it. You don't have to convince yourself that it's yours. 255 00:28:44,000 --> 00:28:50,000 It is not listening. Okay, so he was talking, so this last one. 256 00:28:50,000 --> 00:28:58,000 He was basically saying that you should not listen to other people's opinions because they can't know what's yours. 257 00:28:58,000 --> 00:29:05,000 The only person in this world who can know exactly what is yours is you. 258 00:29:05,000 --> 00:29:10,000 You can't decide what's theirs, and they can't decide what's yours. 259 00:29:10,000 --> 00:29:16,000 So only you can know what is truly yours in this world. 260 00:29:16,000 --> 00:29:31,000 And all of this stuff, all these principles that I was just talking about, they relate to, I was talking about clothing and shopping for clothes. 261 00:29:31,000 --> 00:29:37,000 But it also relates to anything, and that includes goals. 262 00:29:37,000 --> 00:29:45,000 So your personal goals or other people's goals that have been bestowed upon you. 263 00:29:45,000 --> 00:29:55,000 And this is what I was talking about the other day, where it's not money, that's the goal. 264 00:29:55,000 --> 00:30:03,000 Money just comes along as you work towards the goal. 265 00:30:03,000 --> 00:30:06,000 And this sentence he said, I really liked it. 266 00:30:06,000 --> 00:30:13,000 He said, if you define the goal that is meant for you and strive towards it, rather than striving for money, 267 00:30:13,000 --> 00:30:19,000 the resources will come to you of their own accord in great abundance. 268 00:30:19,000 --> 00:30:30,000 So while creating your path towards your goal, the resources required and the resources will come to you in great abundance. 269 00:30:30,000 --> 00:30:39,000 So it probably means that more resources than you actually need for that particular goal will come to you. 270 00:30:39,000 --> 00:30:47,000 And I remember reading the first time through Transurfing, I remember reading about dropping desire. 271 00:30:47,000 --> 00:30:54,000 And that was like the big theme that I remember about. 272 00:30:54,000 --> 00:31:00,000 And I hadn't seen it yet while I was reading the second time through. 273 00:31:00,000 --> 00:31:09,000 But during the chapter on the goals and doors was the first time he actually talked about abandoning the desire. 274 00:31:09,000 --> 00:31:21,000 And he said the next step, once you actually discover your goal, is to abandon the desire to achieve the goal. 275 00:31:21,000 --> 00:31:32,000 And this goes along with the fact that desire leads to nothing. And I was talking in an episode two days ago, 276 00:31:32,000 --> 00:31:39,000 where for me it was yesterday, but episode 39 I was talking about, 277 00:31:39,000 --> 00:31:43,000 try, I want you to desire to lift your arm. 278 00:31:43,000 --> 00:31:51,000 So feel the urge to lift your arm. And I want you to desire to lift your arm. 279 00:31:51,000 --> 00:31:55,000 It doesn't actually lift, you're just desiring it. 280 00:31:55,000 --> 00:31:59,000 But intend to lift your arm and lift your arm right now. 281 00:31:59,000 --> 00:32:05,000 That is intention. If you actually lift your arm right now, then that is intention. 282 00:32:05,000 --> 00:32:12,000 That is the absolute resoluteness in the decision to have an act. 283 00:32:12,000 --> 00:32:20,000 So you had absolute resoluteness in the decision to act and to move your arm. 284 00:32:20,000 --> 00:32:23,000 So that was intention. 285 00:32:23,000 --> 00:32:27,000 But if you remember that when you desired to lift your arm, nothing happened. 286 00:32:27,000 --> 00:32:31,000 And that's because desire is powerless. 287 00:32:31,000 --> 00:32:37,000 So if you just abandon the desire, and desire is not even beneficial for you. 288 00:32:37,000 --> 00:32:41,000 It just holds you back. It just creates excess potential. 289 00:32:41,000 --> 00:32:47,000 And it's through action that the excess potential that desire creates is dissipated. 290 00:32:47,000 --> 00:32:50,000 So you might as well just drop desire. 291 00:32:50,000 --> 00:32:54,000 And this is the next theme that he's getting into in this book. 292 00:32:54,000 --> 00:32:57,000 And it's all about dropping desire. 