Videogames taught me that: Routine ensures success, Routine builds skill, Routine avoids burnout, Discipline to endure reaps results, and Routine provides results.
Build discipline easily by: 1. Waking up early 2. Being consistent in your workouts 3. Biking instead of driving 4. Training a lot 5. Cold exposure 6. Sleeping on the floor 7. Training outside.
There are 3 types of environment: Physical, Mental, and Social. Take care in all of these and organize them to be in parallel to your goals.