293 00:32:57,000 --> 00:33:02,000 Abandon the desire to achieve the goal. 294 00:33:02,000 --> 00:33:05,000 And then he said, forget about strict planning. 295 00:33:05,000 --> 00:33:07,000 Go with the alternative flow. 296 00:33:07,000 --> 00:33:11,000 This correlates with inner importance. 297 00:33:11,000 --> 00:33:18,000 So our minds have a tendency to map out the path forward. 298 00:33:18,000 --> 00:33:24,000 And I did this. I actually, I even did this with this episode where I was talking about, 299 00:33:24,000 --> 00:33:31,000 once I'm done reading Transurfing, I'm going to read the linchpin at Funnel Hacking Live. 300 00:33:31,000 --> 00:33:33,000 And then I'm going to start that reading list. 301 00:33:33,000 --> 00:33:38,000 So my mind just created a plan for the path forward. 302 00:33:38,000 --> 00:33:41,000 Now the world knows exactly what's best for me. 303 00:33:41,000 --> 00:33:46,000 So that plan may or may not be a part of the world's plan. 304 00:33:46,000 --> 00:33:50,000 And if it's not, then I should go with the alternative flow. 305 00:33:50,000 --> 00:33:54,000 Go with the flow and allow deviations into the script. 306 00:33:54,000 --> 00:33:59,000 So your mind just has a tendency to plan for things. 307 00:33:59,000 --> 00:34:07,000 But when there's deviations in what you planned, the mind likes to throw a fit and get angry. 308 00:34:07,000 --> 00:34:12,000 But that's bad because these deviations are either created by your importance. 309 00:34:12,000 --> 00:34:16,000 So you created these own deviations through your importance. 310 00:34:16,000 --> 00:34:20,000 There are problems that pop up in the road. 311 00:34:20,000 --> 00:34:22,000 So then you can just reduce importance. 312 00:34:22,000 --> 00:34:26,000 And those problems will go away on their own. 313 00:34:26,000 --> 00:34:34,000 Or it's the world actually helping you through outer intention move towards your goals. 314 00:34:34,000 --> 00:34:37,000 And those deviations you weren't able to predict. 315 00:34:37,000 --> 00:34:44,000 So you actually interpret them as bad when in fact it's the world trying to help you out. 316 00:34:44,000 --> 00:34:52,000 And if the world tries to help you out and then you throw your hands up in anger 317 00:34:52,000 --> 00:35:01,000 because it was a deviation in your plan, well then the world will take that and then remember that and not help you out again. 318 00:35:01,000 --> 00:35:08,000 So that's why the principle of coordination is very valuable, which I'll be learning in the next coming month, 319 00:35:08,000 --> 00:35:10,000 in the following weeks. 320 00:35:10,000 --> 00:35:19,000 And coordination is basically where you interpret everything, every event that happens in your life as good, as positive. 321 00:35:19,000 --> 00:35:25,000 Because we actually can't interpret whether something is positive or not. 322 00:35:25,000 --> 00:35:30,000 And we just assume that things are negative if they aren't what we expect. 323 00:35:30,000 --> 00:35:37,000 When in reality a lot of the times they can actually be for us and they can actually be positive. 324 00:35:37,000 --> 00:35:42,000 But we just interpret them as bad. 325 00:35:42,000 --> 00:35:45,000 Life can be an easy holiday if you allow it to be. 326 00:35:45,000 --> 00:36:00,000 And this chapter that I'm reading this morning, that I read this morning, is why I am a little bit reflective about my mood lately. 327 00:36:00,000 --> 00:36:03,000 Or not necessarily my mood but my energy levels. 328 00:36:03,000 --> 00:36:11,000 Because I kind of just feel like I'm getting through life right now. 329 00:36:11,000 --> 00:36:16,000 And I don't necessarily feel like it's a holiday, it just feels like I'm getting through it. 330 00:36:16,000 --> 00:36:19,000 I'm just trying to get through it. 331 00:36:19,000 --> 00:36:23,000 But he said that life can be a holiday. 332 00:36:23,000 --> 00:36:27,000 So you can be, it can feel like a holiday if you allow it to be. 333 00:36:27,000 --> 00:36:32,000 And right now it does not feel like a holiday, so I'm not really sure if... 334 00:36:32,000 --> 00:36:42,000 I gotta be reflective and figure out what I'm doing to... 335 00:36:42,000 --> 00:36:47,000 Alright, style is just the outer superficial side of fashion. 336 00:36:47,000 --> 00:36:59,000 The essence of fashion is conveyed when a person finds clothes that fit the style, context, and compliment their individuality. 337 00:36:59,000 --> 00:37:04,000 So this is all about the soul choosing your heart. 338 00:37:04,000 --> 00:37:07,000 Or your heart choosing the right items. 339 00:37:07,000 --> 00:37:17,000 When you can listen to your heart, listen to your soul, and follow that and choose your right things, then that is what fashion is. 340 00:37:17,000 --> 00:37:19,000 That's what beauty is. 341 00:37:19,000 --> 00:37:26,000 And then it's also, that's the unity of the heart and mind. 342 00:37:26,000 --> 00:37:36,000 The secret to success lies in freeing yourself from pendulums and giving your own way, or in going your own way. 343 00:37:36,000 --> 00:37:38,000 So this is huge. 344 00:37:38,000 --> 00:37:46,000 If you free yourself from pendulums, you are reducing importance and you are aware and vigilant. 345 00:37:46,000 --> 00:37:52,000 So what that does is you're reducing importance, so then you are... 346 00:37:52,000 --> 00:38:04,000 There's nothing for the pendulums to hook onto you, and when there is importance, the pendulums hook onto that importance, and you become an adherent, an adherent. 347 00:38:04,000 --> 00:38:11,000 And that basically means that you live according to their will and not yours. 348 00:38:11,000 --> 00:38:17,000 But if you reduce the importance, then there's nothing for them to hook onto. 349 00:38:17,000 --> 00:38:26,000 But then if you're also vigilant and aware, and you're awake all the time, then you get to choose your own script. 350 00:38:26,000 --> 00:38:29,000 And the pendulums do not choose their... your script. 351 00:38:29,000 --> 00:38:34,000 You choose your script. 352 00:38:34,000 --> 00:38:40,000 And this is kind of reminding me to always be... 353 00:38:40,000 --> 00:38:49,000 Every single time I wake up, always assume that I'm dreaming because the result is the same. 354 00:38:49,000 --> 00:38:59,000 If I were to wake up in a dream and realize that I'm lucid dreaming, then I would immediately change things and do whatever I want. 355 00:38:59,000 --> 00:39:03,000 So I need to be doing that in reality as well. 356 00:39:03,000 --> 00:39:08,000 If I wake up and realize that I'm awake and I'm in reality. 357 00:39:08,000 --> 00:39:11,000 In manifest reality. 358 00:39:11,000 --> 00:39:18,000 Then I should not just keep going out about my day like I do normally. 359 00:39:18,000 --> 00:39:29,000 I should start to use outer intention at my will and start to think about my goals and actually move forward. 360 00:39:29,000 --> 00:39:42,000 Everyone owns a precious treasure, the uniqueness of their soul. 361 00:39:42,000 --> 00:39:45,000 That is huge. 362 00:39:45,000 --> 00:39:53,000 This is basically one of the things that most people miss out in this life. 363 00:39:53,000 --> 00:40:06,000 And it's... people don't realize that they have their own individuality and their own uniqueness is their treasure. 364 00:40:06,000 --> 00:40:12,000 And that is what makes them perfect in their own way. 365 00:40:12,000 --> 00:40:16,000 That is what makes them creators. 366 00:40:16,000 --> 00:40:25,000 And the uniqueness of your own soul allows you to have your own path and actually be your own person and be a star. 367 00:40:25,000 --> 00:40:28,000 But most people don't follow that. 368 00:40:28,000 --> 00:40:35,000 And I included, I am probably not even following that as we speak, but I'm working towards that. 369 00:40:35,000 --> 00:40:53,000 So I just want to talk about all of this stuff. 370 00:40:53,000 --> 00:40:58,000 I am low energy as you guys can tell. 371 00:40:58,000 --> 00:41:08,000 And so I have to be reflective about what's going on in my life because I don't know why I'm low energy. 372 00:41:08,000 --> 00:41:19,000 And I got to be reflective on what goals... what goals am I chasing right now that have been bestowed upon me by pendulums. 373 00:41:19,000 --> 00:41:25,000 And I got to figure out what I'm doing that's sucking up all my energy. 374 00:41:25,000 --> 00:41:30,000 Because if I was on my own path, then I would be energized. 375 00:41:30,000 --> 00:41:35,000 I would feel energized and I would love every moment of it, I think. 376 00:41:35,000 --> 00:41:42,000 But then I also remember earlier in the book of Transurfing, he said that not every moment... 377 00:41:42,000 --> 00:41:48,000 every moment cannot be good just as every moment cannot be bad. 378 00:41:48,000 --> 00:41:55,000 So what I interpreted that meaning is that you can't be happy all the time. 379 00:41:55,000 --> 00:42:02,000 There has to be moments of gloom or moments of low energy. 380 00:42:02,000 --> 00:42:04,000 And that's simply how I interpreted it. 381 00:42:04,000 --> 00:42:08,000 I'm not actually sure if that's even true or not. 382 00:42:08,000 --> 00:42:14,000 But that's how I interpreted it. 383 00:42:14,000 --> 00:42:19,000 Now I have every reason to be happy right now. 384 00:42:19,000 --> 00:42:30,000 So I'm going to do this exercise that I used the other day called the happiness ritual. 385 00:42:30,000 --> 00:42:37,000 And I actually made an episode, I titled an episode called the happiness ritual. 386 00:42:37,000 --> 00:42:55,000 And that episode is basically where you look in your surroundings and figure out all the things that you're happy about. 387 00:42:55,000 --> 00:42:57,000 And you just start to feel happy. 388 00:42:57,000 --> 00:43:02,000 And you start to name things that you're happy about in your surroundings and in your life. 389 00:43:02,000 --> 00:43:08,000 And then you start to actually radiate that thought energy and then you start to begin to feel happy. 390 00:43:08,000 --> 00:43:12,000 So that's the whole premise of that exercise. 391 00:43:12,000 --> 00:43:15,000 So I'm going to run it right now. 392 00:43:15,000 --> 00:43:18,000 I'm really happy that I'm on episode 41 already. 393 00:43:18,000 --> 00:43:25,000 It's actually crazy how much episodes I've recorded. 394 00:43:25,000 --> 00:43:32,000 And it just feels, it doesn't feel like I put in that much work into it. 395 00:43:32,000 --> 00:43:34,000 It's actually crazy. 396 00:43:34,000 --> 00:43:44,000 I'm really looking forward to the future because if I've recorded this many episodes, this seamless, and just it was normal. 397 00:43:44,000 --> 00:43:54,000 The future, I am excited to get to episode 50, to get to episode 100, and so on. 398 00:43:54,000 --> 00:43:58,000 So I'm really happy about how I'm on episode 41. 399 00:43:58,000 --> 00:44:00,000 That is amazing. 400 00:44:00,000 --> 00:44:04,000 Once you get on episode 21, you're already in the top 1% of podcasters. 401 00:44:04,000 --> 00:44:06,000 And that's what I was talking about. 402 00:44:06,000 --> 00:44:15,000 When I was getting, when I recorded my like 21st episode, a couple episodes later, I realized, or I don't even know, 403 00:44:15,000 --> 00:44:23,000 but a couple episodes later, I started talking about how I was in the 1% of podcasters worldwide. 404 00:44:23,000 --> 00:44:26,000 Now that is something amazing. 405 00:44:26,000 --> 00:44:31,000 If you are in the top 1% of anything, that's something to be proud of. 406 00:44:31,000 --> 00:44:36,000 And I remember this transfer from principle that I learned the other day, 407 00:44:36,000 --> 00:44:45,000 called, it's basically where you have a guardian angel, and you should feel the feelings of joy, 408 00:44:45,000 --> 00:44:48,000 but give the pride to your angel. 409 00:44:48,000 --> 00:44:55,000 So always give the pride to your angel, because pride can be destructive. 410 00:44:55,000 --> 00:45:01,000 And so give the pride to your angel, and then feel those feelings of joy, 411 00:45:01,000 --> 00:45:07,000 because I've accomplished 41 episodes, and my guardian angel helped me. 412 00:45:07,000 --> 00:45:13,000 My guardian angel made it, like, set the path forward. 413 00:45:13,000 --> 00:45:18,000 So, thank you, guardian angel. 414 00:45:18,000 --> 00:45:25,000 And another thing is that I have this awesome software that is so simple and easy to use, 415 00:45:25,000 --> 00:45:32,000 because when I first started recording, I did not want to get a recording software or an editing software, 416 00:45:32,000 --> 00:45:40,000 because I was too nervous, and I didn't want to figure out how to edit and all that stuff. 417 00:45:40,000 --> 00:45:49,000 And I found this software called podcastle.ai, and it's super simple, super easy, 418 00:45:49,000 --> 00:45:57,000 for new content creators like me to just figure it out and go. 419 00:45:57,000 --> 00:45:59,000 So I'm very grateful for that. 420 00:45:59,000 --> 00:46:03,000 And I'm also grateful that I have this really nice microphone. 421 00:46:03,000 --> 00:46:08,000 My dad gave it to me for free to borrow, and it's a very nice microphone. 422 00:46:08,000 --> 00:46:15,000 And if you go back to, like, episode 20, episode, like, before episode 28, 423 00:46:15,000 --> 00:46:19,000 because I think episode 28 was the first episode I recorded with this microphone, 424 00:46:19,000 --> 00:46:27,000 if you go back to my first 27 episodes, those were some bad audio quality. 425 00:46:27,000 --> 00:46:37,000 And I'm glad that I've recorded 14 episodes already, two weeks worth of episodes with this new microphone. 426 00:46:37,000 --> 00:46:41,000 And I've got even more to go. 427 00:46:41,000 --> 00:46:45,000 And I'm very grateful that people are listening. 428 00:46:45,000 --> 00:46:47,000 Now, I don't know how many people are listening. 429 00:46:47,000 --> 00:46:54,000 I haven't checked the analytics, and I'm really excited to check the analytics in, like, a week. 430 00:46:54,000 --> 00:46:57,000 I'm going to check it next Monday, probably. 431 00:46:57,000 --> 00:47:08,000 But, so actually, it's probably, if you're listening to this, the day that it's posted, 432 00:47:08,000 --> 00:47:13,000 I think tomorrow I'll check the analytics, either tomorrow or the next day. 433 00:47:13,000 --> 00:47:20,000 But that is, that's amazing how I have listeners. 434 00:47:20,000 --> 00:47:25,000 Because a couple weeks ago is the last time I checked the analytics, and I had seven viewers. 435 00:47:25,000 --> 00:47:35,000 Like, seven rolling average subscribers, which is just like an average of how many people listen to my episode 436 00:47:35,000 --> 00:47:40,000 in the first 24 hours, every single time, on average. 437 00:47:40,000 --> 00:47:42,000 And so I had seven. 438 00:47:42,000 --> 00:47:47,000 And I had, like, 250 downloads. 439 00:47:47,000 --> 00:47:51,000 So that is awesome. 440 00:47:51,000 --> 00:47:57,000 And I'm just really looking forward to the future, because I created a slide where 441 00:47:57,000 --> 00:47:59,000 I have a lot of listeners. 442 00:47:59,000 --> 00:48:08,000 And I created a slide where, when I actually finally check the analytics, it will be a big number. 443 00:48:08,000 --> 00:48:20,000 So I'm really excited, because I know that there's a lot of people listening, and I'm really excited to see that number. 444 00:48:20,000 --> 00:48:37,000 I'm also just really excited, because I have, I know this is weird to say, but I have the exact meals that I like every single day. 445 00:48:37,000 --> 00:48:44,000 And it's like, I usually get every single thing that I want to eat every single day. 446 00:48:44,000 --> 00:48:47,000 And let me give some context. 447 00:48:47,000 --> 00:48:58,000 A couple months ago, I would, every once in a while, actually like eight months ago when I was vegan, seven or eight months ago, 448 00:48:58,000 --> 00:49:01,000 I was vegan for like two and a half months, I think. 449 00:49:01,000 --> 00:49:07,000 And I didn't have meal. 450 00:49:07,000 --> 00:49:11,000 I didn't have all of my meals, like figured out. 451 00:49:11,000 --> 00:49:18,000 So a lot of the time I would just eat whatever was available, and a lot of the time, there was nothing good available. 452 00:49:18,000 --> 00:49:21,000 But now I figured out my meals and I eat the same thing every day. 453 00:49:21,000 --> 00:49:28,000 And so we figured out all the numbers that my mom should buy at the store every week. 454 00:49:28,000 --> 00:49:31,000 So I always have exactly what I need to eat. 455 00:49:31,000 --> 00:49:35,000 And that is like the best thing ever. 456 00:49:35,000 --> 00:49:42,000 I rarely don't have what I want to eat. 457 00:49:42,000 --> 00:49:44,000 So I'm really happy about that. 458 00:49:44,000 --> 00:49:49,000 That is also like amazing. 459 00:49:49,000 --> 00:50:04,000 And one of the biggest things that I am happy about is probably like a month ago, I got an email from this guy who I'd been studying his books about 460 00:50:04,000 --> 00:50:08,000 internet marketing and funnels. His name is Russell Bronson. 461 00:50:08,000 --> 00:50:12,000 And I got an email from him talking about funnel hacking live. 462 00:50:12,000 --> 00:50:17,000 That was the first email that I received from him about funnel hacking live. 463 00:50:17,000 --> 00:50:20,000 And so I read it and I was like, oh, that's awesome. 464 00:50:20,000 --> 00:50:26,000 Like, I want to go to that, but I didn't really have any intention to go to it. 465 00:50:26,000 --> 00:50:29,000 And then the next day I told my friend about it. 466 00:50:29,000 --> 00:50:33,000 And one thing led to another and then we decided to go. 467 00:50:33,000 --> 00:50:48,000 I went from me seeing it and thinking that it was outside of my possibilities and outside of my, like, I didn't think that it was possible for me to get there. 468 00:50:48,000 --> 00:50:50,000 But that was simply just a limiting belief. 469 00:50:50,000 --> 00:50:53,000 And then I told my friend and then we decided to go. 470 00:50:53,000 --> 00:50:57,000 And then like a week later, he actually went ahead and bought the tickets. 471 00:50:57,000 --> 00:51:04,000 He spent $2,000 of his own money and bought the tickets to funnel hacking live. 472 00:51:04,000 --> 00:51:11,000 Now mind you, we hadn't, we didn't even have enough money to buy the plane tickets to go. 473 00:51:11,000 --> 00:51:23,000 So then over the next following weeks, we were just attempting to, I don't even know what we were doing. 474 00:51:23,000 --> 00:51:28,000 I was podcasting and we were just moving forward. 475 00:51:28,000 --> 00:51:33,000 And then all the money came up for me. 476 00:51:33,000 --> 00:51:40,000 And so then I went ahead and bought the plane tickets and he bought the plane tickets as well. 477 00:51:40,000 --> 00:51:43,000 And we bought the hotel room also. 478 00:51:43,000 --> 00:51:44,000 So it's official. 479 00:51:44,000 --> 00:51:46,000 We are doing it. 480 00:51:46,000 --> 00:51:49,000 We are actually going to funnel hacking live. 481 00:51:49,000 --> 00:51:51,000 It's like a done deal. 482 00:51:51,000 --> 00:51:56,000 We both told our parents, funny because we told our parents after the fact that we bought it. 483 00:51:56,000 --> 00:52:01,000 We told them like two or three weeks after we bought them. 484 00:52:01,000 --> 00:52:09,000 But it's going to happen and both of our parents are supportive and we're very excited for it. 485 00:52:09,000 --> 00:52:12,000 It's looking very positive. 486 00:52:12,000 --> 00:52:15,000 I'm also very happy because I'm a part-time student. 487 00:52:15,000 --> 00:52:18,000 All my life, I hated going to school. 488 00:52:18,000 --> 00:52:23,000 I mean, I didn't hate it, but like I knew that school was useless and it wasn't going to help me in the real world. 489 00:52:23,000 --> 00:52:26,000 But I never really knew. 490 00:52:26,000 --> 00:52:29,000 I didn't really have that much knowledge as I have now. 491 00:52:29,000 --> 00:52:47,000 And even now, I don't have as much knowledge as I would have in the next year because I know that that reading list that I talked about earlier in this episode has a bunch of books about the schooling system and how it's like bad. 492 00:52:47,000 --> 00:52:53,000 So I'll learn a lot more about that, but I'm grateful because I'm a part-time student. 493 00:52:53,000 --> 00:52:55,000 I only go to four periods. 494 00:52:55,000 --> 00:52:57,000 So like four hours. 495 00:52:57,000 --> 00:53:02,000 I'm three or four hours on that school and then I'm home and I get to go home. 496 00:53:02,000 --> 00:53:10,000 And the way my routine is set up is on days that I go to the gym, I go home, cook a home-cooked meal. 497 00:53:10,000 --> 00:53:14,000 I get to eat a home-cooked meal every single day. 498 00:53:14,000 --> 00:53:20,000 And then I go to the gym and then I come home and by the time I get home, school is still in session. 499 00:53:20,000 --> 00:53:23,000 Like I would have still been at school. 500 00:53:23,000 --> 00:53:28,000 But then, and then I get to record my podcast. 501 00:53:28,000 --> 00:53:31,000 And it's just, I'm so grateful for that. 502 00:53:31,000 --> 00:53:38,000 I'm so happy that I'm a part-time student and even better, I don't have to go to second semester. 503 00:53:38,000 --> 00:53:40,000 I'm graduating early. 504 00:53:40,000 --> 00:53:43,000 Like I'm only going to first semester. 505 00:53:43,000 --> 00:53:47,000 So I literally don't even have to go to school at all next year. 506 00:53:47,000 --> 00:53:54,000 Like next year, like next annual normal year. 507 00:53:54,000 --> 00:53:57,000 Like in 2024, I don't have to go to school at all. 508 00:53:57,000 --> 00:54:08,000 Where if I didn't set it up like this and I wasn't like as, if I didn't have all the credits I had, 509 00:54:08,000 --> 00:54:15,000 then I would have had to go to school second semester and still waste away. 510 00:54:15,000 --> 00:54:17,000 So that's like amazing. 511 00:54:17,000 --> 00:54:22,000 I'll have an entire semester, like eight months, maybe. 512 00:54:22,000 --> 00:54:25,000 Maybe not eight months. I don't even know. 513 00:54:25,000 --> 00:54:26,000 Doesn't even matter. 514 00:54:26,000 --> 00:54:28,000 I'll have multiple months. 515 00:54:28,000 --> 00:54:30,000 It goes from January until June. 516 00:54:30,000 --> 00:54:32,000 January, February, March, April, May, June. 517 00:54:32,000 --> 00:54:34,000 Six months. 518 00:54:34,000 --> 00:54:37,000 Five, five, let's say five to six months. 519 00:54:37,000 --> 00:54:39,000 Just free. 520 00:54:39,000 --> 00:54:43,000 Where I would have had to spend all my day in school, 521 00:54:43,000 --> 00:54:48,000 but I get five months just to focus on myself and build my knowledge, 522 00:54:48,000 --> 00:54:54,000 build my business, and do all that stuff. 523 00:54:54,000 --> 00:55:00,000 I'll have recorded like 200 episodes at that point, at least. 524 00:55:00,000 --> 00:55:02,000 So that's huge. 525 00:55:02,000 --> 00:55:04,000 That is amazing. 526 00:55:04,000 --> 00:55:07,000 Man, oh my gosh, I'm starting to get excited. 527 00:55:07,000 --> 00:55:13,000 This happiness ritual, I don't do it enough, but I know that it's good. 528 00:55:13,000 --> 00:55:17,000 And I like to, I'm really looking forward to the future now. 529 00:55:17,000 --> 00:55:22,000 And I like to do it on the recording so you guys can see like what I do. 530 00:55:22,000 --> 00:55:26,000 And I have actually never actually done it alone. 531 00:55:26,000 --> 00:55:31,000 The only time I've ever done it is on the podcast. 532 00:55:31,000 --> 00:55:36,000 And I don't think it works out that much if I do it alone because I'd just go through the motions 533 00:55:36,000 --> 00:55:41,000 and I would kind of just say things in my head and I wouldn't really feel it. 534 00:55:41,000 --> 00:55:43,000 But now I get to explain everything. 535 00:55:43,000 --> 00:55:47,000 I think it works because I explain context and I explain everything to you guys. 536 00:55:47,000 --> 00:55:53,000 And then I actually realize like, man, I've got every reason to be happy right now. 537 00:55:53,000 --> 00:55:58,000 I'm just, I'm really, I'm really happy. 538 00:55:58,000 --> 00:56:00,000 I'm really excited for the future. 539 00:56:00,000 --> 00:56:04,000 Let's go. I'm going to run my slide. 540 00:56:04,000 --> 00:56:08,000 Let's go. A lot of people are listening to this. 541 00:56:08,000 --> 00:56:11,000 But there's another thing I want to talk to you about. 542 00:56:11,000 --> 00:56:17,000 So there is this thing that I learned in Traffic Secrets by Russell Brunson. 543 00:56:17,000 --> 00:56:23,000 And it's basically where if you want, actually, I may or may not have read it on Traffic Secrets. 544 00:56:23,000 --> 00:56:30,000 It was either, I either learned it on Traffic Secrets or in his 30 days book. 545 00:56:30,000 --> 00:56:39,000 And it's basically where, yeah, I think I actually learned it in the 30 days book from probably like Gary J. White or something like that. 546 00:56:39,000 --> 00:56:51,000 And it's basically where if you want to kind of promote your show or promote your stuff, 547 00:56:51,000 --> 00:56:54,000 then you don't just go and promote it. 548 00:56:54,000 --> 00:57:01,000 You go to where your dream customers are congregating and then you provide content, 549 00:57:01,000 --> 00:57:03,000 like, or you provide value to them. 550 00:57:03,000 --> 00:57:11,000 And then when you provide value, you just like type responses and answer questions and give a lot of value. 551 00:57:11,000 --> 00:57:16,000 And then that will get people to say, like, oh, this guy has provided me a lot of value. 552 00:57:16,000 --> 00:57:22,000 I want to, I want to click on his profile and check, check out what he's about. 553 00:57:22,000 --> 00:57:27,000 And so then when they go on your profile, they'll see a link to your podcast. 554 00:57:27,000 --> 00:57:33,000 And then if people are really interested, they'll go to your podcast and start listening. 555 00:57:33,000 --> 00:57:38,000 And so that I actually thought of doing that last night. 556 00:57:38,000 --> 00:57:48,000 And I'm not sure if I will or not, but I think that that could be a good way to get some followers 557 00:57:48,000 --> 00:57:54,000 or get some viewers into the, into the show. 558 00:57:54,000 --> 00:57:56,000 But I don't know. 559 00:57:56,000 --> 00:57:57,000 I'll figure it out. 560 00:57:57,000 --> 00:58:01,000 I just wanted to let you guys know that that is a possible strategy, but I haven't used it yet. 561 00:58:01,000 --> 00:58:07,000 Right now I've simply just been relying on the algorithm, the podcast algorithm, 562 00:58:07,000 --> 00:58:10,000 because I've never promoted my show. 563 00:58:10,000 --> 00:58:18,000 And like two weeks into my show, I had like seven viewers. 564 00:58:18,000 --> 00:58:23,000 So I had like 250 views, which 250 downloads. 565 00:58:23,000 --> 00:58:27,000 So there was 250 downloads. 566 00:58:27,000 --> 00:58:31,000 And I was able to look at the analytics on the map. 567 00:58:31,000 --> 00:58:40,000 And there were a bunch of people all throughout the world listening. 568 00:58:40,000 --> 00:58:42,000 So I don't know. 569 00:58:42,000 --> 00:58:44,000 Maybe I could just rely on the algorithm. 570 00:58:44,000 --> 00:58:50,000 Maybe the algorithm will promote me more, the more I post, the more consistency I do. 571 00:58:50,000 --> 00:58:54,000 Because that's another thing that I learned in traffic secrets. 572 00:58:54,000 --> 00:58:59,000 And it's basically where if you figure out the algorithm and figure out what the algorithm wants, 573 00:58:59,000 --> 00:59:07,000 whether it's Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, TikTok, or podcasting, 574 00:59:07,000 --> 00:59:15,000 if you figure out what the algorithm wants, then you just give it what it wants. 575 00:59:15,000 --> 00:59:22,000 And then you just do it and then it will appreciate that and then help you out. 576 00:59:22,000 --> 00:59:32,000 And so that was a lesson that I learned when I was reading about his stories about the black hat and the white hat SEO hacks. 577 00:59:32,000 --> 00:59:34,000 So search engine optimization. 578 00:59:34,000 --> 00:59:42,000 There were a lot of people back in the day who in the beginning of Google would figure out the loopholes 579 00:59:42,000 --> 00:59:48,000 and figure out what the Google's algorithm was like based on. 580 00:59:48,000 --> 00:59:54,000 And then they would just exploit it and then get their website on number one of the search result. 581 00:59:54,000 --> 01:00:00,000 And then the Google would have to go and fix that and then they'd find the new loophole and then exploit it. 582 01:00:00,000 --> 01:00:02,000 So that was black hat. 583 01:00:02,000 --> 01:00:11,000 But if you figure out simply, if you simply just figure out what Google wants and do it, then they'll reward you. 584 01:00:11,000 --> 01:00:26,000 And then you'll get ranked number one in the search engine optimization simply without having to worry about doing all of these like sketchy loopholes and all this stuff. 585 01:00:26,000 --> 01:00:30,000 So that's where I'm at today. 586 01:00:30,000 --> 01:00:33,000 And I'm looking forward to the future. 587 01:00:33,000 --> 01:00:40,000 To wrap things up, don't forget to download your favorite episodes and subscribe to the Ascend Momentum show. 588 01:00:40,000 --> 01:00:45,000 But before you guys leave, make sure to remember the Eagles.
